Terms and Conditions of Participation in the “Blocksport Balance Bonus” Promotion
The Organizer of the Promotion is WhiteBIT.
The Promotion period will commence on the 31st of October 2023, at 12 p.m. (UTC) and conclude on the 6th of November 2023, at 12 p.m. (UTC).
The Promotion is open to Participants from all countries worldwide, except for the citizens of the following jurisdictions: Afghanistan, American Samoa, U.S. Virgin Islands, Territory of Guam, Iran, Yemen, Libya, State of Palestine, Puerto Rico, Somalia, the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, The Northern Mariana Islands, USA, Syria, Russian Federation, Republic of Belarus, Republic of Sudan, “Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic”, temporarily occupied territories of Georgia, “Republic of Artsakh”, Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, Western Sahara, Federal Republic of Ambazonia, Kosovo, South Sudan, Canada, and temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.
Participants must ensure that their participation is not prohibited or restricted by the laws or regulations of their jurisdiction. The Organizer reserves the right to verify the eligibility of Participants and may request proof of residency or location if necessary.

The Promotion is organized with the primary objective of promoting the services provided by WhiteBIT.
The Promotion is not considered a game of chance, lottery, gambling service, or contest. These Terms and Conditions do not represent a public commitment to reward participants.
Information about the Promotion is communicated in accordance with the Organizer’s advertising rights.
Participants of the Promotion are adult citizens (persons over the age of 18 years) of non-prohibited countries who have met the following conditions:
- First-time registered on the official WhiteBIT website https://whitebit.com or are already its users and have verified their identity (passed KYC);
- Purchased or topped up their Main balance on the WhiteBIT exchange by at least 133 000 BSPT;
- Held BSPT tokens on their Main or Trading balance on the WhiteBIT exchange until the announcement of the results on the 10th of November 2023 inclusive.
IMPORTANT! It is prohibited to use multiple accounts while participating in the Promotion. Users with multiple accounts will be disqualified. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, each Member may have only one account. Using multiple accounts (multi-accounts) or collaborating with affiliated users to manipulate orders is prohibited and will result in the termination of all accounts without the owner’s consent. In case of creating multiple accounts, the Organizer reserves the right to close the second created account and any subsequent multi-accounts.
The Conditions of the Promotion must be met within the designated time frame of its duration.
Participants’ personal data in the Promotion will be processed to ensure their participation in the Promotion and establish marketing, advertising, tax, and accounting relations.
Participants who are employees, representatives, or agents of the Organizer and their relatives (up to the second degree of kinship) are ineligible to participate in the Promotion. If, at the time of awarding the Prize, it is determined that Participants do not meet the eligibility criteria set forth in these Terms, they will not be entitled to receive the Prize.
Participants of the Promotion who have met all the Conditions of the Promotion have the opportunity to become Winners and win one of the Prizes from the Prize Fund of 1 775 000 BSPT:
- The Prize Fund of 1 775 000 BSPT will be shared among 20 Winners (88 750 BSPT each) who will be chosen among the Participants who have fulfilled Conditions 1–3.
The maximum number of Winners of the Prize Fund is 20 persons.
One Winner can only receive one Prize.
Based on the results of the Promotion, in the period from the 6th of November 2023 to the 10th of November 2023, the Organizer forms a list of Participants who meet the Conditions of the Promotion.
The determination of the Winners of the Promotion who will receive the Prizes of the Prize Fund will be held using the service random.org automatically among all Participants who fulfilled the promotion conditions. Winners are determined by ranking (place in the list on the service, https://www.random.org/). The list of Winners will be published on the 10th of November 2023 in a separate article in the Organizer’s blog (https://blog.whitebit.com/), and the video with the screen recording of Winners selection process will be posted on the WhiteBIT YouTube channel.
The Organizer will credit the Prizes to the Main balances of the Winners on the WhiteBIT exchange within 5 working days from the next day after determining the Winners, up to the 17th of November 2023 inclusive.
Winners of the Promotion will be informed about crediting the prizes by email to the address provided during registration on the website, https://whitebit.com/ within 5 working days after від 17.11.2023.
The Winner receives the Prize free of charge. The Prize is non-replaceable, and the Promotion Winner is not entitled to demand any additional compensation from the Organizer. The Organizer assumes no warranty obligations for the Prize received within the ambit of this Promotion and under the conditions specified in these Terms.
Suppose the Winners do not receive the Prize, assuming they were eligible for it, or encounter any other difficulties. In that case, it is required for the Winners to contact online support at https://whitebit.com, email support@whitebit.com, or engage in a chat conversation by no later than the 24th of November 2023, inclusively. If the Winners fail to make contact regarding the non-receipt of the Prize by the specified date, they will forfeit their right to receive the Prize.
By participating in the Promotion, Participants confirm their consent to using their surnames and first names without any financial compensation. Participants also agree to comply with all other Terms of the Promotion. Winners additionally confirm their agreement to participate in advertising interviews regarding their participation in the Promotion, including media platforms such as radio and television, and to be photographed to create graphic materials without receiving any monetary compensation. The Organizer will own all exclusive intellectual property rights to such interviews and photographs.
Winners determined by the Promotion results are not permitted to transfer the rights to receive the Prize to any third parties.
The Winner of the Promotion has the right to refuse the Prize.
The Organizer does not provide compensation for any additional expenses arising from the Winner’s receipt of the Prize. The tax on the Prize income received by the Winners shall be carried out per the prevailing legislation.
By participating in the Promotion, the Participant acknowledges and agrees that any voluntarily provided information, including personal data, may be processed by the Organizer or third parties engaged by the Organizer to conduct the Promotion and perform all necessary related activities. It includes but is not limited to, informing Participants about the Promotion results through advertising or other means. Participants may also receive further information, particularly of an advertising nature, about subsequent events, competitions, promotions, or raffles organized by the Organizer. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, Participants explicitly consent to processing their personal data by the Organizer and/or other authorized entities. Participants confirm their full understanding and necessary awareness of the purposes for processing the provided information and the privacy policy, accessible at https://whitebit.com/privacy-policy.
The Organizer reserves the right to amend or modify the Terms and Conditions of the Promotion. In the event of any such changes, information regarding the modifications will be provided on the WhiteBIT website and the Organizer’s official social media platforms.
The Organizer does not involve itself in the resolution of disputes that may arise between Participants of the Prize Promotion. In situations where there are ambiguities in the interpretation of these Terms and/or matters that are not specifically addressed by these Terms, the Organizer of the Promotion will make the final decision in accordance with the applicable legal requirements. It is essential to recognize that the Organizer’s decision is considered final and is not subject to appeal.
In case of any discrepancies or inaccuracies arising from translation across multiple languages utilized in the Promotion, the English rendition shall be deemed authoritative and supersede all other versions.
The Organizer of the Promotion is not responsible for the operation of telecommunication companies, postal services, including email, for any errors made by employees of any enterprises/institutions/organizations that facilitate the exchange of information between the Participants of the Promotion and the Organizer, or for circumstances under which mailings did not arrive, arrived late, were lost or damaged; or as a result of which the Participant of the Promotion did not receive the corresponding Prize.
