Terms and Conditions of Participation in the “Community Chooses Blocksport” Promotion

^{The Organizer of the Promotion is UAB Clear White Technologies, a company duly incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Lithuania with the registration number LT-03224. The company’s registered office address is J. Basanavičiaus g. 26, Vilnius, Republic of Lithuania.}

^{The Promotion period will commence from the 21st of October, 2 p.m. (UTC) to the 25th of October, 2 p.m. (UTC).}

^{The Promotion is open to Participants from all countries worldwide, except for the citizens of the following jurisdictions: Afghanistan, American Samoa, U.S. Virgin Islands, Territory of Guam, Iran, Yemen, Libya, State of Palestine, Puerto Rico, Somalia, the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, The Northern Mariana Islands, USA, Syria, Russian Federation, Republic of Belarus, Republic of Sudan, “Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic,” temporarily occupied territories of Georgia, “Republic of Artsakh,” Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, Western Sahara, Federal Republic of Ambazonia, Kosovo, South Sudan, Canada, Spain and temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.}

^{Participants must ensure that their participation is not prohibited or restricted by the laws or regulations of their jurisdiction. The Organizer reserves the right to verify the eligibility of Participants and may request proof of residency or location if necessary.}

^{The Promotion is organized with the primary objective of promoting the WhiteBIT brand.}

^{The Promotion is not considered a game of chance, lottery, gambling service, or contest. These Terms and Conditions do not represent a public commitment to reward participants.}

^{Information about the Promotion is communicated in accordance with the Organizer’s advertising rights.}

^{Participants of the Promotion are adult citizens (persons over the age of 18 years) of non-prohibited countries who have met the following conditions:}

1. ^{Got signed up for the WhiteBIT exchange by the link and confirmed their identities (KYC) during the Promotion;}
2. ^{Joined our Telegram channel and followed us on X;}
3. ^{Joined the Blocksport Telegram channel and followed them on X @blocksportdotio;}
4. ^{Left a comment under the coming soon post about BSPT listing on X from the account stated in the form;} 
5. ^{Filled out the form, stating their nickname on the WhiteBIT exchange, their Telegram account, their X account, and link to their comment on the post in X;}
6. ^{Purchased at least 3 WBT during the Promotion.} 

^{The Conditions of the Promotion must be met within the designated time frame of its duration.}

^{Participants’ personal data in the Promotion will be processed to ensure their participation in the Promotion and establish marketing, advertising, tax, and accounting relations.}

^{Participants who are employees, representatives, or agents of the Organizer and their relatives (up to the second degree of kinship) are ineligible to participate in the Promotion. If, at the time of awarding the Prize, it is determined that Participants do not meet the eligibility criteria set forth in these Terms, they will not be entitled to receive the Prize.}

^{Participants of the Promotion, who have met all the conditions of the Promotion, have the opportunity to become Winners and win a share of the Prize fund, which amounts to 488 000 BSPT.}

^{The Promotion allows 80 Winners.}

^{40 winners from the first category will evenly share the prize pool of 162 000 BSPT: 4050 BSPT each.}

^{40 winners from the second category will evenly share the prize pool of 326 000 BSPT: 8150 BSPT each.}

^{One Winner can receive only one Prize from the main or additional prize pool.}

^{Based on the results of the Promotion in the period from the 25th of October 2023 until the 30th of October 2023, the Organizer forms a list of Participants who meet the Conditions of the Promotion.}

^{The determination of the Winners of the Promotion will take place on the 30th of October 2023, automatically, using the random.org service, among all Participants of the Promotion who meet the Conditions of the Promotion. Winners are determined by rating (place in the list on the service, https://www.random.org/). The list of Winners will be published in this article on the 30th of October 2023.}

^{The Organizer will deposit the Prizes to the Winners’ Main balances on WhiteBIT within 5 business days following the announcement of the Winners.}

^{Winners of the Promotion will be notified about their Prize via an email sent to the address provided during registration on https://whitebit.com/ within 5 business days after the Prizes are credited to the Winners’ accounts.}

^{The Winner receives the Prize free of charge. The Prize is non-replaceable, and the Promotion Winner is not entitled to demand any additional compensation from the Organizer. The Organizer assumes no warranty obligations for the Prize received within the ambit of this Promotion and under the conditions specified in these Terms.}

^{If the Winners do not receive the Prize, assuming they were eligible for it, or encounter any other difficulties, it is required for the Winners to contact the online support at https://whitebit.com, email support@whitebit.com, or engage in a chat conversation by no later than the 13th of November 2023, inclusively. If the Winners fail to make contact regarding the issue of non-receipt of the Prize by the specified date, they will forfeit their right to receive the Prize.}

^{By participating in the Promotion, Participants confirm their consent to the use of their surnames and first names without any financial compensation. Participants also agree to comply with all other Terms of the Promotion. Winners additionally confirm their agreement to participate in advertising interviews regarding their participation in the Promotion, including media platforms such as radio and television, and to be photographed for the creation of graphic materials without receiving any monetary compensation. All exclusive intellectual property rights to such interviews and photographs will be owned by the Organizer.}

^{Winners determined by the results of the Promotion are not permitted to transfer the rights to receive the Prize to any third parties.}

^{The Winner of the Promotion has the right to refuse the Prize.}

^{The Organizer does not provide compensation for any additional expenses arising from the Winner’s receipt of the Prize. The tax on the Prize income received by the Winners shall be carried out per the prevailing legislation.}

^{By participating in the Promotion, the Participant acknowledges and agrees that any voluntarily provided information, including personal data, may be processed by the Organizer or third parties engaged by the Organizer to conduct the Promotion and perform all necessary related activities. This includes but is not limited to, informing Participants about the results of the Promotion through advertising or other means. Participants may also receive further information, particularly of an advertising nature, about subsequent events, competitions, promotions, or raffles organized by the Organizer. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, Participants explicitly consent to processing their personal data by the Organizer and/or other authorized entities. ^{The Organizer reserves the right to amend or modify the Terms and Conditions of the Promotion. In the event of any such changes, information regarding the modifications will be provided on the WhiteBIT website and the Organizer’s official social media platforms.}

^{The Organizer does not involve itself in the resolution of disputes that may arise between Participants of the Prize Promotion. In situations where there are ambiguities in the interpretation of these Terms and/or matters that are not specifically addressed by these Terms, the Organizer of the Promotion will make the final decision in accordance with the applicable legal requirements. It is essential to recognize that the Organizer’s decision is considered final and is not subject to appeal.}

^{In case of any discrepancies or inaccuracies arising from translation across multiple languages utilized in the Promotion, the English rendition shall be deemed authoritative and supersede all other versions.}

^{The Organizer of the Promotion is not responsible for the operation of telecommunication companies, postal services, including email, for any errors made by employees of any enterprises/institutions/organizations that facilitate the exchange of information between the Participants of the Promotion and the Organizer, or for circumstances under which mailings did not arrive, arrived late, were lost or damaged; or as a result of which the Participant of the Promotion did not receive the corresponding Prize.}
