Terms and Conditions of Participation in the «Crypto Autumn» Promotion

The Organizer of the Promotion is WhiteBIT.
The Promotion period will commence on the 15th of September, 2023, at 2 p.m. (UTC) and conclude on the 22th of October, 2023, at 2 p.m. (UTC).
The Promotion is open to Participants from all countries worldwide, except for the citizens of the following jurisdictions: Afghanistan, American Samoa, U.S. Virgin Islands, Territory of Guam, Iran, Yemen, Libya, State of Palestine, Puerto Rico, Somalia, the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, The Northern Mariana Islands, USA, Canada, Syria, Russian Federation, Republic of Belarus, Republic of Sudan, Transnistria, temporarily occupied territories of Georgia, Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, Western Sahara, Federal Republic of Ambazonia, Kosovo, South Sudan, and temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.
It is the responsibility of Participants to ensure that their participation is not prohibited or restricted by the laws or regulations of their jurisdiction. The Organizer reserves the right to verify the eligibility of Participants and may request proof of residency or location if necessary.

The Promotion is organized with the primary objective of promoting the WhiteBIT brand.
The Promotion is not considered a game of chance, lottery, gambling service, or contest. These Terms and Conditions do not represent a public commitment to reward participants.
Information about the Promotion is communicated in accordance with the Organizer’s advertising rights.
Participants of the Promotion are adult citizens (persons over the age of 18 years) of non-prohibited countries who have met the following conditions:
- Registered on the WhiteBIT website https://whitebit.com and passed the identity verification (KYC).
- Filled in the Google form.
- During the duration of the Promotion, completed 5 tasks correctly, which are announced every Monday on WhiteBIT’s Instagram, Facebook, Telegram, and X (Twitter) accounts.*

Personal data of Participants in the Promotion will be processed to ensure their participation in the Promotion, establish marketing relations, advertising relations, tax relations, and accounting relations.
Participants who are employees, representatives, or agents of the Organizer, or their relatives (up to the second degree of kinship), are ineligible to participate in the Promotion. If, at the time of awarding the Prize, it is determined that Participants do not meet the eligibility criteria set forth in these Terms, they will not be entitled to receive the Prize.
Participants of the Promotion have the opportunity to win Prizes from the Prize Fund, which amounts to 1900 USDT.
The Contest allows for 33 Winners.
For the completion of each task, Promotion Participants receive rating points. Detailed conditions of each task and point distribution for their completion will be specified in this text after the task announcement on WhiteBIT’s Instagram, Facebook, Telegram, X (Twitter) accounts. Participants have 1 week to complete each task, except the first one.
Task #1: Register an account on the WhiteBIT website; pass the identity verification (KYC); fill out the Google form. For participants who already have a registered account and have completed verification, only the Google form needs to be filled out.
For completing this task, 1 rating point is awarded.
Exceptions: Participants who replenished their balance with any amount in August or September.
Task #2: Top-up the account balance on the WhiteBIT website in any cryptocurrency or national currency in one go. The replenishment amount should be no less than the equivalent of 50 USD. Participants must not withdraw these funds until 24.09.2023 inclusive.
Exceptions: Participants who replenished their balance with any amount in August or September.
For each balance top-up of 50 USD in cryptocurrency or national currency, the participant receives 2 rating points.
Task #3: Purchase cryptocurrency on the WhiteBIT website in a single transaction for an amount not less than the equivalent of 25 USD and do not withdraw these funds until 01.10.2023 inclusive.
Exceptions: Participants who made a purchase in August or September.
For each purchase of cryptocurrency worth 25 USD, the participant gets 2 rating points.
Task #4: Invite at least 2 friends who will perform the following tasks:
- Register via the referral link of the participant;
- Pass the identity verification (KYC);
- Fill out the Google form;
- Purchase cryptocurrency on the WhiteBIT website in a single transaction for an amount not less than the equivalent of 25 USD.
For each invited friend who completes these tasks, the participant receives 3 rating points.
Task #5: Trade on futures, spot, or margin trading (except in countries where margin trading is prohibited) with a trading volume of 1000 USDT until 15.10.2023 inclusive.
For every time the Participant’s trading volume reaches 1000 USDT, they are awarded 5 rating points.
Reward Distribution
Three users with the highest number of points will receive:
1st place — 500 USD in the equivalent of the chosen cryptocurrency.
2nd place — 300 USD in the equivalent of the chosen cryptocurrency.
3rd place — 100 USD in the equivalent of the chosen cryptocurrency.
The next 10 users with the highest number of points will receive 50 USD each in the equivalent of the chosen cryptocurrency.
Another 20 users with the highest number of points will receive 25 USD each in the equivalent of the chosen cryptocurrency.
Following the results of the Promotion, the Organizer will make a list of Participants who meet the conditions of the Promotion the day after the Promotion ends. The list of Winners in the form of a tournament table based on the number of Promotion points will be published on 29.10.2023 in the Organizer’s blog (https://blog.whitebit.com).
The determination of the Winners of the Promotion will take place within 5 working days after the end of the Promotion among the Promotion Participants from the list, who fulfilled all the conditions of the Promotion and accumulated the highest number of points for completed tasks during the Promotion’s duration.
The list of Promotion Winners will be published on October 29, 2023, in the Organizer’s blog (https://blog.whitebit.com).
The Organizer will credit the Prizes from the Prize Fund to the Main balances of the Winners on the WhiteBIT exchange by November 6, 2023, inclusive.
The Winners will also be informed about the prize by an email to the address provided during registration on the website https://whitebit.com/ within 5 working days after the Prize has been credited.
If the Winner fails to comply with these Rules, such Winner loses the status of the Winner and the right to receive the Prize, and this right passes to the next Winner on the list.
The Winner receives the Prize free of charge. The Prize is non-refundable, non-replaceable, and the Promotion Winner is not entitled to demand any additional compensation from the Organizer. The Organizer assumes no warranty obligations for the Prize received within the ambit of this Promotion and under the conditions specified in these Terms and Conditions.
In the event that the Winners do not receive the Prize, assuming they were eligible for it, or encounter any other difficulties, it is required for the Winners to contact the online support at https://whitebit.com, email support@whitebit.com, or engage with Organizer’s agents in live chat by no later than 13th of November 2023 inclusive.
If the Winners fail to make contact regarding the issue of non-receipt of the Prize by the specified date, they will forfeit their right to receive the Prize.
Winners determined by the results of the Promotion are not permitted to transfer the rights to receive the Prize to any third parties.
The Winner of the Promotion has the right to refuse the Prize.
The Organizer does not provide compensation for any additional expenses arising from the Winner’s receipt of the Prize. The taxation of the Prize income received by the Winners shall be carried out in accordance with the prevailing legislation.
By participating in the Promotion, the Participant acknowledges and agrees that any voluntarily provided information, including personal data, may be processed by the Organizer or third parties engaged by the Organizer to conduct the Promotion and perform all necessary related activities. This includes, but is not limited to, informing Participants about the results of the Promotion through advertising or other means. Participants may also receive further information, particularly of an advertising nature, about subsequent events, competitions, promotions, or raffles organized by the Organizer. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, Participants explicitly consent to the processing of their personal data by the Organizer and/or other authorized entities. Participants confirm their full understanding and necessary awareness of the purposes for processing the provided information, as well as the privacy policy, accessible at https://whitebit.com/privacy-policy.
By participating in the Promotion, Participants confirm their consent to the use of their surnames and first names without any financial compensation. Participants also agree to comply with all other Terms of the Promotion. Winners additionally confirm their agreement to participate in advertising interviews regarding their participation in the Promotion, including media platforms such as radio and television, and to be photographed for the creation of graphic materials, without receiving any monetary compensation. All exclusive intellectual property rights to such interviews and photographs will be owned by the Organizer.
The Organizer reserves the right to amend or modify the Terms and Conditions of the Promotion. In the event of any such changes, information regarding the modifications will be provided on the WhiteBIT website and the Organizer’s official social media platforms.
The Organizer does not involve itself in the resolution of disputes that may arise between Participants of the Prize Promotion. In situations where there are ambiguities in the interpretation of these Terms and/or matters that are not specifically addressed by these Terms, the Organizer of the Promotion will make the final decision in accordance with the applicable legal requirements. It is essential to recognize that the Organizer’s decision is considered final and is not subject to appeal.
In the event of any discrepancies or inaccuracies arising from translation across multiple languages utilized in the Promotion, the English rendition shall be deemed authoritative and shall supersede all other versions.
