The Terms and Conditions of the “Discord Giveaway” Promotion

The Organizer of the Promotion is UAB Clear White Technologies, incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Lithuania under the number LT-03224, having a registered office address: J. Basanaviiaus g. 26 Vilnius, Republic of Lithuania.
Period of the Promotion: from the 17th of July (8 a.m. UTC) 2023 to the 31st of August (3 p.m. UTC) 2023.
The territory of the Promotion: The Promotion is held on the territory of all countries, except for: Afghanistan, American Samoa, US Virgin Islands, Canada, Guam, Iran, Yemen, Libya, Palestine, Puerto Rico, Somalia, North Korea, Northern Mariana Islands, USA, Syria, Sudan, South Sudan, Transnistria, temporarily occupied territories of Georgia, Nagorno-Karabakh, Northern Cyprus, Western Sahara, Amazonia, Spain, Kosovo, Republic of Belarus, Russian Federation, temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.
The Promotion is held to popularize the WhiteBIT services.

The Promotion is not a gambling, lottery, gaming business service or contest; these Terms are not a public promise of remuneration.
Information about the Promotion is provided as an advertisement.
The Participants of the Promotion are adult citizens of non-prohibited countries (i.e., other than those indicated above) or other persons legally located on the territory of such countries who have fulfilled the following conditions:
- Signed up for the WhiteBIT website https://whitebit.com;
- Passed identity verification (KYC);
- Joined the WhiteBIT Discord server;
- Sent a message to the #general-english channel with information about the platform where they learned about this Promotion to the WhiteBIT Discord server. For example, from Instagram;
- Filled out the Google form, in which indicated their names on the exchange, the emails to which their accounts were signed up on the WhiteBIT crypto exchange, and the links to their messages on the Discord server.
You can only take part in the Promotion on one of the WhitBIT Discord servers.
The Conditions of the Promotion must be fulfilled within the terms of its implementation.
Any personal data of participants in the Promotion is processed in order to ensure participation in the Promotion, marketing relations, advertising relations, tax relations and accounting relations.
Employees, representatives or agents of the Organizer and their relatives (first and second degree of kinship) are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. In the event that at the time of the provision of the Prize, it is established that the person participating in the Promotion cannot be a Participant of the Promotion in accordance with these Terms, such person is not entitled to receive the Prize.
The Participants of the Promotion can win only one Prize of the 1500 USDT Prize Pool — 10 USDT each.
The maximum possible number of Promotion Winners is 150 persons.
Based on the results of the Promotion in the period from the 1st of september 2023 to 7th of September 2023, the Organizer forms a list of Participants who meet the Promotion Terms and announces the time and place of the Prize giveaway through their social networks and publication of information on the https://whitebit.com page.
The determination of the Winners of the Promotion will take place on the 8th of September using the random.org service, automatically, among all Participants of the Promotion. Winners are determined by rating (placed in the list on the service https://www.random.org/). The list of Winners will be published as a separate article on the WhiteBIT blog
The Organizer will credit the Prizes to the Main balances of the Winners on the WhiteBIT crypto exchange within 7 business days from the next day after the announcement of the Winners.
The Winners of the Promotion will be informed about the winnings by a letter to the email address specified during registration on the website https://whitebit.com/ within the first business day after the Winners are determined.
One Winner can only win one Prize.
In case of non-receipt of the Prize, if the Winner was entitled to it, or in case of any other difficulties, the Winner must contact online support at https://whitebit.com, by email at support@whitebit.com or by chat not later than the 20th of September of 2023 inclusive. If the Winner did not apply by 20/09/2023, including on issues of not receiving the Prize, the Winner loses the right to receive it.
The Winner receives a Prize for free. The Prize cannot be replaced by its cash equivalent. The Promotion Winner has no right to demand any other compensation from the Organizer.
The received Prize is not subject to exchange and return.
The Organizer does not bear any warranty obligations for the Prize received as part of this Promotion and under the conditions specified in these Terms.
Winners determined by the results of the Promotion cannot transfer the rights to receive the Prize to third parties.
The Promotion Winner has the right to refuse the Prize.
By participating in the Promotion, the Participant understands and agrees that any information voluntarily provided by him, including the Participant’s personal data, may be processed by the Organizer or third parties involved by them in order to conduct the Promotion, to carry out all necessary actions related to it (including, but not exclusively, informing about the results of the Promotion both in advertising and in any other way), as well as further possible sending of information to the Participant, incl. of an advertising nature, about the following events/competitions/promotions/giveaways by the Organizer. By accepting the requirements of these Terms, the Participants thereby consent to such processing of personal data for the purpose of use by the Organizer and/or other authorized Organizers and confirm their full understanding, as well as necessary awareness of the purposes of processing the information provided, and the privacy policy: https://whitebit.com/privacy-policy.
At the same time, the Participants of the Promotion confirm their consent to the use of their surnames and names without financial compensation by their participation in the Promotion, as well as their agreement to comply with other Terms of the Promotion. The Winners confirm their consent to provide advertising interviews about participation in the Promotion in the media, including on radio and television, as well as to be photographed for the production of graphic materials without paying them any monetary compensation. All exclusive intellectual property rights to such interviews and photographs will belong to the Organizer.
The Organizer reserves the right to make changes to the Terms and Conditions of the Promotion. In case of any changes, information about this will be provided on the website https://whitebit.com and on the Organizer’s social networks.
The Organizer does not enter into disputes that may arise between Participants of the Prize Promotion. In the event of situations that allow ambiguous interpretation of these Rules and/or issues not regulated by these Terms, the final decision is made by the Organizer of the Promotion in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation. In this case, the decision of the Organizer of the Promotion is final and not subject to appeal.
The Organizer of the Promotion is not responsible for the operation of the services of telecommunications companies, postal services, including email, for any errors of employees of any enterprises/institutions/organizations that ensure the exchange of information between the Participants of the Promotion and the Organizer or the circumstances as a result of which postal items were not received, received late, lost or damaged; or as a result of which the Participant of the Promotion did not receive the corresponding Prize.
