Conditions for participation in the “Football Fans” promotion

The Organizer of the Promotion is the UAB Clear White Technologies company, incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Lithuania under the number LT-03224, and registered at the office address: J. Basanaviiaus g. 26 Vilnius, Republic of Lithuania.

Promotion duration: from 6:00 p.m. (UTC) April 17, 2023, to 6:00 p.m. (UTC) April 30, 2023.

The territory of the Promotion: Turkey.

The Promotion is held to promote WhiteBIT services.

The Promotion is not a game of chance, a lottery, a service in the gambling business, or a contest; these Terms are not a public promise of reward. This Promotion is one-time. The Participant can participate only once.

Information about the Promotion is provided based on advertising rights.

Participants of the activity are adult citizens of Turkey or other persons legally staying on the territory of Turkey (persons who have reached the age of 18) who:

1. Found a post with the activity on the official WhiteBIT Instagram account;
2. Placed a story/post on their accounts with a photo/video of them watching a Trabzonspor match or cheering in the stands;
3. Tagged the official WhiteBIT and Trabzonspor Instagram accounts;
4. Put + under the activity post;
5. Followed the official Trabzonspor Instagram account.

Any personal data of the Participants of the Promotion is processed to ensure participation in the Promotion, marketing relations, advertising relations, tax relations, and relations in the accounting field.

Employees, representatives, or agents of the Organizer and their relatives (first and second degree of consanguinity) are not entitled to participate in the Promotion. If, at the time of awarding the Prize, it is established that the person who participated in the Promotion cannot be a Participant of the Promotion in accordance with these Rules, such a person shall not be granted the right to receive the Prize.

Participants of the Promotion have the opportunity to win one of the Prizes of the Prize Pool from the football club Trabzonspor:

• Tickets to the Trabzonspor football match — 2 pcs.

The maximum possible number of winners of the Promotion is 2 people.

According to the Promotion results from the 30th of April 2023 to the 2nd of May 2023, the Organizer forms a list of Participants who meet the Promotion Terms.

The Winners of the Promotion will be determined on the 2nd of May 2023 using the random.org service automatically among all Promotion participants. Winners are determined by rating (place in the list on the https://www.random.org/ service).

The Winners of the Promotion will be informed about the Prizes by a direct message on Instagram from our official Instagram account within the first working day after the determination of the Winners. In reply, the Winners have to inform the Organizer of their personal data: full name, Passolig card identity numbers, and emails. The Organizer inclusively sends Winners the Prizes via email until the 8th of May, 2023.

One winner can only win one prize.

If it is impossible to contact the Winner or Winner fails to comply with these Rules, such Winner loses the right to Winner status, and such right passes to the next Winner in the list.

The winner receives a prize for free. The Prize cannot be replaced or exchanged for the money equivalent. The Promotion Winner has no right to demand any other compensation from the Organizer.

The Organizer sends the Prizes until the 8th of May 2023 inclusively.

The Organizers do not bear any warranty obligations for the Prize received within the framework of this Promotion and under the conditions specified in these Rules.

In case of non-receipt of the Prize, if the Participant was entitled to it, or in case of any other difficulties, the Winner should contact the online support on the website https://whitebit.com, at the email address support@whitebit.com or in the live chat no later the 22nd of May 2023, inclusive. If the Winner reaches out by the 22nd of May 2023, including on matters of non-receipt of the Prize, the Winner retains the right to receive it.

Winners determined by the giveaway results cannot transfer the rights to receive the Prize to third parties.

The Participant in the Promotion has the right to refuse the Prize.

The Organizer does not compensate for the additional expenses of the Winner related to the receipt of the Prize. Taxation of the income of the Winners who received the Prize is carried out following the current legislation of Turkey.

By participating in the Promotion, the Participant understands and agrees that any information voluntarily provided by him, including the Participant’s personal data, may be processed by the Organizer or third parties involved by him to conduct the Promotion, perform all necessary actions related to it (in particular, but not exclusively, informing about the results of the Promotion both in advertising and in another way), as well as further possible sending of information to the Participant, in particular, of an advertising nature, about the following events/competitions/promotions/raffle of the Organizer. By accepting the requirements of these Terms, the Participants thus consent to such processing of personal data for use by the Organizer and/or other authorized Organizers and confirm their complete understanding and necessary awareness of the purposes of processing the information provided, as well as the privacy policy: https://whitebit.com/privacy-policy.

At the same time, by participating in the Promotion, Participants of the Promotion confirm their consent to using their surnames and first names without financial compensation, as well as their agreement to comply with other rules of the Promotion. The winners confirm their agreement to provide advertising interviews about participation in the Promotion in the media, particularly on radio and television, and to be photographed for producing graphic materials without paying them any monetary compensation. All exclusive intellectual property rights to such interviews and photographs will belong to the Organizer.

The Organizer reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the Promotion. In case of any changes, information about this will be provided on the website WhiteBIT and the Organizer’s social networks.

The Organizer does not enter into disputes that may arise between Participants of the Prize Promotion. In situations that allow ambiguous interpretations of these Rules and/or issues not regulated by these Rules, the Organizer of the Promotion makes the final decision in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation of Turkey. At the same time, the Organizer’s decision is final and not subject to appeal.

The Organizer of the Promotion is not responsible for the work of the services of telecommunications companies, postal services, in particular, e-mail, for any errors of employees of any enterprises/institutions/organizations that ensure the exchange of information between the Participants of the Promotion and the Organizer or the circumstances as a result of which postal items were not received, received late, lost or damaged; or as a result of which the Participant of the Promotion did not receive the corresponding prize.
