Terms of Participation in The GoodCrypto Trading Tournament Promotion

The Organizer of the Promotion is the UAB Clear White Technologies company, incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Lithuania under the number LT-03224, and registered at the office address: J. Basanaviiaus g. 26 Vilnius, Republic of Lithuania.

Promotion period: from 12:00 p.m. UTC on the 10th of May 2023, until 11:59 p.m. UTC on the 31st of May 2023.

Update! The GoodCrypto Trading Tournament Promotion has been extended until June 14, 2023 (11:59 a.m. UTC).

The territory of the Promotion: All countries of the world except the following countries and territories: Afghanistan, American Samoa, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, Iran, Yemen, Libya, Palestine, Puerto Rico, Somalia, North Korea, the Northern Mariana Islands, the USA, Syria, Sudan, South Sudan, Transnistria, the temporarily occupied territories of Georgia, Nagorno-Karabakh, Northern Cyprus, Western Sahara, Amazonia, Kosovo, Republic of Belarus, Russian Federation and the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.

Official rules of the Promotion and details of its implementation:

The Promotion is held to promote WhiteBIT services.

The Promotion is not a game of chance, a lottery, a service in the field of gambling business, or a contest. These Terms are not a public promise of reward.

Information about the Promotion is provided based on advertising rights.

Participants of the action are adult users of WhiteBIT (individuals who have reached the age of 18), who:

• Signed up for the first time on the WhiteBIT website or are already its users and have been verified;
• Created an account on the GoodCrypto platform;
• Added API keys from the WhiteBIT platform to their account on the GoodCrypto platform;
• Carried out trading operations on the WhiteBIT platform on the spot and futures market, using trading tools of the GoodCrypto platform;

The terms and conditions of the Promotion must be met within the terms of its duration.

Any personal data of participants in the Promotion is processed to ensure participation in the Promotion, marketing relations, advertising relations, tax relations, and accounting relations.

Employees, representatives, or agents of the Organizer and their relatives (first and second degree of kinship) are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. Suppose at the time of the provision of the Prize, it is established that the person participating in the Promotion cannot be a Participant of the Promotion following these Rules. In that case, such a person is not entitled to receive the Prize.

Participants of the Promotion have the opportunity to win part of the Prize fund, which will be a minimum of 2000 USDT, a maximum of 7000 USDT, and monthly subscriptions to the GoodCrypto service.

Prize fund:

• If the total volume of trading transactions among all Promotion participants exceeds 5 000 000 USDT, the Prize fund will be 2000 USDT.
• If the total volume of trading transactions among all Promotion participants exceeds 10 000 000 USDT, the Prize fund will be 3500 USDT.
• If the total volume of trading transactions among all Promotion participants exceeds 15 000 000 USDT, the Prize fund will be 5000 USDT.
• If the total volume of trading transactions among all participants of the Promotion exceeds 20 000 000 USDT, the Prize fund will be 7000 USDT.

There are two categories of Winners within the Prize Fund:

• 10 random participants, who have traded more than 10,000 USDT each, will be selected as winners via the random.org service.
• 10 participants who have traded with a total volume of more than 50,000 USDT each will be allocated 1–10 places, depending on the volume of trades. The largest volume is 1 place, and the smallest is 10.

The rewards’ distribution:

• If the total volume of trading transactions among all participants of the Promotion exceeds 5 000 000 USDT, and thus the Prize fund is 2000 USDT, then 10 random winners, who have traded with a total volume of more than 10000 USDT each, will each receive 15 USDT, which will be credited to the winners’ balances on the WhiteBIT platform, and 10 participants, who have traded with a total volume of more than 50 000 USDT each, will receive the following rewards:

1st place — 450 USDT;

2nd place — 300 USDT;

3rd place — 250 USDT;

4th place — 200 USDT;

5th place — 150 USDT;

6–10 places — 100 USDT each + GoodCrypto 1 month PRO subscription.

• If the total volume of trading transactions among all participants of the Promotion exceeds 10 000 000 USDT, and thus the Prize fund is 3500 USDT, then 10 random winners, who have traded with a total volume of more than 10000 USDT each, will each receive 20 USDT, which will be credited to the winners’ balances on the WhiteBIT platform, and 10 participants, who have traded with a total volume of more than 50 000 USDT each, will receive the following rewards:

1st place — 800 USDT;

2nd place — 650 USDT;

3rd place — 500 USDT;

4th place — 350 USDT;

5th place — 250 USDT;

6–10 places — 150 USDT each + GoodCrypto 3-month PRO subscription.

• If the total volume of trading transactions among all participants of the Promotion exceeds 15 000 000 USDT, and thus the Prize fund is 5000 USDT, then 10 random winners, who have traded with a total volume of more than 10000 USDT each, will each receive 30 USDT, which will be credited to the winners’ balances on the WhiteBIT platform, and 10 participants, who have traded with a total volume of more than 50 000 USDT each, will receive the following rewards:

1st place — 1200 USDT;

2nd place — 1000 USDT;

3rd place — 800 USDT;

4th place — 400 USDT;

5th place — 300 USDT;

6–10 places — 200 USDT each + GoodCrypto 6-month PRO subscription.

• If the total volume of trading transactions among all participants of the Promotion exceeds 20 000 000 USDT, and thus the Prize fund is 7000 USDT, then 10 random winners, who have traded with a total volume of more than 10000 USDT each, will each receive 40 USDT, which will be credited to the winners’ balances on the WhiteBIT platform, and 10 participants, who have traded with a total volume of more than 50 000 USDT each, will receive the following rewards:

1st place — 1500 USDT;

2nd place — 1200 USDT;

3rd place — 1000 USDT;

4th place — 800 USDT;

5th place — 600 USDT;

6–10 places — 300 USDT each + GoodCrypto annual PRO subscription.

The maximum possible number of winners of the Promotion is 20 people.

Determination of the Winners of the Promotion will take place on 20.06.2023. Winners are determined by number (position in the list on the https://www.random.org service). The list of winners will be published on the official WhiteBIT blog.

The Organizer will transfer the Prizes to the balances of the Promotion participants on the WhiteBIT platform. The transfer of the prizes will occur within 5 business days after the winners have been announced.

If it is impossible to contact the Winner or fails to comply with these Rules, such Winner loses the right to Winner status, and such right passes to the next Winner in the list.

The winner receives a prize for free. The Prize cannot be replaced. The Promotion Winner has no right to demand any other compensation from the Organizer. The Organizers do not bear any warranty obligations for the Prize received within the framework of this Promotion and under the conditions specified in these Rules.

In case of non-receipt of the Prize, if the Participant was eligible for it, or in case of any other difficulties, the Winner must contact online support at https://whitebit.com, by email at support@whitebit.com or by chat later than the 4th of July 2023 inclusive. If the Winner has applied by the 4th of July 2023, particularly regarding the issue of not receiving the Prize, the Winner retains the right to receive it.

Winners determined by the giveaway results cannot transfer the rights to receive the Prize to third parties.

The Participant in the Promotion has the right to refuse the Prize.

The Organizer does not compensate for the additional expenses of the Winner related to the receipt of the Prize. Taxation of the income of the Winners who received the Prize is carried out following the current legislation of Ukraine.

By participating in the Promotion, the Participant understands and agrees that any information voluntarily provided by him, including the Participant’s personal data, may be processed by the Organizer or third parties involved by him to conduct the Promotion, perform all necessary actions related to it (in particular, but not exclusively, informing about the results of the Promotion both in advertising and in another way), as well as further possible sending of information to the Participant, in particular, of an advertising nature, about the following events/competitions/promotions/raffle of the Organizer. By accepting the requirements of these Terms, the Participants thus consent to such processing of personal data for use by the Organizer and/or other authorized Organizers and confirm their complete understanding and necessary awareness of the purposes of processing the information provided, as well as the privacy policy: https://whitebit.com/privacy-policy.

At the same time, by participating in the Promotion, Participants of the Promotion confirm their consent to using their surnames and first names without financial compensation, as well as their agreement to comply with other rules of the Promotion. The winners confirm their agreement to provide advertising interviews about participation in the Promotion in the media, particularly on radio and television, and to be photographed for producing graphic materials without paying them any monetary compensation. All exclusive intellectual property rights to such interviews and photographs will belong to the Organizer.

The Organizer reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the Promotion. In case of any changes, information about this will be provided on the website WhiteBIT and the Organizer’s social networks.

The Organizer does not enter into disputes that may arise between Participants of the Prize Promotion. In situations that allow ambiguous interpretations of these Rules and/or issues not regulated by these Rules, the Organizer of the Promotion makes the final decision on the requirements of the current legislation of Ukraine. At the same time, the Organizer’s decision is final and not subject to appeal.

The Organizer of the Promotion is not responsible for the work of the services of telecommunications companies, postal services, in particular, email, for any errors of employees of any enterprises/institutions/organizations that ensure the exchange of information between the Participants of the Promotion and the Organizer or the circumstances as a result of which postal items were not received, received late, lost or damaged; or as a result of which the Participant of the Promotion did not receive the corresponding prize.
