Terms of participation in the promotion “Make a Deposit via GEO Pay and Participate in the 300 WBT Giveaway”

GEO Pay organizes the Promotion. The co-organizer is WhiteBIT.

Promotion duration: 0:01 a.m. on March 16, 2023 — 0:01 a.m. on April 16, 2023.

The territory of the Promotion: the promotion is held throughout Kazakhstan.

The campaign is made to popularize the WhiteBIT and GEO Pay services.

The Promotion is not a gambling, lottery, gaming business service, or contest. These Terms are not a public promise of reward.

Information about the Promotion is provided as an advertisement.

Participants of the Promotion are adult citizens of Kazakhstan or other persons legally located on the territory of Kazakhstan (persons who have reached the age of 18) who:

• Registered for the first time on the WhiteBIT website or are already its users and have been verified;
• Registered for the first time on the https://geo-pay.net platform or already its users and passed verification;
• During the period of the Promotion, the balance of the user’s account on the WhiteBIT exchange was deposited by 12 000 KZT or more via GEO Pay. The deposit fee is 0%.

After fulfilling the specified conditions, the user must fill out the Google form by LINK, where they indicate their full name, username on the WhiteBIT exchange, phone number and GEO Pay identification number.

Any personal data of participants in the Promotion is processed to ensure participation in the Promotion, marketing relations, advertising relations, tax relations, and accounting relations.

Employees, representatives, or agents of the Organizer and their relatives (first and second degree of kinship) are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. Suppose at the time of the provision of the Prize it is established that the person participating in the Promotion cannot be a Participant of the Promotion following these Rules. In that case, such person is not entitled to receive the Prize.

Participants of the Promotion can win one of the 300 WBT Prizes:

• 50 WBT — 5 pcs.
• 10 WBT — 5 pcs.

The maximum possible number of winners of the Promotion is 10 people.

Determination of the Winners of the Promotion will take place on 04/19/2023 using the random.org service automatically among all Promotion participants. Winners are determined by rating (position in the list on the service: https://www.random.org/). Videos with the selection of winners will be published on the official WhiteBIT Instagram page.

The Winners of the Promotion will be informed about the winnings by a letter to the email address specified during registration on the website: WhiteBIT, within the first working day after the determination of the Winners.

One winner can only win one prize.

If it is impossible to contact the Winner or fails to comply with these Rules, such Winner loses the right to Winner status, and such right passes to the next Winner in the list.

The winner receives a prize for free. The Prize cannot be replaced. The Promotion Winner has no right to demand any other compensation from the Organizer.

The Organizers do not bear any warranty obligations for the Prize received within the framework of this Promotion and under the conditions specified in these Rules.

The Organizer inclusively performs the accrual of Prizes to the exchange accounts of the winners on the 26th of April 2023.

In case of non-receipt of the Prize, if the Participant was entitled to it, or in case of any other difficulties, the Winner must contact online support at https://geo-pay.net or via chat https://t.me/geopaysupport_bot no later than 03.05.2023 inclusive. If the Winner has applied by the 3rd of May 2023, including on issues of not receiving the Prize, the Winner retains the right to receive it.

Winners determined by the giveaway results cannot transfer the rights to receive the Prize to third parties.

The Participant in the Promotion has the right to refuse the Prize.

The Organizer does not compensate for the additional expenses of the Winner related to the receipt of the Prize. Taxation of the income of the Winners who received the Prize is carried out following the current legislation of Kazakhstan.

By participating in the Promotion, the Participant understands and agrees that any information voluntarily provided by him, including the Participant’s personal data, may be processed by the Organizer or third parties involved by him to conduct the Promotion, perform all necessary actions related to it (in particular, but not exclusively, informing about the results of the Promotion both in advertising and in another way), as well as further possible sending of information to the Participant, in particular, of an advertising nature, about the following events/competitions/promotions/raffle of the Organizer. By accepting the requirements of these Terms, the Participants thus consent to such processing of personal data for use by the Organizer and/or other authorized Organizers and confirm their full understanding and necessary awareness of the purposes of processing the information provided, as well as the privacy policy: https://whitebit.com/ru/privacy-policy.

At the same time, by participating in the Promotion, Participants of the Promotion confirm their consent to using their surnames and first names without financial compensation, as well as their agreement to comply with other rules of the Promotion. The winners confirm their agreement to provide advertising interviews about participation in the Promotion in the media, particularly on radio and television, and to be photographed for producing graphic materials without paying them any monetary compensation. All exclusive intellectual property rights to such interviews and photographs will belong to the Organizer.

The Organizer reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the Promotion. In case of any changes, information about this will be provided on the website WhiteBIT and the Organizer’s social networks.

The Organizer does not enter into disputes that may arise between Participants of the Prize Promotion. In situations that allow ambiguous interpretations of these Rules and/or issues not regulated by these Rules, the Organizer of the Promotion makes the final decision in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation of Kazakhstan. At the same time, the Organizer’s decision is final and not subject to appeal.

The Organizer of the Promotion is not responsible for the work of the services of telecommunications companies, postal services, in particular, e-mail, for any errors of employees of any enterprises/institutions/organizations that ensure the exchange of information between the Participants of the Promotion and the Organizer or the circumstances as a result of which postal items were not received, received late, lost or damaged; or as a result of which the Participant of the Promotion did not receive the corresponding prize.
