Terms of Participation in the Meme Contest With PEPE, WOJAK, and FLOKI Promotion

The Organizer of the Promotion is the UAB Clear White Technologies company, incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Lithuania under the number LT-03224, and registered at the office address: J. Basanaviiaus g. 26 Vilnius, Republic of Lithuania.

Promotion period: from 14:00 a.m. UTC on the 11th of May 2023, till 14:00 p.m. UTC on the 18th of May 2023.

Territory of the Promotion: All countries of the world except the following countries and territories: Afghanistan, American Samoa, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, Iran, Yemen, Libya, Palestine, Puerto Rico, Somalia, North Korea, the Northern Mariana Islands, the USA, Syria, Sudan, South Sudan, Transnistria, the temporarily occupied territories of Georgia, Nagorno-Karabakh, Northern Cyprus, Western Sahara, Ambazonia, Kosovo, Republic of Belarus, Russian Federation and the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.

Official rules of the Promotion and details of its implementation:

The Promotion is held to promote WhiteBIT services.

The Promotion is not a game of chance, a lottery, a service in the field of gambling business, or a contest; these Terms are not a public promise of reward.

Information about the Promotion is provided on the basis of advertising rights.

Participants of the action are adult users of WhiteBIT (persons who have reached the age of 18), who:

• Signed up for the first time on the WhiteBIT website or are already its users and have confirmed their identities (KYC);
• Followed the official WhiteBIT account on Twitter;
• Liked and reposted the post about the start of activity on their Twitter page;
• They published their meme on their Twitter pages with the tag #WhiteBIT_meme. The meme can be about one of the assets Pepe (PEPE), Wojak (WOJAK), FLOKI (FLOKI), or about all of them at once and WhiteBIT. Memes in Ukrainian, English, and Turkish are accepted for participation;
• Joined the official WhiteBIT community on Telegram;
• Filled out the form at the link: https://forms.gle/BScgZGpMpRFYcUXz9

To create memes, you can use any images or use our tips.

Warning:

• One participant can only submit one meme;
• Financial advice, links, obscene language, racism, and sexism are prohibited.
• The participant is responsible for any possible copyright infringement when creating their own meme;
• The participant grants WhiteBIT full, without any reservations, the right to publish his meme;
• Cheat and agitation for the meme is prohibited.

Any personal data of participants in the Promotion is processed to ensure participation in the Promotion, marketing relations, advertising relations, tax relations, and accounting relations.

Employees, representatives, or agents of the Organizer and their relatives (first and second degree of kinship) are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. Suppose at the time of the provision of the Prize it is established that the person participating in the Promotion cannot be a Participant of the Promotion following these Rules. In that case, such a person is not entitled to receive the Prize.

Participants of the Promotion have the opportunity to win one of the mystery prizes of the Prize Pool. We will announce the details of the Prize by the 18th of May on the official WhiteBIT social networks.

The maximum possible number of winners of the Promotion is 10 people.

Determination of the Winners of the Promotion will take place on the 23rd of May 2023. Winners are determined by number (place in the list on the https://www.random.org service). The list of winners will be published on the WhiteBIT blog and on the official Twitter page.

One winner can only win one prize.

If it is impossible to contact the Winner or fails to comply with these Rules, such Winner loses the right to Winner status, and such right passes to the next Winner in the list.

The winner receives a prize for free. The Prize cannot be replaced. The Promotion Winner has no right to demand any other compensation from the Organizer. The Organizers do not bear any warranty obligations for the Prize received within the framework of this Promotion and under the conditions specified in these Rules.

The Organizer inclusively performs the accrual of Prizes to the exchange accounts of the winners within 5 working days after the announcement of the winners. Also, the Organizer will notify the winners by letter about the receipt of the Prizes within 5 working days after their calculation.

In case of non-receipt of the Prize, if the Participant was eligible for it, or in case of any other difficulties, the Winner must contact online support at https://whitebit.com, by email at support@whitebit.com or by chat later than the 5th of June 2023 inclusive. If the Winner has not applied by the 5th of June 2023, in particular, regarding the issues of not receiving the Prize, the Winner loses the right to receive it.

Winners determined by the giveaway results cannot transfer the rights to receive the Prize to third parties.

The Participant in the Promotion has the right to refuse the Prize.

The Organizer does not compensate for the additional expenses of the Winner related to the receipt of the Prize. Taxation of the income of the Winners who received the Prize is carried out following the current legislation of Ukraine.

By participating in the Promotion, the Participant understands and agrees that any information voluntarily provided by him, including the Participant’s personal data, may be processed by the Organizer or third parties involved by him to conduct the Promotion, perform all necessary actions related to it (in particular, but not exclusively, informing about the results of the Promotion both in advertising and in another way), as well as further possible sending of information to the Participant, in particular, of an advertising nature, about the following events/competitions/promotions/raffle of the Organizer. By accepting the requirements of these Terms, the Participants thus consent to such processing of personal data for use by the Organizer and/or other authorized Organizers and confirm their full understanding and necessary awareness of the purposes of processing the information provided, as well as the privacy policy: https://whitebit.com/privacy-policy.

At the same time, by participating in the Promotion, Participants of the Promotion confirm their consent to using their surnames and first names without financial compensation, as well as their agreement to comply with other rules of the Promotion. The winners confirm their agreement to provide advertising interviews about participation in the Promotion in the media, particularly on radio and television, and to be photographed for producing graphic materials without paying them any monetary compensation. All exclusive intellectual property rights to such interviews and photographs will belong to the Organizer.

The Organizer reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the Promotion. In case of any changes, information about this will be provided on the website WhiteBIT and the Organizer’s social networks.

The Organizer does not enter into disputes that may arise between Participants of the Prize Promotion. In situations that allow ambiguous interpretations of these Rules and/or issues not regulated by these Rules, the Organizer of the Promotion makes the final decision in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation of Ukraine. At the same time, the Organizer’s decision is final and not subject to appeal.

The Organizer of the Promotion is not responsible for the work of the services of telecommunications companies, postal services, in particular, e-mail, for any errors of employees of any enterprises/institutions/organizations that ensure the exchange of information between the Participants of the Promotion and the Organizer or the circumstances as a result of which postal items were not received, received late, lost or damaged; or as a result of which the Participant of the Promotion did not receive the corresponding prize.
