The Terms and Conditions of the “Motivation Monday” Promotion

The Organizer of the Promotion is the company UAB Clear White Technologies, incorporated under the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania under the number LT-03224, whose registered office address is: J. Basanaviiaus g. 26 Vilnius, Republic of Lithuania.

The Promotion period: from 3 p.m. (UTC) on the 9th of August, 2023 until 3 p.m. (UTC) on the 31st of August, 2023.

The Promotion is held on the territory of all countries except for: Afghanistan, American Samoa, US Virgin Islands, Guam, Iran, Yemen, Libya, Palestine, Puerto Rico, Somalia, North Korea, Northern Mariana Islands, USA, Canada, Syria, Sudan, South Sudan, Transnistria, temporarily occupied territories of Georgia, Nagorno-Karabakh, Northern Cyprus, Western Sahara, Amazonia, Spain, Kosovo, Republic of Belarus, Russian Federation, temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.

The Promotion is held to promote WhiteBIT services.

You can contact the Organizer of the Promotion by the email address support@whitebit.com, or via chat on the https://whitebit.com platform.

The Promotion is not a game of chance, a lottery, a service in the field of gambling business or a contest; these Terms are not a public promise of reward.

Information about the Promotion is provided on the basis of advertising rights.

The Participants of the Promotion are adult citizens of non-prohibited countries (that is, not of those specified above) or other persons who are legally present in the territory of such countries who have fulfilled the following conditions:

1. Signed up for the WhiteBIT website for the first time or are already signed up users and have confirmed their identity (KYC);
2. Followed the WhiteBIT Twitter account;
3. During the Promotion period, once a week in August, published a post with a motivational text about cryptocurrency or trading on Twitter with the hashtag #whitebitinspires and the WhiteBIT account mentioned. There must be a minimum of 4 posts in total;
4. Filled out the Daily motivation, in which indicated their nickname on the WhiteBIT crypto exchange and nickname on Twitter.

The Conditions of the Promotion must be fulfilled within the terms of its implementation.

Any personal data of the Promotion Participants is processed to ensure participation in the Promotion, marketing relations, advertising relations, tax relations and relations in the field of accounting.

Employees, representatives, or agents of the Organizer and their relatives (first and second degrees of consanguinity) are not entitled to participate in the Promotion. If, at the time of awarding the Prize, it is established that the person who participated in the Promotion cannot be a Participant of the Promotion in accordance with these Rules, such a person shall not be granted the right to receive the Prize.

The Participants of the Promotion have the opportunity to become Winners and win one of the Main Prizes of the 300 USDT Prize Pool, which will be distributed in equal parts according to the number of Winners.

Please pay attention! As part of the Promotion, the Organizer will additionally determine the 5 best motivational posts of the Participants (in the opinion of the Organizer’s team). Also, the Organizer will randomly (with the help of the https://www.random.org/ service) choose one of the comments under the posts about the Promotion in the Organizer’s social networks. Authors of selected posts and comments become Winners and have the opportunity to receive an Additional Prize, namely: WhiteBIT branded water bottles, WhiteBIT branded bananas, and WhiteBIT branded pins.

One Winner may win only one Main Prize and one Additional Prize.

The maximum possible number of Promotion Winners is all Participants who fulfill all the conditions of the Promotion during the Promotion period.

According to the results of the Promotion in the period from 09/1/2023 to 09/03/2023, the Organizer forms a list of Participants who meet the Terms of the Promotion.

The Winners of the Promotion will be determined on the 4th of September, 2023. The list of Winners will be published in this article on the WhiteBIT company blog (https://blog.whitebit.com).

The Organizer carries out accrual of the Main Prizes to the Main balances of the Winners on the WhiteBIT crypto exchange within 5 business days from the next business day (the 4th of September, 2023) after the announcement of the Winners. The Promoter’s representatives will contact the Winners who have won the Additional Prizes via private messages on Twitter and send them a Google form to fill out, where the Winner will be required to provide details in order to send the Additional Prize. Delivery of Additional Prizes will take place within 14 calendar days from the moment of determination of the Winners.

The Winners of the Promotion will be informed about the calculation of the Main Prizes by letter to the email address specified during registration on the website https://whitebit.com, within 5 business days after the calculation of the Prizes.

In the event that the Winner cannot be contacted or does not comply with these Rules, such Winner loses the right to the status of the Winner, and such right passes to the next Winner on the list.

The Winner receives the Prize for free. Replacement of the Prize with its monetary equivalent is not envisaged. The Winner of the Promotion has no right to demand any other compensation from the Organizer.

The received Prize cannot be exchanged or returned.

The Organizer bears no warranty obligations regarding the Prize received within the scope of this Promotion and under the conditions specified in these Rules.

In case of not receiving the Prize, if the Winner was entitled to it or in case of any other difficulties, the Winner should contact the online support at https://whitebit.com, at the email address support@whitebit.com or in the chat no after 08/11/2023 inclusive. In the event that the Winner does not apply by 08/11/2023, in particular regarding issues of non-receipt of the Prize, the Winner loses the right to receive it.

The Winners determined by the results of the Promotion may not transfer the right to receive the Prize to third parties.

The Winner of the Promotion has the right to refuse the Prize.

The Organizer does not compensate the additional expenses of the Winner related to receiving the Prize. Taxation of the income of the Winners who received the Prize is carried out in accordance with the current legislation.

By participating in the Promotion, the Participant understands and agrees that any information voluntarily provided to them, including personal data of the Participant, may be processed by the Organizer or third parties engaged by it for the Promotion, implementation of all necessary actions related to it (in particular, but not exclusively, informing about the results of the Promotion both in advertising and in other ways), as well as the subsequent possible sending to the Participant of information, in particular of an advertising nature, about the Organizer’s next events/contests/promotions/draws. By accepting the requirements of these Terms, Participants hereby consent to such processing of personal data for the purpose of use by the Organizer and/or other persons authorized by the Organizers and confirm their full understanding and necessary awareness of the purposes of processing the information provided, as well as the privacy policy: https://whitebit.com/privacy-policy.

At the same time, by participating in the Promotion, the Participants of the Promotion confirm their consent to the use of their surnames and names without any financial compensation, as well as their agreement to comply with other rules of the Promotion. The winners confirm their consent to give promotional interviews about participation in the Promotion in mass media, in particular on radio and television, as well as to be photographed for the production of graphic materials without paying them any monetary compensation. All exclusive intellectual property rights to such interviews and photographs shall belong to the Promoter.

The Organizer reserves the right to make changes to the terms and conditions of the Promotion. In case of any changes, information about this will be provided on the website https://whitebit.com and on the Organizer’s social networks.

The Organizer does not enter into disputes that may arise between the Participants of the Promotion regarding the Prize. In the event of situations that allow an ambiguous interpretation of these Rules and/or issues not regulated by these Rules, the final decision is made by the Promotion Organizer in accordance with the requirements of current legislation. At the same time, the decision of the Promotion Organizer is final and cannot be appealed.
