The Terms and Conditions of Participation in the “Price oracle with MDI” Promotion

The Organizer of the Promotion is the UAB Clear White Technologies company, incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Lithuania under the number LT-03224, and registered at the office address: J. Basanaviiaus g. 26 Vilnius, Republic of Lithuania.

Promotion period: from 11:00 a.m. (UTC) on the 6th of July, 2023, until 11:00 a.m. (UTC) on the 7th of July, 2023.

The territory of the Promotion: All countries of the world except Afghanistan, American Samoa, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, Iran, Yemen, Libya, Palestine, Puerto Rico, Somalia, North Korea, the Northern Mariana Islands, the USA, Spain, Canada, Syria, Sudan, South Sudan, Transnistria, the temporarily occupied territories of Georgia, Nagorno-Karabakh, Northern Cyprus, Western Sahara, Amazonia, Kosovo, Republic of Belarus, Russian Federation and the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.

Official Terms of the Promotion and details of its implementation:

The Promotion is held to promote WhiteBIT services.

The Promotion is not a game of chance, a lottery, a service in the gambling business, or a contest; these Terms are not a public promise of reward.

Information about the Promotion is provided based on advertising rights.

Participants of the Promotion are adult users of WhiteBIT (people who have reached the age of 18 or older), who:

• Signed up on WhiteBIT and confirmed their identities (KYC);
• Topped up their balances on the WhiteBIT exchange with any amount of MDI asset during the Promotion period;
• Until the end of the Promotion, put a comment with a prediction of the Medicle (MDI) price, which this asset will reach 48 hours after it is added to the exchange, on the WhiteBIT Twitter account under this post;
• Filled out the Google form with their WhiteBIT nicknames, Twitter nicknames, and links to their Twitter comments by the link.

The conditions of the Promotion must be met within the timeframe of its duration.

Any personal data of Participants in the Promotion is processed to ensure participation in the Promotion, marketing relations, advertising relations, tax relations, and accounting relations.

Employees, representatives, or agents of the Organizer and their relatives (first and second degree of kinship) are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. Suppose at the time of the provision of the Prize it is established that the person participating in the Promotion cannot be a Participant of the Promotion following these Terms. In that case, such a person is not entitled to receive the Prize.

Participants of the Promotion have the opportunity to win one of the Prizes from the Prize Fund of 30 000 MDI — 3000 MDI each.

The maximum possible number of Contest winners — 10 individuals.

The Participants who most accurately indicated the probable price of the asset have the opportunity to become the Winners of the Promotion. Based on the results of the Promotion in the period from 07/10/2023 to 07/11/2023, the Organizer will form a list of Participants who meet the Promotion Terms and Conditions.

The determination of the Promotion Winners will take place on the 12th of July, 2023, using the random.org service automatically. Winners are determined by the ranking (place in the list on the https://www.random.org/ service). The list of Winners will be published in this article on the WhiteBIT company blog (https://blog.whitebit.com/).

The Organizer credits Prizes to the Winners’ wallets on the Winners’ Main balances within 5 working days from the next day after the announcement of the Winners.

If it is impossible to contact the Winner or if the Winner fails to comply with these Terms, such Winner loses the right to Winner status, and such right passes to the next Winner in the list.

The Winner receives a Prize for free. The Prize cannot be replaced. The Promotion Winner has no right to demand any other compensation from the Organizer. The Organizer does not bear any warranty obligations for the Prize received within the framework of this Promotion and under the conditions specified in these Terms.

The Organizer inclusively performs the accrual of Prizes to WhiteBIT accounts of the Winners within 5 working days after the announcement of the Winners. Also, the Organizer will notify the Winners by email to their address assigned to the WhiteBIT account about receiving the Prizes within 5 working days after their accrual.

In case of non-receipt of the Prize, if the Winner was eligible for it, or in case of any other difficulties, the Winner must contact online support at https://whitebit.com, by email at support@whitebit.com or by chat later than the 23rd of July 2023 inclusive. If the Winner has not applied by the 23rd of July 2023, particularly regarding the issue of not receiving the Prize, the Winner loses the right to receive it.

Winners determined by the Promotion results cannot transfer the rights to receive the Prize to third parties.

The winner of the Promotion has the right to refuse the Prize.

The Organizer does not compensate for the additional expenses of the Winner related to the receipt of the Prize. Taxation of the income of the Winners who received the Prize is carried out in accordance with the current legislation.

By participating in the Promotion, the Participant understands and agrees that any information voluntarily provided by him, including the Participant’s personal data, may be processed by the Organizer or third parties involved by him to conduct the Promotion, perform all necessary actions related to it (in particular, but not exclusively, informing about the results of the Promotion both in advertising and in another way), as well as further possible sending of information to the Participant, in particular, of an advertising nature, about the following events/competitions/promotions/raffle of the Organizer. By accepting the requirements of these Terms, the Participants thus consent to such processing of personal data for use by the Organizer and/or other authorized Organizers and confirm their full understanding and necessary awareness of the purposes of processing the information provided, as well as the privacy policy: https://whitebit.com/privacy-policy.

At the same time, by participating in the Promotion, Participants of the Promotion confirm their consent to using their surnames and first names without financial compensation, as well as their agreement to comply with other Terms of the Promotion. The Winners confirm their agreement to provide advertising interviews about participation in the Promotion in the media, particularly on radio and television, and to be photographed for producing graphic materials without paying them any monetary compensation. All exclusive intellectual property rights to such interviews and photographs will belong to the Organizer.

The Organizer reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the Promotion. In case of any changes, information about this will be provided on the website WhiteBIT and the Organizer’s social networks.

The Organizer does not enter into disputes that may arise between Participants of the Prize Promotion. In situations that allow ambiguous interpretations of these Terms and/or issues not regulated by these Terms, the Organizer of the Promotion makes the final decision in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation. At the same time, the Organizer’s decision is final and is not subject to appeal.
