The Terms and Conditions of the “Whitepay Q&A” Promotion

The Organizer of the Promotion is the company UAB Clear White Technologies, incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Lithuania with registration number LT-03224 and registered office address at J. Basanaviiaus g. 26 Vilnius, Republic of Lithuania.

Promotion period: from 10 a.m. (UTC) on the 7th of August 2023 until 10 a.m. (UTC) on the 9th of August 2023.

The territory of the Promotion: the Promotion is held on the territory of all countries: Afghanistan, American Samoa, United States Virgin Islands, Guam, Iran, Yemen, Libya, Palestine, Puerto Rico, Spain, Somalia, North Korea, Northern Mariana Islands, USA, Canada, Syria, Sudan, South Sudan, Transnistria, temporarily occupied territories of Georgia, Nagorno-Karabakh, Northern Cyprus, Western Sahara, Amazonia, Kosovo, Republic of Belarus, Russian Federation, temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.

The Promotion is held to promote WhiteBIT services.

The Official Rules of the Promotion and Details of Its Implementation:

The Promotion is not a game of chance, a lottery, a service in the field of gambling business, or a contest; these Terms are not a public promise of reward.

Information about the Promotion is provided based on advertising rights.

Participants of the Promotion are adult citizens of non-prohibited countries (that is, except those specified above) or other persons who are legally present in the territory of such countries and who have fulfilled the following Terms:

• Signed up for the WhiteBIT website https://whitebit.com for the first time or are already signed-up users of the exchange and confirmed their identities (KYC);
• During the promotion period, fill out the Google form by the link, indicating their nickname on the WhiteBIT exchange and a question for the Whitepay Q&A session guest.

Important! Only Participants who filled out the Google form between 10 a.m. UTC on 07.08.20203 and 10 a.m. UTC on 09.08.2023 are allowed to participate in the Promotion.

The Terms and Conditions of the Promotion must be fulfilled within the conduction period.

Any personal data of the Participants in the Promotion is processed to ensure participation in the Promotion, marketing relations, advertising relations, tax relations, and accounting relations.

Employees, representatives, or agents of the Organizer and their relatives (first and second degree of kinship) are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. Suppose at the time of the provision of the Prize, it is established that the person participating in the Promotion cannot be a Participant of the Promotion following these Rules. In that case, such a person is not entitled to receive the Prize.

Participants of the Promotion have a chance to become Winners and win one of the Prizes of the Prize Fund of 100 USDT — 10 USDT each.

The maximum possible number of Winners of the Promotion is 10 persons.

Based on the Promotion results from 09.08.2023 to 10.08.2023, the Organizer forms a list of Participants who meet the Terms and Conditions of the Promotion using the appropriate rating scale of the Organizer’s internal service. The place in the list of Winners will be determined according to the rating of this service.

The Winners of the Promotion will be announced during the live broadcast by the Organizer and the guest of the Q&A session — CEO of Whitepay, Hlib Udovychenko, by announcing and answering 10 questions from the Winners that they filled out in the Google form on the WhiteBIT Twitter account. Among the questions discussed on the broadcast, 10 of the most interesting ones will be selected. Their authors will become the Winners of the Promotion.

The time and place of the live broadcast are set by the Organizer: the 10th of August (1 p.m. UTC) on the WhiteBIT’s Twitter account.

One Winner can win only one Prize.

The list of Winners with their nicknames will be published on the WhiteBIT blog on the 14th of August, 2023.

The Organizer credits the Prizes to the Winners’ WhiteBIT Main Balances within 5 business days from the day following the announcement of the Winners’ nicknames on the WhiteBIT blog. The Organizer will notify the Winners by email address specified during registration on the website https://whitebit.com about the receipt of the Prizes within 5 business days after their distribution.

The Winner receives a Prize for free. The Prize cannot be replaced. The Promotion Winner has no right to demand any other compensation from the Organizer. The Organizers do not bear any warranty obligations for the Prize received within the framework of this Promotion and under the Conditions specified in these Rules.

Suppose at the moment of awarding the Prize, it is established that the person who participated in the Promotion cannot be a Participant in the Promotion in accordance with these Rules. In that case, such person shall not be granted the right to receive the Prize and such right shall be transferred to the next Winner on the list.

The received Prize cannot be exchanged or returned. The Organizer bears no warranty obligations regarding the Prize received within the scope of this Promotion and under the Conditions specified in these Terms.

In case of non-receipt of the Prize, if the Winner was entitled to it, or in case of any other difficulties, the Winner must contact online support at https://whitebit.com or by email at support@whitebit.com by 28.08. If the Winner does not contact the support until 28.08.2023, inclusively, including on the issues of not receiving the Prize, the Winner loses the right to receive it.

By participating in the Promotion, the Participant understands and agrees that any information voluntarily provided by him/her, including the Participant’s personal data, may be processed by the Organizer or third parties involved to conduct the Promotion, perform all necessary actions related to it (including, but not limited to, informing about the results of the Promotion both in advertising and in other ways), as well as further possible sending of information to the Participant, including advertising and advertising information, about the following events/contests/promotions/raffle of the Organizer. By accepting the requirements of these Terms, the Participants hereby consent to such processing of personal data for use by the Organizer and/or other individuals authorized by the Organizer and confirm their full understanding and necessary awareness of the purposes of processing the information provided, as well as the privacy policy: https://whitebit.com/privacy-policy.

At the same time, by participating in the Promotion, Participants of the Promotion confirm their consent to using their surnames and first names without financial compensation, as well as their agreement to comply with other rules of the Promotion. The Winners confirm their agreement to provide advertising interviews about participation in the Promotion in the media, particularly on radio and television, and to be photographed for producing graphic materials without paying them any monetary compensation. All exclusive intellectual property rights to such interviews and photographs will belong to the Organizer.

The Organizer reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions of the Promotion. In case of any changes, information about this will be provided on the WhiteBIT website and the Organizer’s social networks.

The Organizer does not enter into disputes that may arise between Participants of the Prize Promotion. In situations that allow ambiguous interpretations of these Rules and/or issues not regulated by these Rules, the Organizer of the Promotion makes the final decision in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation of Ukraine. At the same time, the Organizer’s decision is final and not subject to appeal.

The Organizer of the Promotion is not responsible for the work of the services of telecommunications companies, postal services, in particular, email, for any errors of employees of any enterprises/institutions/organizations that ensure the exchange of information between the Participants of the Promotion and the Organizer or the circumstances as a result of which postal items were not received, received late, lost or damaged; or as a result of which the Participant of the Promotion did not receive the corresponding Prize.
