^{The Organizer of the Promotion is the company UAB Clear White Technologies, incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Lithuania with registration number LT-03224 and registered office address at J. Basanaviiaus g. 26 Vilnius, Republic of Lithuania.}

^{The period of the Promotion is from 1 p.m. (UTC) on the 20th of October 2023 until the 21st of October 2023, 1 p.m. (UTC).}

^{The territory of the Promotion is all countries in the world except for the following: Afghanistan, American Samoa, United States Virgin Islands, Guam, Iran, Yemen, Libya, Palestine, Puerto Rico, Somalia, North Korea, Northern Mariana Islands, USA, Canada, Syria, Sudan, South Sudan, Transnistria, temporarily occupied territories of Georgia, Nagorno-Karabakh, Northern Cyprus, Western Sahara, Ambazonia, Kosovo, Republic of Belarus, Russian Federation, temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.}

^{The Promotion is held to promote WhiteBIT services.}

^{The Official Rules of the Promotion and Details of Its Implementation:}

^{The Promotion is not a game of chance, a lottery, a service in the field of gambling business or a contest; these Terms are not a public promise of reward.} 

^{Information about the Promotion is provided based on advertising rights.}

^{Participants of the Promotion are adult citizens of non-banned countries (i.e., other than the above), or other persons legally residing in the territory of such countries who have met the following conditions:}

• ^{Have signed up for the WhiteBIT website https://whitebit.com and have passed identity verification (KYC);}
• ^{During the promotion period, filled out the Google form by the link, indicating their nickname on the WhiteBIT exchange and a question for the World Challenge Game (WORLD) Q&A session guest.}

^{The terms and conditions of the Promotion must be fulfilled within the terms of its implementation.}

^{Any personal data of participants in the Promotion is processed to ensure participation in the Promotion, marketing relations, advertising relations, tax relations, and accounting relations.}

^{Employees, representatives, or agents of the Organizer and their relatives (first and second degree of kinship) are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. Suppose at the time of the provision of the Prize it is established that the person participating in the Promotion cannot be a Participant of the Promotion following these Rules. In that case, such a person is not entitled to receive the Prize.}

^{The maximum possible number of the Promotion Winners is 20 people.}

^{The Prize Fund will be evenly distributed among all the Winners of the Campaign – 50 WORLD each.}

^{One Winner can receive only one Prize.} 

^{According to the results of the Campaign, from 21.10.2023 to 23.10.2023 inclusive, the Organizer forms a list of Participants who meet the Promotion Terms. From this list, the Organizer will select 20 most interesting, in its opinion, questions that will be asked to the World Challenge Game representative.}

^{The Winners of the Promotion will be determined during the live broadcast on October 23 (11:00 UTC) in the WhiteBIT account in the social network X, during which the Organizer will ask the representative of World Challenge Game the most interesting questions from the Promotion Participants. The Participants who are the authors of these questions have an opportunity to become the Winners of the Promotion and receive a Prize.}

^{The list of the Winners with their nicknames will be published on the WhiteBIT blog on 26.10.2023.}

^{The Organizer shall credit the Prizes to the Winners’ main balances on the WhiteBIT exchange until 09.11.2023 inclusive.}

^{The Winners of the Promotion will be informed about the Prizes crediting by a letter to the email address specified during registration on https://whitebit.com/ within five business days after they are credited to the Winners’ Main Balances on WhiteBIT exchange.}

^{The Winner receives the Prize free of charge. The Prize will not be replaced with its cash equivalent. The Winner of the Campaign has no right to demand any other compensation from the Organizer.}

 ^{The received Prize is not subject to exchange and refund.}

^{The Organizer does not bear any warranty obligations regarding the Prize received within this Promotion and under the conditions specified in these Rules.}

^{In case of non-receipt of the Prize, if the Winner was entitled to it or in case of any other difficulties, the Winner must contact online support at https://whitebit.com, by e-mail support@whitebit.com or via chat no later than 11/14/2023 inclusive.} 

^{The Winners determined by the results of the Promotion may not transfer the right to receive the Prize to third parties.}

^{The Winner has the right to refuse the Prize.} 

^{The Organizer does not compensate the Winner’s additional expenses related to receiving the Prize. Income taxation of the Winners who receive the Prize is carried out in accordance with the current legislation of the Participants’ countries.}

^{By participating in the Promotion, the Participant understands and agrees that any information voluntarily provided by him/her, including the Participant’s personal data, may be processed by the Organizer or third parties involved to conduct the Promotion, perform all necessary actions related to it (including, but not limited to, informing about the results of the Promotion both in advertising and in other ways), as well as further possible sending of information to the Participant, including advertising and advertising information, about the following events/contests/promotions/raffle of the Organizer. By accepting the requirements of these Terms, the Participants hereby consent to such processing of personal data for use by the Organizer and/or other individuals authorized by the Organizer and confirm their full understanding and necessary awareness of the purposes of processing the information provided, as well as the privacy policy: https://whitebit.com/privacy-policy.}

^{At the same time, by participating in the Promotion, Participants of the Promotion confirm their consent to using their surnames and first names without financial compensation, as well as their agreement to comply with other rules of the Promotion. The winners confirm their agreement to provide advertising interviews about participation in the Promotion in the media, particularly on radio and television, and to be photographed for producing graphic materials without paying them any monetary compensation. All exclusive intellectual property rights to such interviews and photographs will belong to the Organizer.}

^{The Organizer reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the Promotion. In case of any changes, information about this will be provided on the website WhiteBIT and the Organizer’s social networks.}

^{The Organizer does not enter into disputes that may arise between Participants of the Prize Promotion. In situations that allow ambiguous interpretations of these Rules and/or issues not regulated by these Rules, the Organizer of the Promotion makes the final decision in accordance with the requirements of the corresponding legislation. At the same time, the Organizer’s decision is final and not subject to appeal.}

^{The Organizer of the Promotion is not responsible for the work of the services of telecommunications companies, postal services, in particular, e-mail, for any errors of employees of any enterprises/institutions/organizations that ensure the exchange of information between the Participants of the Promotion and the Organizer or the circumstances as a result of which postal items were not received, received late, lost or damaged; or as a result of which the Participant of the Promotion did not receive the corresponding prize.}
