Terms of Participation in the Promotion “SBT for WB Soul for the First WhiteBIT Launchpad.”

The Organizer of the Promotion is UAB Clear White Technologies, a company duly incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Lithuania with the registration number LT-03224. The registered office address of the company is located at J. Basanaviiaus g. 26, Vilnius, Republic of Lithuania.

The Promotion period will run from 00:00 hours on August 21, 2023, until the completion of the voting stage for the project on Launchpad.

The territory of the Promotion is all countries in the world except for the following: Afghanistan, American Samoa, United States Virgin Islands, Guam, Iran, Yemen, Libya, Palestine, Puerto Rico, Spain, Somalia, North Korea, Northern Mariana Islands, USA, Canada, Syria, Sudan, South Sudan, Transnistria, temporarily occupied territories of Georgia, Nagorno-Karabakh, Northern Cyprus, Western Sahara, Amazonia, Kosovo, Republic of Belarus, Russian Federation, temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.

It is the responsibility of Participants to ensure that their participation is not prohibited or restricted by the laws or regulations of their jurisdiction. The Organizer reserves the right to verify the eligibility of Participants and may request proof of residency or location if necessary.

The Promotion is organized with the primary objective of promoting the services provided by WhiteBIT.

The Promotion is not considered a game of chance, lottery, gambling service, or contest. These Terms and Conditions do not represent a public commitment to reward participants.

Information about the Promotion is communicated in accordance with the Organizer’s advertising rights.

The Conditions of the Promotion must be met within the designated time frame of its duration.

Participants must be adult citizens (individuals over the age of 18 years)of non-prohibited countries who have met the following conditions:

1. Registered or have registered on the WhiteBIT exchange, confirmed their identity (completed KYC), and enabled two-factor authentication (2FA).
2. Possess WB Soul and have a connected Web3 wallet;
3. Participated in the first Launchpad project vote on the website: https://whitebit.com.

The personal data of Participants in the Promotion will be processed to ensure their participation in the Promotion and establish marketing relations, advertising relations, tax relations, and accounting relations.

Participants who are employees, representatives, or agents of the Organizer or their relatives (up to the second degree of kinship), are ineligible to participate in the Promotion. If, at the time of awarding the Prize, it is determined that Participants do not meet the eligibility criteria outlined in these Terms, they will not be entitled to receive the Prize.

The Organizer forms a list of Participants who meet all the Campaign Terms within seven (7) business days from the date of completion of the voting stage of the first project on WhiteBIT Launchpad.

After completing the first project’s token distribution on WhiteBIT Launchpad, the Organizer will form a list of Participants who meet all Promotion Conditions. Each eligible participant can become a winner and receive one Soulbound Token (SBT) each.

There is no specific limit on the number of winners.

The Organizer will credit the Prizes to the Winners’ WB Soul account on the WB Network within seven (7) business days from the date of completion of the token distribution within the first WhiteBIT Launchpad.

All the Winners will be informed by the Organizer about the Prize receipt by a letter to the email address specified during the registration on the website https://whitebit.com within seven (7) business days after the SBT is credited to the WB Soul account.

The Organizer will notify all winners via email to the address provided during registration on the website, https://whitebit.com/, within seven business days after distributing tokens for the first project on WhiteBIT Launchpad.

The Winner receives the Prize free of charge. The Prize is non-refundable, non-replaceable, and the Promotion Winner is not entitled to demand any additional compensation from the Organizer.

The Organizer assumes no warranty obligations for the Prize received within the ambit of this Promotion and under the conditions specified in these Terms and Conditions.

The Prize is not subject to replacement or return.

If a winner does not receive the Prize they were eligible for or encounters difficulties, they must contact online support on the website https://whitebit.com or email support@whitebit.com. If the Winner does not contact the Organizer within seven (7) business days from the date of receiving the Prize, such Winner forfeits such right.

Winners determined by the results of the Promotion are not permitted to transfer the rights to receive the Prize to any third parties.

The Winner of the Promotion is entitled to refuse the Prize.

The Organizer does not provide compensation for any additional expenses arising from the Winner’s receipt of the Prize. The taxation of the Prize income received by the Winners shall be carried out in accordance with the prevailing legislation.

By participating in the Promotion, the Participant understands and agrees that any information voluntarily provided by him/her, including the Participant’s personal data, may be processed by the Organizer or third parties involved to conduct the Promotion, perform all necessary actions related to it (including, but not limited to, informing about the results of the Promotion both in advertising and in other ways), as well as further possible sending of information to the Participant, including advertising and advertising information, about the following events/contests/promotions/raffle of the Organizer. By accepting the requirements of these Terms, the Participants hereby consent to such processing of personal data for use by the Organizer and/or other individuals authorized by the Organizer and confirm their full understanding and necessary awareness of the purposes of processing the information provided, as well as the privacy policy: https://whitebit.com/privacy-policy.

At the same time, by participating in the Promotion, Participants of the Promotion confirm their consent to using their surnames and first names without financial compensation, as well as their agreement to comply with other rules of the Promotion. The winners confirm their agreement to provide advertising interviews about participation in the Promotion in the media, particularly on radio and television, and to be photographed for producing graphic materials without paying them any monetary compensation. All exclusive intellectual property rights to such interviews and photographs will belong to the Organizer.

The Organizer reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the Promotion. In case of any changes, information about this will be provided on the website WhiteBIT and the Organizer’s social networks.

The Organizer does not enter into disputes that may arise between Participants of the Prize Promotion. In situations that allow ambiguous interpretations of these Rules and/or issues not regulated by these Rules, the Organizer of the Promotion makes the final decision in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation of Ukraine. At the same time, the Organizer’s decision is final and not subject to appeal.

The Organizer of the Promotion is not responsible for the work of the services of telecommunications companies, postal services, in particular, email, for any errors of employees of any enterprises/institutions/organizations that ensure the exchange of information between the Participants of the Promotion and the Organizer or the circumstances as a result of which postal items were not received, received late, lost or damaged; or as a result of which the Participant of the Promotion did not receive the corresponding prize.
