^{The Promotion is open to Participants from all countries worldwide, except for the citizens of the following jurisdictions: Afghanistan, American Samoa, U.S. Virgin Islands, Territory of Guam, Iran, Yemen, Libya, State of Palestine, Puerto Rico, Somalia, the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, The Northern Mariana Islands, USA, Syria, Russian Federation, Republic of Belarus, Republic of Sudan, self-proclaimed “Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic”, temporarily occupied territories of Georgia, Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, Western Sahara, Federal Republic of Ambazonia, Kosovo, South Sudan, Canada, and temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.}

^{Participants must ensure that their participation is not prohibited or restricted by the laws or regulations of their jurisdiction. The Organizer reserves the right to verify the eligibility of Participants and may request proof of residency or location if necessary.}

^{The Promotion is organized with the primary objective of promoting the services provided by WhiteBIT.}

^{The Promotion is not considered a game of chance, lottery, gambling service, or contest. These Terms and Conditions do not represent a public commitment to reward participants.}

^{Information about the Promotion is communicated in accordance with the Organizer’s advertising rights.}

^{Participants of the Promotion are adult citizens (persons over the age of 18 years) of non-prohibited countries who have met the following conditions:}

1. ^{First-time registered on the official WhiteBIT website https://whitebit.com or are already its users and have verified their identity (passed KYC);}
2. ^{Purchased or topped up their Main balance on the WhiteBIT exchange by at least 250,000 SCM;}
3. ^{Held tokens on their Main or Trading balance on the WhiteBIT exchange until the announcement of the results on the 6th of October, 2023.}

^{Additional Condition: Users who wish to participate in the draw of the Additional Prize Fund must have at least 1,250,000 SCM in total on their Main or Trading balance on the WhiteBIT exchange by the end of the Promotion on the 3rd of October 2023.}

^{The Conditions of the Promotion must be met within the designated time frame of its duration.}

^{Participants’ personal data in the Promotion will be processed to ensure their participation in the Promotion and establish marketing, advertising, tax, and accounting relations.}

^{Participants who are employees, representatives, or agents of the Organizer and their relatives (up to the second degree of kinship) are ineligible to participate in the Promotion. If, at the time of awarding the Prize, it is determined that Participants do not meet the eligibility criteria set forth in these Terms, they will not be entitled to receive the Prize.}

^{Participants of the Promotion who have met all the Conditions of the Promotion have the opportunity to become Winners and win one of the Prizes from the Total Prize Fund of 4,850,000 SCM, which is divided into the Main and Additional Prize Funds:}

• ^{The Main Prize Fund of 1,250,000 SCM will be shared among 25 Winners (50,000 SCM each) who will be chosen among the Participants who have fulfilled Conditions 1–3.}
• ^{The Additional Prize Fund of 3,600,000 SCM will be shared among 30 Winners (120,000 SCM each), who will be chosen among the Participants who have fulfilled Conditions 1–3 and an Additional condition.}

^{The maximum number of Winners of the Main Prize Fund is 25 persons.}

^{The maximum number of Winners of the Additional Prize Fund is 30 persons.}

^{One Winner can only receive one Prize from both Prize Funds.}

^{Based on the results of the Promotion, in the period from the 3rd of October 2023 to the 6th of October 2023, the Organizer forms 2 lists of Participants who meet the Conditions of the Promotion.}

^{The first list consists of Participants who meet the Conditions for receiving Prizes from the Main Prize Fund.}

^{The second list consists of Participants who meet the Conditions for receiving Prizes from the Additional Prize Fund.}

^{The determination of the Winners of the Promotion who will receive the Prizes of the Main Prize Fund will be held using the service random.org automatically among all Participants of the Promotion who meet the Conditions for receiving the Main Prize Fund Prize. Winners are determined by ranking (place in the list on the service, https://www.random.org/). The list of Winners will be published on the 6th of October 2023 in a separate article in the Organizer’s blog (https://blog.whitebit.com/).}

^{The determination of the Winners of the Promotion who will receive the Prizes of the Additional Prize Fund will also be held using the service random.org, automatically among all Participants of the Promotion who meet the Conditions for receiving the Additional Prize Fund Prize. Winners are determined by ranking (place on the service list, https://www.random.org/). The list of Winners will be published on the 6th of October 2023 in a separate article in the Organizer’s blog (https://blog.whitebit.com/).}

^{A Participant of the Promotion can be present in only one of the two lists and can receive either one Main or one Additional Prize.}

^{The Organizer will credit the Prizes of the Main Prize Fund and the Prizes of the Additional Prize Fund to the Main balances of the Winners on the WhiteBIT exchange within 5 working days from the next day after determining the Winners, up to the 13th of October 2023 inclusive.}

^{Winners of the Promotion will be informed about crediting the Main Prize Fund and Additional Prize Fund prizes by email to the address provided during registration on the website https://whitebit.com/ within 5 working days after crediting all the Prizes.}

^{The Winner receives the Prize free of charge. The Prize is non-replaceable, and the Promotion Winner is not entitled to demand any additional compensation from the Organizer. The Organizer assumes no warranty obligations for the Prize received within the ambit of this Promotion and under the conditions specified in these Terms.}

^{Suppose the Winners do not receive the Prize, assuming they were eligible for it, or encounter any other difficulties. In that case, it is required for the Winners to contact online support at https://whitebit.com, email support@whitebit.com, or engage in a chat conversation by no later than the 20th of October 2023, inclusively. If the Winners fail to make contact regarding the non-receipt of the Prize by the specified date, they will forfeit their right to receive the Prize.}

^{By participating in the Promotion, Participants confirm their consent to using their surnames and first names without any financial compensation. Participants also agree to comply with all other Terms of the Promotion. Winners additionally confirm their agreement to participate in advertising interviews regarding their participation in the Promotion, including media platforms such as radio and television, and to be photographed to create graphic materials without receiving any monetary compensation. The Organizer will own all exclusive intellectual property rights to such interviews and photographs.}

^{Winners determined by the Promotion results are not permitted to transfer the rights to receive the Prize to any third parties.}

^{The Organizer reserves the right to amend or modify the Terms and Conditions of the Promotion. In the event of any such changes, information regarding the modifications will be provided on the WhiteBIT website and the Organizer’s official social media platforms.}

^{The Organizer does not involve itself in the resolution of disputes that may arise between Participants of the Prize Promotion. In situations where there are ambiguities in the interpretation of these Terms and/or matters that are not specifically addressed by these Terms, the Organizer of the Promotion will make the final decision in accordance with the applicable legal requirements. It is essential to recognize that the Organizer’s decision is considered final and is not subject to appeal.}

^{In case of any discrepancies or inaccuracies arising from translation across multiple languages utilized in the Promotion, the English rendition shall be deemed authoritative and supersede all other versions.}

^{The Organizer of the Promotion is not responsible for the operation of telecommunication companies, postal services, including email, for any errors made by employees of any enterprises/institutions/organizations that facilitate the exchange of information between the Participants of the Promotion and the Organizer, or for circumstances under which mailings did not arrive, arrived late, were lost or damaged; or as a result of which the Participant of the Promotion did not receive the corresponding Prize.}
