Terms and Conditions of the “Success Formula” Promotion

The Organizers of the Promotion are WhiteBIT and Visa Inc.

The Promotion Period runs from 10 AM UTC on April 17, 2025, to 1о PM UTC on May 5, 2025.

The Promotion is held in the following countries except Afghanistan, American Samoa, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, Iran, Yemen, Libya, State of Palestine, Puerto Rico, Somalia, Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, Northern Mariana Islands, United States, Syria, Republic of Belarus, Russian Federation, Republic of Sudan, Canada, United Kingdom, Transnistria, temporarily occupied territories of Georgia, Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, Western Sahara, Federal Republic of Ambazonia, Kosovo, South Sudan, Nicaragua, Trinidad and Tobago, Venezuela, Myanmar, temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine, Germany, France, Indonesia, Kazakhstan, Japan, China, Australia, Austria, and Nagorno-Karabakh.

Participants are responsible for ensuring that their participation complies with the laws and regulations of their jurisdiction. The Organizer reserves the right to verify Participants’ eligibility and may request proof of residence or location if necessary.

The Promotion is held with the primary goal of popularizing the WhiteBIT brand.

The Promotion is not a game of chance, lottery, gambling service, or contest, and these Terms and Conditions do not constitute a public promise of reward.

Information about the Promotion is provided based on advertising rights.

Participants of the Promotion can be adult citizens of non-restricted countries (that is, all except those mentioned above) or other individuals legally residing in such countries who meet the following Conditions during the Promotion Period:

1. Have registered on the WhiteBIT website or are existing users of the WhiteBIT exchange at the time the Promotion commences and have successfully passed the KYC verification process;
2. Have installed the WhiteBIT application;
3. Have opened a WhiteBIT Nova card within the WhiteBIT exchange application by selecting the “Get a card today” button in the Nova Card section, or already have the Nova card at the time the Promotion commences;
4. Have clicked the “Participate” button in the dashboard panel of the WhiteBIT Nova card. This panel is accessible upon navigating to the card interface in the “Nova Card” section of the WhiteBIT application;
5. Have completed more than 20 transactions using the WhiteBIT Nova card, totaling EUR 1,000 or more during the Promotion Period.

IMPORTANT! While participating in the Promotion, it is forbidden to register on the exchange several times (use several accounts). Participants with multiple accounts will be disqualified. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, each Participant may register only once (have only one account). The use of multiple accounts (multi-accounts and/or sub-accounts) or cooperation with affiliated users and/or users of sub-accounts belonging to the Participant for manipulating the Terms and Conditions is prohibited and will result in the closure of all accounts without the owner’s consent. In case of detecting the creation of several accounts, the Organizer reserves the right to close the second created account and any subsequent multi-accounts.

The Conditions of the Promotion must be fulfilled during its Period.

Any personal data of Participants is processed to ensure participation in the Promotion, for marketing relations, advertising relations, tax relations, and accounting relations.

B2B representatives, the individuals involved in preparing or conducting the Promotion representatives, or agents of the Organizer and their relatives (first and second degree of kinship) are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. If, at the time of awarding a Prize, it is established that a Participant does not meet the requirements of these Terms, such a person will not be entitled to receive the Prize.

The Participants who fully comply with the Promotion Terms within the Promotion Period shall be eligible to become a Winner and receive a Prize from the Main Prize Pool, consisting of one VCARB Experience* package for two persons, which includes:

• 3-days program based in Barcelona, Spain;
• 3-days access to the Paddock Club / Red Bull Energy Lounge for the race in Barcelona;
• 5* hotel accommodation with Visa Hospitality Suite access;
• All ground transportation (airport and track transfers);
• VCARB experiences during the weekend;
• Premium VCARB branded gifting;
• Sightseeing;
• Spa access;
• Evening dinner + Show;
• Full Visa hospitality management;
• Visa on-ground 24/7 support.

The maximum possible number of Promotion Winners who can receive a Prize from the Main Prize Pool is 1 person.

Other Promotion Participants (except for the Promotion Participant who won the Main Prize) also have an opportunity to become Winners and win one of the Prizes of the Additional Prize Pool, which consists of 2 categories:

Category 1 — 1,950 USDC, namely 50 USDC each.

Category 2 — 10 branded merchandise boxes** from the Organizer, namely 1 merch box each.

** Each merchandise box is delivered in a branded box and contains:

• 1 VCARB-branded T-shirt;
• 1 WhiteBIT branded thermos;
• 1 WhiteBIT branded notebook;
• 1 set of WhiteBIT branded stickers.

The maximum number of Promotion Winners who can receive a Prize from the Additional Prize Pool is 49.

One Winner may receive only one Prize from the Main Prize Pool or one Prize from Category 1 or Category 2 of the Additional Prize Pool.

Based on the results of the Promotion, from May 5, 2025, to May 9, 2025, the Organizer shall form a list of Promotion Participants who meet the Promotion Conditions.

The Winners of the Promotion will be determined in 3 stages:

Stage 1. The Winner of the Promotion who will receive the Prize from the Main Prize Pool will be determined on May 9, 2025, using the random.org service, automatically among all Participants of the Promotion who have fulfilled its Terms and Conditions. The Winner is determined by the rating (place in the list on the https://www.random.org/ service).

Stage 2. The Winners of the Promotion who will receive the Prizes from Category 1 of the Additional Prize Pool will be determined on May 9, 2025, using random.org service, automatically among all Promotion Participants who have fulfilled its Terms and Conditions, except for the Winner who won the Main Prize Pool Prize. The Winners who will receive the Category 1 Prize of the Additional Prize Pool are determined by the rating (place in the list on the https://www.random.org/ service).

Stage 3. The Winners of the Promotion who will receive the Prizes from Category 2 of the Additional Prize Pool will be determined on May 9, 2025, using random.org service, automatically among all Promotion Participants who have fulfilled its Terms and Conditions, except for the Winner who won the Main Prize Pool Prize and Winners who won the Category 1 Prizes of the Additional Prize Pool. The Winners who will receive the Category 2 Prize of the Additional Prize Pool are determined by the rating (place in the list on the https://www.random.org/ service).

The list of all Winners will be published in this article on May 9, 2025. A video with a screen recording of the process of determining the Winners who will receive the Prizes from the Main and Additional Prize Pool will be published on the WhiteBIT YouTube channel.

The Organizer shall send the Main Prize Pool Prize by letter to the email address specified by the Main Prize Pool Winner during registration on https://whitebit.comwithin the same day after the publication of the Winners’ list.

The Organizer shall credit the Category 1 Prizes of the Additional Prize Pool to the Winners’ Main balances on the WhiteBIT exchange within 7 business days from the next calendar day after the publication of the Winners’ list.

The Promotion Winners will be informed about the Category 1 Additional Prize Pool Prizes by letter to the email address specified during registration on https://whitebit.com within 5 business days after the Prizes are credited.

The Organizer will contact the Category 2 Additional Prize Pool Winners by letter to the email address provided during registration on https://whitebit.com, which will contain a Google form to fill out. The Winners must fill in the data for sending the Prize (full name, nickname on the WhiteBIT exchange, delivery address and phone number) within 3 business days after receiving such an email. The Category 2 Prize of the Additional Prize Pool will be sent by local postal services within 14 calendar days from the date of filling in the Google form by the Winners, until May 23, 2025, inclusive.

If after determining the Winners it is found that the Participant has not properly fulfilled the Promotion Conditions or otherwise violated these Promotion Terms and Conditions, the User Agreement, such Winner loses the right to receive the Prize and the Winner status. In this case, the right to receive the Prize and the Winner’s status shall be transferred to the next Participant in the list formed by the random.org service. For example, in the case of disqualification of the Participant who took the third place in the Leaderboard, their Prize will be transferred to the Participant who took the next, fourth position in the ranking.

The Winner shall receive the Prize free of charge. The Prize is non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and cannot be substituted with its monetary equivalent. The Winner is not entitled to request any alternative compensation from the Organizer. The Organizer assumes no warranty obligations for the Prize awarded within this Promotion and under the Terms and Conditions outlined herein.

In case the Winner of the Main Prize Pool does not receive the Prize to which they are entitled or face any other difficulties, the Winners should contact online support at https://whitebit.com, via email support@whitebit.com, or communicate with the Organizer’s agents via online chat no later than May 9, 2025. If the Winner does not contact the Organizer about not receiving the Prize by the specified date, they will lose the right to receive the Prize.

In case the Winners of any of the Categories of the Additional Prize Pool do not receive the Prize to which they are entitled or face any other difficulties, the Winners should contact online support at https://whitebit.com, via email support@whitebit.com, or communicate with the Organizer’s agents via online chat no later than June 6, 2025. If the Winner does not contact the Organizer about not receiving the Prize by the specified date, they will lose the right to receive the Prize.

The Winners determined by the results of the Promotion may not transfer the right to receive the Prize to third parties.

The Winner has the right to refuse the Prize.

The Organizer does not compensate the Winner for any additional expenses related to receiving the Prize. Income taxation of the Winners who receive the Prize is carried out in accordance with the current legislation of the Participants’ countries.

By participating in the Promotion, the Participant understands and agrees that any information voluntarily provided by them, including the Participant’s personal data, may be processed by the Organizer or third parties involved to conduct the Promotion, perform all necessary actions related to it (including, but not limited to, informing about the Promotion results both in advertising and in other ways), as well as to send the Participant information, in particular, of an advertising nature, about the following events/contests/promotions/giveaways of the Organizer. By accepting the requirements of these Terms and Conditions, the Participants hereby consent to such processing of personal data for the purpose of use by the Organizer and/or other persons authorized by the Organizer and confirm their full understanding and necessary awareness of the purposes of processing the information provided, as well as the privacy policy: https://whitebit.com/privacy-policy.

At the same time, by participating in the Promotion, the Promotion Participants confirm their consent to the use of their names and surnames without any material compensation, as well as their agreement to comply with other Promotion Terms and Conditions. The Winners confirm their consent to give promotional interviews about their participation in the Promotion in the media, in particular, on radio and television, as well as to be photographed for the production of graphic materials without any monetary compensation. All exclusive intellectual property rights to such interviews and photos will belong to the Organizer.

The Organizer reserves the right to change the Promotion’s Terms and Conditions. Information about any changes will be provided on the Organizer’s website, https://whitebit.com, and the Organizer’s social media channels.

The Organizer does not enter into disputes that may arise between the Promotion Participants regarding the Prize. In situations that allow for ambiguous interpretation of these Terms and/or issues not regulated by these Terms, the Promotion Organizer shall make the final decision in accordance with the requirements of the applicable law. At the same time, the decision of the Promotion Organizer is final and not subject to appeal.

Visa Inc., Visa U.S.A. Inc., Visa International Service Association, Visa Canada Corporation, Visa Worldwide Pte. Ltd., Visa Europe Ltd., Visa Europe Services Inc., Visa Do Brasil Empreendimentos LTDA, Visa International Servicios de Pago España, S.R.L.U. and those entities controlling, controlled by, or under common control with, any of the foregoing, and any successors, successors in interest, and/or permitted assigns thereto, and each of their respective client financial institutions and merchants, and each of the foregoing’s parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, representatives, agents, designees, and advertising and promotion agencies, and the employees, personnel, designees, and representatives of all of the foregoing (collectively, “Visa”), Block, Inc., MKTG, Inc., the Visa Cash App Racing Bulls Formula One Team (the “Team”) and any entities controlling, controlled by, or under common control with, each of the foregoing, and any successors, successors in interest, and/or permitted assigns thereto, and the foregoing’s parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, representatives, agents, designees, and the employees, personnel, designees, and representatives of the foregoing (each, a “Visa Party” and collectively, the “Visa Parties”) and any other Team and F1 commercial sponsors are not responsible for the administration of the Promotion. The Team is not liable for anything arising out of this promotion including the fulfilment of any Prizes. The Prize must be accepted as awarded and is subject to all of the applicable Terms and Conditions prescribed to such Prize, including passing necessary sanctions screening. By accepting the Prize the holder is deemed to have accepted all of the applicable Terms and Conditions prescribed to such Prize, including any entry and COVID-19 requirements. The Prize is not negotiable and the Winners/recipients must not re-sell or transfer the Prize in any way, unless otherwise approved. In the event of the Prize being unavailable the Promoter reserves the right to substitute it for one of equal or greater value. Any substitution will be within the entire discretion of the Promoter. In the event the Winner does not accept the substitution they will forfeit their right to the Prize. So far as is permitted by law the Visa Parties and other Team sponsors, and their associated companies and agents exclude responsibility and all liabilities arising from: (i) any postponement, cancellation or material change of the Success Formula Promotion; and (ii) any act or default by a Winner or their guest resulting in the Winner or their guest being unable to activate the Prize and/ or any elements of it. By participating in this Promotion, you understand and agree that you are not being granted any rights (including any advertising, marketing or sponsorship rights) in relation to the Team or Success Formula Promotion (or any associated races, teams or drivers) and shall not conduct any related marketing or advertising campaigns, promotions or other activities.

In exchange for being allowed to participate in the Promotion, so far as is permitted by law by each Winner/Recipient hereby releases and forever discharges and agrees to indemnify the Visa Parties from any and all claims, demands, rights, expenses, actions, and causes of action, of whatever kind (collectively, “Claims”), arising from or by reason of any personal injury, bodily injury, property damage, or the consequences thereof, whether foreseeable or not, resulting from or in any way connected with his or her participation in the Promotion. So far as is permitted by law the Winner/Recipient further covenants and agrees that for the consideration stated above, he or she will hold forever harmless and will not take legal action against any Visa Party for any claim for damages arising or growing out of his or her participation in the Promotion whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

The Promotion Organizer is not responsible for the work of telecommunication companies, postal services, including email, for any mistakes of employees of any enterprises/institutions/organizations that provide information exchange between the Promotion Participants and the Organizer, or circumstances due to which mail items were not received, received late, lost or damaged; or as a result of which the Promotion Participant did not receive the corresponding Prize.

In case of any discrepancies or inaccuracies related to the translation into several languages used in the Promotion, the English translation shall be considered valid and shall supersede all other versions.
