The Terms and Conditions of Participation in the “Telegram Community Survey” Promotion

^{The Organizer of the Promotion is WhiteBIT (https://whitebit.com).}

^{Promotion period: from 9:00 a.m. (UTC) on the 3rd of October 2023 until 8:00 p.m. (UTC) on the 31st of October 2023.} 

^{The territory of the Promotion: All countries of the world except Afghanistan, American Samoa, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, Iran, Yemen, Libya, Palestine, Puerto Rico, Somalia, North Korea, the Northern Mariana Islands, the USA, Spain, Canada, Syria, Sudan, South Sudan, “Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic”, the temporarily occupied territories of Georgia, “Republic of Artsakh”, Northern Cyprus, Western Sahara, Amazonia, Kosovo, Republic of Belarus, Russian Federation and the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.}

^{The Promotion is held to promote WhiteBIT services.}

^{The Promotion is not a game of chance, a lottery, a service in the gambling business, or a contest; these Terms are not a public promise of reward.}

^{Information about the Promotion is provided based on advertising rights.}

^{Participants of the Promotion are adult citizens of non-banned countries (i.e., except for the above-mentioned) or other persons legally residing in the territory of such countries who have met the following conditions:}

• ^{They are registered with WhiteBIT and have passed the verification of identity (KYC);}
• ^{They are members of the WhiteBIT Telegram community;} 
• ^{They filled out the form, indicated their nickname on the WhiteBIT exchange, Soul ID, and passed the survey to the WhiteBIT Telegram community.}

^{The Conditions of the Promotion must be met within the timeframe of its duration.}

^{Any personal data of Participants in the Promotion is processed to ensure participation in the Promotion, marketing relations, advertising relations, tax relations, and accounting relations.}

^{Employees, representatives, or agents of the Organizer and their relatives (first and second degree of kinship) are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. Suppose, at the time of the provision of the Prize, it is established that the person participating in the Promotion cannot be a Participant of the Promotion following these Terms. In that case, such a person is not entitled to receive the Prize.}

^{All the Promotion Participants who fulfill all the conditions become the Winners and have an opportunity to get the Prize — 1 SBT each.}

^{The maximum number of Promotion Participants will receive the Prize is unlimited.} 

^{One Winner can win only one Prize from the Prize Fund.}

^{Based on the Promotion results, on November 1, the Organizer forms a list of the Winners who have fulfilled all the Promotion Terms.}

^{The list of Promotion Winners will be published on the WhiteBIT blog on November 7, 2023.} 

^{The Organizer shall credit the Prize to WB Soul within 5 working days from the day following the announcement of the Winners, but no later than November 15, 2023, inclusive.} 

^{The Winner receives the Prize free of charge. No replacement of the Prize is provided. The Winner has no right to demand any other compensation from the Organizer.}

^{The received Prize is not subject to exchange and refund.}

^{The Organizer does not bear any warranty obligations for the Prize received within the framework of this Promotion and under the conditions specified in these Rules.}

^{The Winner has the right to refuse the Prize.}

^{The Winners determined by the results of the Promotion may not transfer the right to receive the Prize to third parties.}

^{In case of failure to receive the Prize, if the Winner was entitled to it, or in case of any other difficulties, the Winner must contact online support at https://whitebit.com or by e-mail at support@whitebit.com no later than November 30, 2023, inclusive. In case the Winner does not apply within the specified period, including in case of non-receipt of the Prize, the Winner loses the right to receive it.}

^{The Organizer does not compensate the Winner’s additional expenses related to receiving the Prize. Income taxation of the Winners who received the Prize shall be carried out per the current legislation of the Winners’ countries.}

^{By participating in the Promotion, the Participant understands and agrees that any information voluntarily provided by him/her, including the Participant’s personal data, may be processed by the Organizer or third parties involved to conduct the Promotion, perform all necessary actions related to it (including, but not limited to, informing about the results of the Promotion both in advertising and in other ways), as well as further possible sending of information to the Participant, including advertising. Including advertising information about the following events/contests/promotions/raffle of the Organizer. By accepting the requirements of these Terms, the Participants hereby consent to such processing of personal data for the purpose of use by the Organizer and/or other persons authorized by the Organizer and confirm their full understanding and necessary awareness of the purposes of processing the information provided, as well as the privacy policy: https://whitebit.com/ua/privacy-policy.}

^{At the same time, by participating in the Campaign, the Campaign Participants confirm their consent to the use of their names and surnames without any material compensation, as well as their agreement to comply with other Campaign Rules. The Winners confirm their consent to give promotional interviews about their participation in the Campaign in the media, including on radio and television, as well as to be photographed for the production of graphic materials without any monetary compensation. All exclusive intellectual property rights to such interviews and photos will belong to the Organizer.}

^{The Organizer reserves the right to make changes to the terms and conditions of the Campaign. In case of any changes, information about it will be provided on the website https://whitebit.com and the Organizer’s social media.}

^{The Organizer does not enter into any disputes that may arise between the Campaign Participants regarding the Prize. In situations that allow for ambiguous interpretations of these Rules and/or issues not regulated by these Rules, the Promotional Offer Organizer shall make the final decision in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation of the Participants’ countries. In this case, the decision of the Campaign Organizer is final and not subject to appeal.}
