The Organizer of the Promotion is the UAB Clear White Technologies company, incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Lithuania under the number LT-03224, and registered at the office address: J. Basanaviiaus g. 26 Vilnius, Republic of Lithuania.
Promotion period: from 12:00 a.m. UTC on the 26th of June 2023 until 11:59 p.m. UTC on the 4th of July 2023.
The territory of the Promotion: the Republic of Türkiye.

The Promotion is held to promote WhiteBIT services.
The Promotion is not a game of chance, a lottery, a service in the field of gambling business, or a contest; these Terms are not a public promise of reward.
Information about the Promotion is provided on the basis of advertising rights.
Participants of the Promotion are adult citizens (persons over the age of 18 years) of the Republic of Türkiye who:
- Subscribed to both accounts of WhiteBIT and FC Trabzonspor on one of the social media where the announcement of the Promotion was posted.
- During the Promotion Period, filled out the Google form by the link: link
In the Google form, the Participant of the Promotion should indicate his/her nickname on the Instagramsocial network and rate the new uniform of FC Trabzonspor from 1 to 10.
Any personal data of Participants in the Promotion is processed to ensure participation in the Promotion, marketing relations, advertising relations, tax relations, and accounting relations.
Employees, representatives, or agents of the Organizer and their relatives (first and second degree of kinship) are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. Suppose at the time of the provision of the Prize it is established that the person participating in the Promotion cannot be a Participant of the Promotion following these Terms. In that case, such a person is not entitled to receive the Prize.
A Participant who has fulfilled all the Promotion Terms has an opportunity to win one of the Prizes, namely: branded T-shirt from the new FC Trabzonspor uniform.
The total number of Promotion Winners: 3 persons.
The total number of Prizes: 3 branded FC Trabzonspor T-shirts.
The list of Participants will be formed automatically at the end of the Promotion period on the 4th of July 2023 on the basis of all the Participants who have fulfilled the Terms of the Promotions.
The Winners of the Promotion will be determined within the first 2 calendar days after the list of Participants is formed.
The determination of the Promotion Winners will take place on the 6th of July 2023, using the random.org service, automatically, among all Participants of the Promotion from the list. Winners are determined by the ranking (place in the list on https://www.random.org service). The list of Winners will be published on WhiteBIT Instagram on the same day (6th July 2023).
The Organizer will inform the Winners of the Promotion about winning the Prize by sending a message to the direct messages on Instagram specified in the Google form that the Participants filled out during the Promotion until the 12th of July 2023.
The Winner must inform the Organizer of his/her personal data: Full name, phone number, address, and the code of the post office convenient for receiving the Prize.
One Winner can win one Prize only.
The Prizes will be sent within 14 business days following the day of contacting the Winner. Delivery of the Prize is paid by the Organizer.
If it is impossible to contact the Winner or if the Winner fails to comply with these Terms, such Winner loses the right to Winner status, and such right passes to the next Winner in the list.
The Winner receives a Prize for free. The Prize cannot be replaced. The Promotion Winner has no right to demand any other compensation from the Organizer. The Organizer does not bear any warranty obligations for the Prize received within the framework of this Promotion and under the conditions specified in these Terms.
In case of non-receipt of the Prize, if the Winner was entitled to it, or in case of any other difficulties, the Winner should contact online support at https://whitebit.com, via email (support@whitebit.com) or via chat no later than one week after the prize is awarded. If the Winner does not contact the support by the 4th of August 2023, in particular, regarding the issues of not receiving the Prize, the Winner loses the right to receive it.
The Winners determined by the results of the draw may not transfer the right to receive the Prize to third parties.
The Promotion Winner has the right to refuse the Prize.
The Organizer does not compensate the Winner’s additional expenses related to receiving the Prize. Income taxation of the Winners who receive the Prize is carried out in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Türkiye.
By participating in the Promotion, the Participant understands and agrees that any information voluntarily provided by him, including the Participant’s personal data, may be processed by the Organizer or third parties involved by him to conduct the Promotion, perform all necessary actions related to it (in particular, but not exclusively, informing about the results of the Promotion both in advertising and in another way), as well as further possible sending of information to the Participant, in particular, of an advertising nature, about the following events/competitions/promotions/raffle of the Organizer. By accepting the requirements of these Terms, the Participants thus consent to such processing of personal data for use by the Organizer and/or other authorized Organizers and confirm their full understanding and necessary awareness of the purposes of processing the information provided, as well as the privacy policy: https://whitebit.com/ru/privacy-policy.
At the same time, by participating in the Promotion, Participants of the Promotion confirm their consent to using their surnames and first names without financial compensation, as well as their agreement to comply with other Terms of the Promotion. The Winners confirm their agreement to provide advertising interviews about participation in the Promotion in the media, particularly on radio and television, and to be photographed for producing graphic materials without paying them any monetary compensation. All exclusive intellectual property rights to such interviews and photographs will belong to the Organizer.
The Organizer reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the Promotion. In case of any changes, information about this will be provided on the website WhiteBIT and the Organizer’s social networks.
The Organizer does not enter into disputes that may arise between Participants of the Prize Promotion. In situations that allow ambiguous interpretations of these Terms and/or issues not regulated by these Terms, the Organizer of the Promotion makes the final decision in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Türkiye. At the same time, the Organizer’s decision is final and not subject to appeal.
The Organizer of the Promotion is not responsible for the work of the services of telecommunications companies, postal services, in particular, email, for any errors of employees of any enterprises/institutions/organizations that ensure the exchange of information between the Participants of the Promotion and the Organizer or the circumstances as a result of which postal items were not received, received late, lost or damaged; or as a result of which the Participant of the Promotion did not receive the corresponding Prize.
