Conditions for participation in the “Invite a friend and participate in the giveaway of 300 WBT” promotion

UAB Clear White Technologies, incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Lithuania under number LT-03224, has its registered office address: J. Basanaviiaus g. 26 Vilnius, Republic of Lithuania, and organizes the Promotion.

Promotion duration: from 0:01 a.m. (UTC +3) April 01, 2023, to 11:59 p.m. (UTC +3) April 30, 2023.

The territory of the Promotion: the Promotion is held on the territories of all countries of the world, except for the territories of such states as Afghanistan, American Samoa, the US Virgin Islands, the territory of Guam, Iran, Yemen, Libya, the State of Palestine, Puerto Rico, Somalia, the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, the Northern Mariana Islands, USA, Syria, Republic of Belarus, Russian Federation, Republic of Sudan, Transnistria, temporarily occupied territories of Georgia, Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, Western Sahara, Federal Republic of Ambazonia, Kosovo, South Sudan, Spain, Canada and temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.

The Promotion is made to popularize the WhiteBIT services.

The Promotion is not a gambling, lottery, gaming business service, or contest. These Terms are not a public promise of reward.

Information about the Promotion is provided as an advertisement.

Participants of the Promotion are adult citizens of countries and territories not listed above as prohibited for participation or other persons legally located on the territory of countries and territories not listed above as prohibited for participation (persons who have reached the age of 18) who:

• Registered for the first time on the WhiteBIT website or are already its users and have been verified (passed KYC procedure);

• During the Promotion period, invited other exchange users using a referral link.

After fulfilling the specified conditions, the user must fill out the Google form using the LINK, where they should indicate their full name, username on the WhiteBIT exchange, and phone number.

• To fulfill the conditions of the Promotion, new users who followed the referral link of the Promotion participant also registered on the WhiteBIT website and passed verification (passed KYC procedure);
• New users, after registration using the referral link, replenished their balance in one of the available national currencies on the WhiteBIT website for an amount equal to 25 US dollars or replenished their balance in one of the available cryptocurrencies on the WhiteBIT website for an amount equal to 50 US dollars, and also did not withdraw the amount of deposited funds from the WhiteBIT website until the moment of receiving the prize by a new customer.

Participation in Promotion is prohibited for the individuals who:

• Has not been completed or has expired identity verification;
• Did not fill out the Google form on the LINK or filled it out incorrectly;
• Violate the rules of using the exchange;
• Did not make a deposit yet or already made a deposit for a smaller amount;
• Made a deposit and withdrew funds before being credited to the prize balance;
• Has not fulfilled all the conditions;
• Withdrew funds before the prize was credited to their balance and the balance of the Promotion Participant.

Any personal data of participants in the Promotion is processed to ensure participation in the Promotion, marketing relations, advertising relations, tax relations, and accounting relations.

Employees, representatives, or agents of the Organizer and their relatives (first and second degree of kinship) are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. Suppose at the time of the provision of the Prize, it is established that the person participating in the Promotion cannot be a Participant of the Promotion following these Rules. In that case, such a person is not entitled to receive the Prize.

Subject to the fulfillment of the above conditions, the Promotion Participants are guaranteed to receive a prize of 2 USDT for the Participant who provided the referral link and 5 USDT for the new user who registered using the referral link and fulfilled the above conditions.

Participants of the Promotion also have the opportunity to win one of the Prizes of the Prize Fund in 300 WBT:

• 50 WBT — 1 pc.
• 30 WBT — 1 pc.
• 20 WBT — 1 pc.
• 5 WBT — 40 pcs.

The maximum possible number of winners of the Prize Fund is 43 people.

The Participant of the Promotion, whose referral link is used to register and fulfill the above conditions of the largest number of new users, will receive a prize of 50 WBT.

The Participant of the Promotion, whose referral link is used to register and fulfill the above conditions of the second-largest number of new users, will receive a prize in the form of 30 WBT.

The Participant of the Promotion, whose referral link is used to register and fulfill the above conditions of the third-largest number of new users, will receive a prize of 20 WBT.

Participants of the Promotion, whose referral link is used for registration and fulfillment of the above conditions of at least 5 new users, will become participants in the drawing of the 200 WBT Prize Fund. 40 winners will be determined among them. 40 winners will receive 5 WBT each.

If the terms of the Promotion are fulfilled, Prizes in the form of 2 USDT for the Participant of the Promotion and 5 USDT for a new user will be awarded every Thursday during the Promotion period.

Determination of the Winners of the Promotion will take place on 05/04/2023 upon fulfillment of the above conditions, as well as using the random.org service automatically among the Participants of the Promotion who claim part of the prize pool of 200 WBT. Winners are determined by rating (place in the list on the service, https://www.random.org). Videos with the selection of winners will be published on the official WhiteBIT Instagram page.

The Winners of the Promotion will be informed about the winnings by a letter to the email address specified during registration on the website WhiteBIT within the first working day after the determination of the Winners.

If it is impossible to contact the Winner or fails to comply with these Rules, such Winner loses the right to Winner status, and such right passes to the next Winner in the list.

The winner receives a prize for free. The Prize cannot be replaced. The Promotion Winner has no right to demand any other compensation from the Organizer.

The Organizers do not bear any warranty obligations for the Prize received within the framework of this Promotion and under the conditions specified in these Rules.

The Organizer inclusively performs the accrual of Prizes to the exchange accounts of the winners on the 15th of May 2023.

In case of non-receipt of the Prize, if the Participant was entitled to it, or in case of any other difficulties, the Winner must contact online support at https://whitebit.com no later than 22.05.2023 inclusive. If the Winner has applied by the 22nd of May 2023, including on issues of not receiving the Prize, the Winner retains the right to receive it.

Winners determined by the giveaway results cannot transfer the rights to receive the Prize to third parties.

The Participant in the Promotion has the right to refuse the Prize.

The Organizer does not compensate for the additional expenses of the Winner related to the receipt of the Prize. Taxation of the income of the Winners who received the Prize is carried out following the current legislation of Ukraine.

By participating in the Promotion, the Participant understands and agrees that any information voluntarily provided by him, including the Participant’s personal data, may be processed by the Organizer or third parties involved by him to conduct the Promotion, perform all necessary actions related to it (in particular, but not exclusively, informing about the results of the Promotion both in advertising and in another way), as well as further possible sending of information to the Participant, in particular, of an advertising nature, about the following events/competitions/promotions/raffle of the Organizer. By accepting the requirements of these Terms, the Participants thus consent to such processing of personal data for use by the Organizer and/or other authorized Organizers and confirm their complete understanding and necessary awareness of the purposes of processing the information provided, as well as the privacy policy: https://whitebit.com/privacy-policy.

At the same time, by participating in the Promotion, Participants of the Promotion confirm their consent to using their surnames and first names without financial compensation, as well as their agreement to comply with other rules of the Promotion. The winners confirm their agreement to provide advertising interviews about participation in the Promotion in the media, particularly on radio and television, and to be photographed for producing graphic materials without paying them any monetary compensation. All exclusive intellectual property rights to such interviews and photographs will belong to the Organizer.

The Organizer reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the Promotion. In case of any changes, information about this will be provided on the website WhiteBIT and the Organizer’s social networks.

The Organizer does not enter into disputes that may arise between Participants of the Prize Promotion. In situations that allow ambiguous interpretations of these Rules and/or issues not regulated by these Rules, the Organizer of the Promotion makes the final decision in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation of Ukraine. At the same time, the Organizer’s decision is final and not subject to appeal.

The Organizer of the Promotion is not responsible for the work of the services of telecommunications companies, postal services, in particular, e-mail, for any errors of employees of any enterprises/institutions/organizations that ensure the exchange of information between the Participants of the Promotion and the Organizer or the circumstances as a result of which postal items were not received, received late, lost or damaged; or as a result of which the Participant of the Promotion did not receive the corresponding prize.
