Terms of participation in the promotion “Top up your WBT balance and take part in the ARB draw”

UAB Clear White Technologies, incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Lithuania under number LT-03224, and has its registered office address: J. Basanaviiaus g. 26 Vilnius, Republic of Lithuania organizes the Promotion.

Promotion duration: 0:01 a.m. (UTC +3) on April 08, 2023 — 11:59 p.m. (UTC +3) on April 15, 2023.

The territory of the Promotion: the Promotion is held on the territories of all countries of the world, except for the territories of such states as Afghanistan, American Samoa, the US Virgin Islands, the territory of Guam, Iran, Yemen, Libya, the State of Palestine, Puerto Rico, Somalia, the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, the Northern Mariana Islands, USA, Syria, Republic of Belarus, Russian Federation, Republic of Sudan, Transnistria, temporarily occupied territories of Georgia, Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, Western Sahara, Federal Republic of Ambazonia, Kosovo, South Sudan, Spain, Canada and temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.

The Promotion is made to popularize the WhiteBIT services.

The Promotion is not a gambling, lottery, gaming business service, or contest. These Terms are not a public promise of reward.

Information about the Promotion is provided as an advertisement.

Participants of the Promotion are adult citizens of countries and territories not listed above as prohibited for participation or other persons legally located on the territory of countries and territories not listed above as prohibited for participation (persons who have reached the age of 18) who:

• Registered for the first time on the WhiteBIT website or are already its users and have been verified (passed KYC procedure);
• On the WhiteBIT website, bought WBT (WhiteBIT tokens) in an amount equal to or greater than 10 WBT with one payment;
• During the Promotion, did not remove the asset from the WhiteBIT website and kept it in the Holding section of the WhiteBIT website;

After fulfilling the specified conditions, the user must fill out the Google form using the LINK, where they should indicate their full name, username on the WhiteBIT exchange and phone number.

Participants of the Promotion can buy WBT in an amount equal to or greater than 10 WBT and keep it in the Holding section of the WhiteBIT website an unlimited number of times, thus participating in the drawing of different parts of the Prize Fund.

Participation in Promotion is prohibited for the individuals who:

• Has not been completed or has expired identity verification;
• Did not fill out the Google form on the LINK, or filled it out incorrectly;
• Violate the rules of using the exchange;
• Did not make a deposit or made a deposit for a smaller amount;
• Made a deposit and withdrew these funds before the end of the Promotion;
• Has not fulfilled all the conditions;

Any personal data of participants in the Promotion is processed to ensure participation in the Promotion, marketing relations, advertising relations, tax relations, and accounting relations.

Employees, representatives, or agents of the Organizer and their relatives (first and second degree of kinship) are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. Suppose at the time of the provision of the Prize it is established that the person participating in the Promotion cannot be a Participant of the Promotion following these Rules. In that case, such a person is not entitled to receive the Prize.

Participants of the Campaign have an opportunity to win one of the Prizes of the Prize Fund of 10,000 ARB (Arbitrum token), which will be credited to their WhiteBIT Main Balances.

The rewards’ distribution:

• 200 random winners who deposit and hold in the Holding section of 10 and 100 WBT will receive 5 ARB each;
• 200 random winners who deposit and hold in the Holding section of 101 to 200 WBT will receive 10 ARB each;
• 100 random winners who deposit and hold in the Holding section of 201 to 300 WBT will receive 20 ARB each;
• 100 random winners who deposit and hold in the Holding section of 301 to 400 WBT will receive 25 ARB each;
• 50 random winners who deposit and hold in the Holding section 401 WBT or more will receive 50 ARB each.

The maximum possible number of Winners of the Promotion is 650 people.

One Participant can win only one Prize.

If the Participant became a Winner in several deposit ranges, priority is given to the winnings where the amount in the Holding section was higher. Thus, the Participant receives the maximum Prize. Funds that were in the Holding section before the start of the activity do not participate in the draw.

A Participant of the Promotion, who replenished their balance on the WhiteBIT website by an amount in the range from 10 to 100 WBT, participates in the drawing for a prize of 5 ARB.

A Participant of the Promotion, who replenished their balance on the WhiteBIT website by an amount in the range from 101 to 200 WBT, participates in the drawing for a prize of 10 ARB.

A Participant of the Promotion, who replenished their balance on the WhiteBIT website by an amount in the range from 201 to 300 WBT, participates in the drawing for a prize of 20 ARB.

A Participant of the Promotion, who replenished their balance on the WhiteBIT website by an amount greater than or equal to 301 WBT, participates in the drawing for a prize of 25 ARB.

Determination of the Winners of the Promotion will take place on 04/20/2023 using the random.org service upon fulfillment of the above conditions. Winners are determined by rating (place in the list on the service https://www.random.org). Winners are determined by rating (position in the list on the service: https://www.random.org/). Videos with the selection of winners will be published on the official WhiteBIT Instagram page.

The winners of the Promotion will be informed about the winnings by letter to the email address specified during registration on the website https://whitebit.com/, within the first working day after the sending of all prizes.

If it is impossible to contact the Winner or fails to comply with these Rules, such Winner loses the right to Winner status, and such right passes to the next Winner in the list.

The winner receives a prize for free. The Prize cannot be replaced. The Promotion Winner has no right to demand any other compensation from the Organizer.

The Organizers do not bear any warranty obligations for the Prize received within the framework of this Promotion and under the conditions specified in these Rules.

The Organizer inclusively performs the accrual of Prizes to the exchange accounts of the winners on the 2nd of May 2023.

In case of non-receipt of the Prize, if the Participant was entitled to it, or in case of any other difficulties, the Winner must contact online support at https://whitebit.com no later than 05.09.2023 inclusive. If the Winner has applied by the 9th of May 2023, including on issues of not receiving the Prize, the Winner retains the right to receive it.

Winners determined by the giveaway results cannot transfer the rights to receive the Prize to third parties.

The Participant in the Promotion has the right to refuse the Prize.

The Organizer does not compensate for the additional expenses of the Winner related to the receipt of the Prize. Taxation of the income of the Winners who received the Prize is carried out following the current legislation of all countries that are allowed to take part in the Promotion, except for the countries and territories listed above as prohibited for participation.

By participating in the Promotion, the Participant understands and agrees that any information voluntarily provided by him, including the Participant’s personal data, may be processed by the Organizer or third parties involved by him to conduct the Promotion, perform all necessary actions related to it (in particular, but not exclusively, informing about the results of the Promotion both in advertising and in another way), as well as further possible sending of information to the Participant, in particular, of an advertising nature, about the following events/competitions/promotions/raffle of the Organizer. By accepting the requirements of these Terms, the Participants thus consent to such processing of personal data for use by the Organizer and/or other authorized Organizers and confirm their full understanding and necessary awareness of the purposes of processing the information provided, as well as the privacy policy: https://whitebit.com/ru/privacy-policy.

At the same time, by participating in the Promotion, Participants of the Promotion confirm their consent to using their surnames and first names without financial compensation, as well as their agreement to comply with other rules of the Promotion. The winners confirm their agreement to provide advertising interviews about participation in the Promotion in the media, particularly on radio and television, and to be photographed for producing graphic materials without paying them any monetary compensation. All exclusive intellectual property rights to such interviews and photographs will belong to the Organizer.

The Organizer reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the Promotion. In case of any changes, information about this will be provided on the website WhiteBIT and the Organizer’s social networks.

The Organizer does not enter into disputes that may arise between Participants of the Prize Promotion. In situations that allow ambiguous interpretations of these Rules and/or issues not regulated by these Rules, the Organizer of the Promotion makes the final decision in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation of all countries that are allowed to take part in the Promotion, except for the countries and territories not listed above as prohibited for participation. At the same time, the Organizer’s decision is final and not subject to appeal.
