Terms and Conditions of the “‎Trade on Margin — Win NFT Collection” Promotion

The Organizer of the Promotion is UAB Clear White Technologies, a company duly incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Lithuania with the registration number LT-03224. The registered office address of the company is located at J. Basanaviiaus g. 26, Vilnius, Republic of Lithuania.

The Promotion period: from 10 a.m. (UTC) on September 1, 2023, till 11:59 p.m. (UTC) on September 30, 2023.

Territory of the Promotion: the Promotion is held on the territory of all countries, with the exception of: Afghanistan, American Samoa, US Virgin Islands, Guam, Iran, Yemen, Turkey, Libya, Palestine, Puerto Rico, Somalia, North Korea, Northern Mariana Islands, USA, Canada, Syria, Sudan, South Sudan, Transnistria, temporarily occupied territories of Georgia, Nagorno-Karabakh, Northern Cyprus, Western Sahara, Amazonia, Spain, Kosovo, Republic of Belarus, Russian Federation, temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.

The Promotion is held with the primary objective of promoting the services provided by WhiteBIT.

The Promotion is not a game of chance, a lottery, a service in the field of gambling business, or a contest; these Terms are not a public promise of reward.

Information about the Promotion is provided on the basis of advertising rights.

Participants of the Promotion are adult citizens of non-prohibited countries (that is, except those specified above) or other persons who are legally present in the territory of such countries and who have fulfilled the following Terms:

– Signed up on the official WhiteBIT exchange website https://whitebit.com and passed KYC verification;

– Created or already had a wallet on the Polygon network;

– Completed 3 tasks on margin trading on the exchange:

• Opened 1 long position, namely for purchase, in any margin trading pair and with any leverage. The minimum order amount for a long position should be no less than 10 USDT or in equivalent to the selected pair.
• Opened 1 short position, namely for sale, in any margin trading pair and with any leverage. The minimum order amount for a long position should be no less than 10 USDT or in equivalent to the selected pair.
• Suggested a pair that they would like to see in the list of margin trading pairs on WhiteBIT in the corresponding field of the Google form.

–  Joined the WhiteBIT community in Telegram and wrote about fulfilling the conditions in the comments under this post in the Telegram channel;

–  Filled out the Google form via the link, in which indicated the desired margin trading pair, their nickname on the WhiteBIT exchange, their Telegram nickname, and the wallet address on the Polygon network.

The Terms of the Promotion must be fulfilled within the conduction period.

Any personal data of the Participants of the Promotion is processed to ensure participation in the Promotion, marketing relations, advertising relations, tax relations, and relations in the accounting field.

Employees, representatives, or agents of the Organizer and their relatives (first and second degree of consanguinity) are not entitled to participate in the Promotion. If, at the time of accounting for the Prize, it is established that the person who participated in the Promotion cannot be a Participant of the Promotion in accordance with these Rules, such a person shall not be granted the right to receive the Prize.

Participants of the Promotion who have fulfilled all the Conditions can become Winners and receive the Prize — 1 of 5 NFT collections containing three NFTs inspired by margin trading each.

The maximum number of Winners is 5 people. One Winner may win one Prize.

According to the Promotion results, the Organizer forms a list of Participants who filled out the Google form and fulfilled all the Terms of the Promotion on 02.10.2023.

The Winners of the Promotion will be determined from 02.10.2023 to 09.10.2023 using the random.org service, automatically, among all Promotion Participants. Winners are determined by rating (place in the list on the https://www.random.org/ service). The list of the Winners will be published on 09.10.2023 at the end of this article on the WhiteBIT blog (https://blog.whitebit.com).

The Organizer accrues the Prizes to the wallets of the Winners on the Polygon network from 09.10.2023 to 16.10.2023, inclusively.

The Winners of the Promotion will be informed about the winnings by a letter to the e-mail address specified during signing up on the https://whitebit.com/ website within the first working day after the accrual of the Prizes.

The Winner receives the Prize for free. The Prize cannot be replaced. The Winner of the Promotion has no right to demand any other compensation from the Organizer.

The received Prize cannot be exchanged or returned.

The Organizer bears no warranty obligations regarding the Prize received within the framework of this Promotion and under the conditions specified in these Conditions.

In case of not receiving the Prize, if the Winner was entitled to it, or in case of any other difficulties, the Winner should contact online support on the https://whitebit.com website, to the e-mail address support@whitebit.com. This should be done no later than 24.10.2023 inclusively. If the Winner does not apply within the specified period, including in the case of non-receipt of the Prize, the Winner loses the right to receive it.

Winners determined by the Promotion results cannot transfer the rights to receive the Prize to third parties.

The Winner of the Promotion is entitled to refuse the Prize.

The Organizer does not compensate for the additional expenses of the Winner related to the receipt of the Prize. Taxation of the income of the Winners who received the Prize is carried out in accordance with the current legislation of the countries of Participants.

By participating in the Promotion, the Participant understands and agrees that any information voluntarily provided by him, including the Participant’s personal data, may be processed by the Organizer or third parties involved by him. The information may be processed to conduct the Promotion, to carry out all necessary actions related to it (including, but not exclusively, informing about the Promotion results both in advertising and in another way), as well as further possible sending of information to the Participant, including of an advertising nature, about the following events/competitions/promotions/draws of the Organizer. By accepting the requirements of these Terms, the Participants hereby consent to such processing of personal data for use by the Organizer and/or other authorized Organizers and confirm their full understanding and necessary awareness of the purposes of processing the information provided, as well as the privacy policy: https://whitebit.com/privacy-policy.

At the same time, by their participation in the Promotion, the Participants of the Promotion confirm their consent to the use of their surnames and names without financial compensation, as well as their agreement to comply with other Rules of the Promotion. The Winners confirm their consent to provide advertising interviews about participation in the Promotion in the media, including on radio and television, as well as to be photographed for producing graphic materials without paying them any monetary compensation. All exclusive intellectual property rights to such interviews and photographs will belong to the Organizer.

The Organizer reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions of the Promotion. In case of any changes, information about this will be provided on the https://whitebit.com website and Organizer’s social networks.

The Organizer does not enter into disputes that may arise between the Promotion’s Participants concerning the Prize. In situations that allow an ambiguous interpretation of these Rules and/or issues not regulated by these Rules, the Organizer of the Promotion makes the final decision in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation of the countries of Participants. In this case, the decision of the Organizer of the Promotion is final and not subject to appeal.

The Organizer of the Promotion is not responsible for the operation of the services of telecommunications companies, postal communication, in particular e-mail, for any errors of the employees of any enterprises/institutions/organizations that ensure the exchange of information between the Participants of the Promotion and the Organizer, or the circumstances as a result of which postal items did not arrive, arrived late, were lost or damaged; or as a result of which the Promotion Participant did not receive the corresponding Prize.
