Terms and Conditions of Participation in the “Trading Competition FACEIT x WhiteBIT” Promotion

The Organizer of the Promotion is the UAB Clear White Technologies company, incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Lithuania under the number LT-03224, and registered at the office address: J. Basanaviiaus g. 26 Vilnius, Republic of Lithuania.

Promotion period: from 12:00 p.m. UTC on September 21, 2023, until 11:59 a.m. UTC  on September 26, 2023.

The Promotion is held to promote WhiteBIT services.

The Promotion is not a game of chance, a lottery, a service in the gambling business, or a contest; these Terms are not a public promise of reward.

Information about the Promotion is provided based on advertising rights.

Participants of the Promotion are adults who are citizens of non-prohibited countries or other individuals who are legally residing in such countries, and who have fulfilled the following conditions:

• Signed up for the first time for the official website https://whitebit.com or are already users and have passed the KYC verification;
• During the Promotion period, the BTC/USDT pair was traded on the margin and spot market on WhiteBIT;
• Reached a total trading volume of over 1000 USDT on the trading tournament page on the WhiteBIT platform.
• Have created or already had an active Polygon wallet.
• The Participant must fill out a Google form by 02.10.2023, which will be sent to all Campaign Participants who have fulfilled the Promotion Terms by 29.09.2023.

The conditions of the Promotion must be met within the timeframe of its duration.

Any personal data of Participants in the Promotion is processed to ensure participation in the Promotion, marketing relations, advertising relations, tax relations, and accounting relations.

Employees, representatives, or agents of the Organizer and their relatives (first and second degree of kinship) are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. Suppose, at the time of the provision of the Prize, it is established that the person participating in the Promotion cannot be a Participant of the Promotion following these Terms. In that case, such a person is not entitled to receive the Prize.

Participants of the Promotion have an opportunity to win Prizes from the Prize Fund, namely a thematic NFT devoted to the FACEIT x WhiteBIT trading competition on margin and spot trading.

The maximum possible number of Promotion Winners is unlimited.

Based on the results of the Promotion in the period from 26.09 to 27.09.2023, the Organizer forms a list of Participants who meet the Terms of the Promotion.

The Winners of the Promotion will be determined on September 27, 2023, among the Participants of the Promotion from the list who have fulfilled all its conditions.

All the Participants who have fulfilled all the conditions of the Promotion and at the end of the Promotion had a trading volume of more than USD 1000 on the margin and spot market.

The Winners of the Promotion will be informed about the Prize by a letter to the e-mail address specified during registration on https://whitebit.com from 26.09 till 29.09.2023 2023 inclusive. The letter will contain a Google form the Winner must complete by 02.10.2023 inclusive.

The Winner receives a Prize for free. The Prize cannot be replaced. The Promotion Winner has no right to demand any other compensation from the Organizer. The Organizer does not bear any warranty obligations for the Prize received within the framework of this Promotion and under the conditions specified in these Terms.

The Organizer shall credit the Prize of the Prize Fund to the Winner’s Polygon account on the WhiteBIT exchange within 7 business days from the next calendar day after the Winner is announced.

In case of non-receipt of the Prize, if the Winner was entitled to it or in case of any other difficulties, the Winner must contact the online support at https://whitebit.com, by e-mail support@whitebit.com or via chat no later than 18.10.2023 inclusive. If the Winner does not contact the support by 18.10.2023, in particular, regarding the non-receipt of the Prize, the Winner loses the right to receive it.

Winners determined by the Promotion results cannot transfer the rights to receive the Prize to third parties.

The Winner of the Promotion has the right to refuse the Prize.

The Organizer does not compensate for the additional expenses of the Winner related to the receipt of the Prize. Taxation of the income of the Winners who received the Prize is carried out in accordance with the current legislation.

By participating in the Promotion, the Participant understands and agrees that any information voluntarily provided by him, including the Participant’s personal data, may be processed by the Organizer or third parties involved by him to conduct the Promotion, perform all necessary actions related to it (in particular, but not exclusively, informing about the results of the Promotion both in advertising and in another way), as well as further possible sending of information to the Participant, in particular, of an advertising nature, about the following events/competitions/promotions/raffle of the Organizer. By accepting the requirements of these Terms, the Participants thus consent to such processing of personal data for use by the Organizer and other authorized Organizers and confirm their full understanding and necessary awareness of the purposes of processing the information provided, as well as the privacy policy: https://whitebit.com/privacy-policy.

At the same time, by participating in the Promotion, Participants of the Promotion confirm their consent to using their surnames and first names without financial compensation, as well as their agreement to comply with other Terms of the Promotion. The Winners confirm their agreement to provide advertising interviews about participation in the Promotion in the media, particularly on radio and television, and to be photographed for producing graphic materials without paying them any monetary compensation. All exclusive intellectual property rights to such interviews and photographs will belong to the Organizer.

The Organizer reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the Promotion. In case of any changes, information about this will be provided on the website WhiteBIT and the Organizer’s social networks.

The Organizer does not enter into disputes that may arise between Participants of the Prize Promotion. In situations that allow ambiguous interpretations of these Terms and issues not regulated by these Terms, the Organizer of the Promotion makes the final decision in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation. At the same time, the Organizer’s decision is final and is not subject to appeal.
