Terms of participation in the promotion “True or false”

The Organizer of the Promotion is UAB Clear White Technologies, incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Lithuania under the number LT-03224, and has a registered office address: J. Basanaviiaus g. 26 Vilnius, Republic of Lithuania.

The Promotion starts at 9:00 AM (UTC+3 hours) and ends at 11:59 PM (UTC+3 hours) on the 1st of April, 2023.

The Promotion is held to popularize the WhiteBIT crypto exchange.

Territory of the Promotion: the Promotion is held everywhere, except for the following countries and territories: Afghanistan, American Samoa, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, Iran, Yemen, Libya, Palestine, Puerto Rico, Somalia, North Korea, the Northern Mariana Islands, the USA, Syria, Sudan, South Sudan, Transnistria, the temporarily occupied territories of Georgia, Nagorno-Karabakh, Northern Cyprus, Western Sahara, Ambazonia, Kosovo, Republic of Belarus, Russian Federation and the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.

The Promotion is not a gambling game, lottery, gambling service, or contest; these Terms are not a public promise of reward.

Participants of the Promotion are legal adults who:

• Have first signed up on the WhiteBIT website and have passed the KYC verification;
• Have subscribed to the WhiteBIT social media accounts on Instagram and Twitter;
• Have specified the false facts in the comment section of the competition post;
• Fill in a Google form giving all the required information, like a nickname on the exchange and a nickname on the social network where you participate in the competition.

A participant in the Promotion cannot be a person who:

• Has not completed the KYC process or has an expired identity verification.
• Has not registered on the exchange.
• Has violated the rules of use of the exchange.
• Is a citizen of Russia, Belarus, or lives in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.

Any personal data of participants in the Promotion is processed to ensure participation in the Promotion, marketing relations, advertising relations, tax relations, and accounting relations.

Employees, representatives, or agents of the Organizer and their relatives (first and second degree of kinship) are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. In that case, such a person is not entitled to receive the Prize.

Promotion participants have an opportunity to share of the 100 USDT prize and each get 10 USDT to their Main Balance of the Exchange Wallet within 7 working days.

The number of participants in the Promotion is unlimited.

The number of winners in the Promotion is 10.

This Promotion is a one-time event.

A participant receives a prize only once.

If a Participant does not comply with these rules, he/she loses the right to be a Participant.

The Participant shall receive the Prize free of charge. Substitution of the Prize is not provided. The Participant in the Promotion has no right to demand any other compensation from the Organizer.

The organizers have no guarantee obligations regarding the Prize received under this action and the conditions specified in these rules.

The Organizer credits the Prizes to the winners’ accounts within 7 working days.

In case of non-receipt of the Prize, if the Participant was entitled to it, or in case of any other difficulties, the Participant should contact the online support service support@whitebit.com. If the Participant does not contact us within a week from the date of notification of the winner’s status, in particular, regarding the issue of not receiving the Prize, the Participant loses the right to receive it.

The Participant determined by the giveaway results cannot transfer the rights to receive the Prize to third parties.

The Participant in the Promotion has the right to refuse the Prize.

The Organizer does not compensate for the additional expenses of the Winner related to the receipt of the Prize. Taxation of the income of the Winners who received the Prize is carried out following the current legislation of the country where the Participant is located.

By participating in the Promotion, the Participant understands and agrees that any information voluntarily provided by him, including the Participant’s data, may be processed by the Organizer or third parties involved by him to conduct the Promotion, perform all necessary actions related to it (in particular, but not exclusively, informing about the results of the Promotion both in advertising and in another way), as well as further possible sending of information to the Participant, in particular, of an advertising nature, about the following events/competitions/promotions/raffle of the Organizer. At the same time, by participating in the Promotion, Participants of the Promotion confirm their consent to using their surnames and first names without financial compensation, as well as their agreement to comply with other rules of the Promotion. The winners confirm their agreement to provide advertising interviews about participation in the Promotion in the media, particularly on radio and television, and to be photographed for producing graphic materials without paying them any monetary compensation. All exclusive intellectual property rights to such interviews and photographs will belong to the Organizer.

The Organizer reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the Promotion. In case of any changes, information about this will be provided on the website https://whitebit.com and the Organizer’s social networks.

The Organizer does not enter into disputes that may arise between Participants of the Prize Promotion. In situations that allow ambiguous interpretations of these Rules and/or issues not regulated by these Rules, the Organizer of the Promotion makes the final decision following the requirements of the current legislation of the country where the Participant is located. At the same time, the Organizer’s decision is final and not subject to appeal.

The Organizer of the Promotion is not responsible for the work of the services of telecommunications companies, postal services, in particular, e-mail, for any errors of employees of any enterprises/institutions/organizations that ensure the exchange of information between the Participants of the Promotion and the Organizer or the circumstances as a result of which postal items were not received, received late, lost or damaged; or as a result of which the Participant of the Promotion did not receive the corresponding Prize.
