Terms and Conditions of the “You Set the Vibe” Promotion

The Organizer of the Promotion is the WhiteBIT company (https://whitebit.com/).
The Promotion period: from 3 p.m. (UTC) on September 19, 2023, to 4 p.m. (UTC) on September 26, 2023.
The territory of the Promotion: The Promotion is held on the territory of all countries, with the exception of Afghanistan, American Samoa, American Virgin Islands, Guam, Canada, Iran, Yemen, Libya, Palestine, Puerto Rico, Somalia, North Korea, Northern Mariana Islands, USA, Syria, Sudan, South Sudan, Transnistria, Lithuania, France, Turkey, Germany, temporarily occupied territories of Georgia, Nagorno-Karabakh, Northern Cyprus, Western Sahara, Amazonia, Spain, Canada, Kosovo, Republic of Belarus, Russian Federation, temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.
Participants are required to ensure that their participation is in compliance with the laws and regulations of their respective jurisdictions. The Organizer reserves the right to verify the eligibility of Participants and may request proof of residency or location if deemed necessary.
The Promotion is held with the primary objective of promoting the services provided by WhiteBIT.

The Promotion is not a game of chance, a lottery, a service in the field of gambling business, or a contest; these Terms are not a public promise of reward.
Information about the Promotion is provided on the basis of advertising rights.
Participants of the Promotion are adult citizens of non-prohibited countries (that is, except those specified above) or other persons who are legally present in the territory of such countries and who have fulfilled the following Terms:
- Signed up on the official WhiteBIT exchange website https://whitebit.com for the first time and passed KYC verification;
- Subscribed to the account of the WhiteBIT company in X (previously Twitter);
- Published their creative works with the #WhiteBITvibe hashtag in their X profile, marking the WhiteBIT company profile in X and captioning the tweet with the slogan “You set the level” or its variation that matches the meaning of the picture;
Important: A “creative work” is a picture generated by the Participant using any AI service on the following topics: “Associations with WhiteBIT” and “How I see WhiteBIT”.
Any user-invented slogan related to the words “You set …” can act as a variation of the slogan “You set the level”. For example:
- ”You set the mood”;
- ”You set the wallet’s temperature”;
- “You set the vibe”;
- “You set the style,” and so on.
4. Write “Done” under the post about the start of this Promotion in X and attach a link to your tweet. The number of tweets that can be published is unlimited.
The Terms of the Promotion must be fulfilled within the conduction period.
Any personal data of the Participants of the Promotion is processed to ensure participation in the Promotion, marketing relations, advertising relations, tax relations, and relations in the accounting field.
Employees, representatives, or agents of the Organizer and their relatives (first and second degree of consanguinity) are not entitled to participate in the Promotion. If, at the time of accounting for the Prize, it is established that the person who participated in the Promotion cannot be a Participant of the Promotion in accordance with these Terms, such a person shall not be granted the right to receive the Prize.
Participants of the Promotion who have fulfilled all the Conditions have the opportunity to become Winners and win one of the Prizes of the General Prize Pool of 55 USDT, distributed as follows:
- 1st place — 30 USDT;
- 2nd place — 15 USDT;
- 3rd place — 10 USDT.
The maximum number of Promotion Winners who will receive one of the Prizes of the General Prize Fund is 3 people. One Winner may receive one Prize.
According to the results of the Promotion, in the period from 27.09.2023 to 29.09.2023, the Organizer forms a list of Participants who have fulfilled all the Terms and Conditions of the Promotion and reported their nickname on the WhiteBIT exchange at the request of the Organizer’s representatives.
Important: The Participant must write their nickname on the WhiteBIT exchange in personal messages at the request of representatives of the Promotion Organizer. If the Participant does not respond to personal messages within 24 hours, they lose the right to the reward.
The Promotion Winners will be determined by the Promotion Organizer on September 29, 2023, among the Promotion Participants who have fulfilled all its Terms. The Organizer will determine the Winners of the General Prize Fund as follows:
- 1st place will be taken by the Winner whose publication in X will get the most likes.
- Winners who will take 2nd and 3rd place will be chosen to use the random.org service automatically among all Participants of the Promotion who have fulfilled its Conditions. Winners are determined by rating (place in the list on the service, https://www.random.org/).
The determination of the Winner of the Additional Prize fund will be carried out by the Organizer according to the degree of creativity of the works of the Participants of the Promotion and the degree of association with the WhiteBIT exchange in accordance with the internal rating system.
The list of the Winners will be published on October 2, 2023, in a separate article on the WhiteBIT blog (https://blog.whitebit.com/).
The Organizer shall send merchandise via mail and credit the Prizes to the Main balances of the Winners on the WhiteBIT exchange within 7 working days from the day after the Winners are determined until October 10, 2023, inclusively.
The Winners of the Promotion will be informed about the winnings by a letter to the e-mail address specified during signing up on the https://whitebit.com/ website within 7 working days after the determination of the Winners. The Organizer will contact the Winner who has won the merch in private messages in X, where the Winner will need to provide data for sending the Prize: name and address to send the Prize, clothing size.
The Winner receives the Prize for free. The Prize cannot be replaced. The Winner of the Promotion has no right to demand any other compensation from the Organizer.
The received Prize cannot be exchanged or returned.
The Organizer bears no warranty obligations regarding the Prize received within the framework of this Promotion and under the conditions specified in these Terms and Conditions.
In case of not receiving the Prize, if the Winner was entitled to it, or in case of any other difficulties, the Winner should contact online support on the https://whitebit.com website, to the e-mail address support@whitebit.com. This should be done no later than 17.10.2023 inclusively. If the Winner does not apply within the specified period, including in the case of non-receipt of the Prize, the Winner loses the right to receive it.
Winners determined by the Promotion results cannot transfer the rights to receive the Prize to third parties.
The Winner of the Promotion is entitled to refuse the Prize.
The Organizer does not compensate for the additional expenses of the Winner related to the receipt of the Prize. Taxation of the income of the Winners who received the Prize is carried out in accordance with the current legislation of the countries of Participants.
By participating in the Promotion, the Participant understands and agrees that any information voluntarily provided by him, including the Participant’s personal data, may be processed by the Organizer or third parties involved by him. The information may be processed to conduct the Promotion, to carry out all necessary actions related to it (including, but not exclusively, informing about the Promotion results both in advertising and in another way), as well as further possible sending of information to the Participant, including of an advertising nature, about the following events/competitions/promotions/draws of the Organizer. By accepting the requirements of these Terms, the Participants hereby consent to such processing of personal data for use by the Organizer and/or other persons authorized by the Organizer and confirm their full understanding and necessary awareness of the purposes of processing the information provided, as well as the privacy policy: https://whitebit.com/privacy-policy.
At the same time, by their participation in the Promotion, the Participants of the Promotion confirm their consent to the use of their surnames and names without financial compensation, as well as their agreement to comply with other Conditions of the Promotion. The Winners confirm their consent to provide advertising interviews about participation in the Promotion in the media, including on radio and television, as well as to be photographed for producing graphic materials without paying them any monetary compensation. All exclusive intellectual property rights to such interviews and photographs will belong to the Organizer.
The Organizer reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions of the Promotion. In case of any changes, information about this will be provided on the https://whitebit.com website and Organizer’s social networks.
The Organizer does not enter into disputes that may arise between the Promotion’s Participants concerning the Prize. In situations that allow an ambiguous interpretation of these Terms and/or issues not regulated by these Terms, the Organizer of the Promotion makes the final decision in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation of the countries of Participants. In this case, the decision of the Organizer of the Promotion is final and not subject to appeal.
The Organizer of the Promotion is not responsible for the operation of the services of telecommunications companies, postal communication, in particular e-mail, for any errors of the employees of any enterprises/institutions/organizations that ensure the exchange of information between the Participants of the Promotion and the Organizer, or the circumstances as a result of which postal items did not arrive, arrived late, were lost or damaged; or as a result of which the Promotion Participant did not receive the corresponding Prize.
