Terms and Conditions of the “You Set the Vibe” Promotion

The Organizer of the Promotion is the company UAB Clear White Technologies, incorporated under the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania under the number LT-03224, and has its registered office address: J. Basanaviiaus g. 26 Vilnius, Republic of Lithuania.
Promotion period: from 4 p.m. (UTC) on August 08, 2023, until 4 p.m. (UTC) on August 15, 2023.
The territory of the Promotion: the Promotion is held on the territory of all countries, with the exception of Afghanistan, American Samoa, US Virgin Islands, Guam, Canada, Iran, Yemen, Libya, Palestine, Puerto Rico, Somalia, North Korea, Northern Mariana Islands, USA, Syria, Sudan, South Sudan, Transnistria, Lithuania, France, Turkey, Germany, temporarily occupied territories of Georgia, Nagorno-Karabakh, Northern Cyprus, Western Sahara, Amazonia, Spain, Canada, Kosovo, Republic of Belarus, Russian Federation, temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.
The campaign is held to promote WhiteBIT services.

The Promotion is not a game of chance, a lottery, a service in the field of gambling business, or a contest; these Terms are not a public promise of reward.
Information about the Promotion is provided based on advertising rights.
Participants of the Promotion are adult citizens of non-prohibited countries (that is, except those specified above) or other persons who are legally present in the territory of such countries and who have fulfilled the following Terms:
- Signed up for the first time on the official WhiteBIT website https://whitebit.com or are already its users and verified their identity (passed KYC);
- Subscribed to the account of the WhiteBIT company on the Instagram social network;
- Published their creative works on their profile on the following social networks:
- A photo or Reels on Instagram with the #WhiteBITvibe hashtag and WhiteBIT’s Instagram profile tagged. Important! It is prohibited to use Instagram Stories to participate in this Promotion;
- Photo or video with the #WhiteBITvibe hashtag on TikTok;
- Video in YouTube Shorts with the #WhiteBITvibe hashtag and the YouTube channel of the WhiteBIT company tagged.
Important: a “creative work” is a photo, illustration, or video created by the Participant using the “You set the level” slogan.
4. Filled out the Google form via the LINK, where indicated their nickname on the WhiteBIT exchange, nickname on Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube (depending on where the creative photo or video was published), and a link to the work itself.
The Terms of the Promotion must be fulfilled within the conduction period.
Any personal data of the Participants of the Promotion is processed to ensure participation in the Promotion, marketing relations, advertising relations, tax relations, and relations in the accounting field.
Employees, representatives, or agents of the Organizer and their relatives (first and second degree of consanguinity) are not entitled to participate in the Promotion. If, at the time of accounting for the Prize, it is established that the person who participated in the Promotion cannot be a Participant of the Promotion in accordance with these Rules, such a person shall not be granted the right to receive the Prize.
Participants of the Promotion who have fulfilled all the Conditions can become Winners and receive one of the Prizes from the General Prize fund — 200 USDT, which is distributed as follows:
1st place — 100 USDT
2nd place — 60 USDT
3rd place — 40 USDT
The maximum number of Winners is 3 people. One Winner may win one Prize.
According to the Promotion results, the Organizer forms a list of Participants who filled out the Google form and fulfilled all the Terms of the Promotion in the period from 16.08.23 to 17.08.23.
The Winners will be selected by the Promotion Organizer among the Promotion Participants who have fulfilled all its Terms and Conditions on August 18-21, 2023. The Organizer will independently determine the Winners of the Promotion based on the degree of creativity of their works, in accordance with the internal rating system. The place of each Winner will correspond to the place in the ranked list of Participants created by the Organizer.
The list of the Winners will be published in a separate article on the WhiteBIT blog (https://blog.whitebit.com/) on August 21, 2023.
The Organizer accrues the Prizes to the Main balances of the Winners on the WhiteBIT exchange within 7 working days from the day following the determination of the Winners.
The Winners of the Promotion will be informed about the winnings by letter to the e-mail address specified during signing up on the https://whitebit.com/ website within the first working day after the determination of the Winners.
The Winner receives the Prize for free. The Prize cannot be replaced. The Winner of the Promotion has no right to demand any other compensation from the Organizer.
The received Prize cannot be exchanged or returned.
The Organizer bears no warranty obligations regarding the Prize received within the framework of this Promotion and under the Conditions specified in these Rules.
In case of not receiving the Prize, if the Winner was entitled to it, or in case of any other difficulties, the Winner should contact online support on the https://whitebit.com website, to the e-mail address support@whitebit.com. This should be done no later than 03.09.2023 inclusively. If the Winner does not apply within the specified period, including in the case of non-receipt of the Prize, the Winner loses the right to receive it.
Winners determined by the Promotion results cannot transfer the rights to receive the Prize to third parties.
The Winner of the Promotion is entitled to refuse the Prize.
The Organizer does not compensate for the additional expenses of the Winner related to the receipt of the Prize. Taxation of the income of the Winners who received the Prize is carried out in accordance with the current legislation of the countries of Participants.
By participating in the Promotion, the Participant understands and agrees that any information voluntarily provided by him, including the Participant’s personal data, may be processed by the Organizer or third parties involved by him. The information may be processed to conduct the Promotion, to carry out all necessary actions related to it (including, but not exclusively, informing about the Promotion results both in advertising and in another way), as well as further possible sending of information to the Participant, including of an advertising nature, about the following events/competitions/promotions/draws of the Organizer. By accepting the requirements of these Terms, the Participants hereby consent to such processing of personal data for use by the Organizer and/or other authorized Organizers and confirm their full understanding and necessary awareness of the purposes of processing the information provided, as well as the privacy policy: https://whitebit.com/privacy-policy.
At the same time, by their participation in the Promotion, the Participants of the Promotion confirm their consent to the use of their surnames and names without financial compensation, as well as their agreement to comply with other rules of the Promotion. The Winners confirm their consent to provide advertising interviews about participation in the Promotion in the media, including on radio and television, as well as to be photographed for producing graphic materials without paying them any monetary compensation. All exclusive intellectual property rights to such interviews and photographs will belong to the Organizer.
The Organizer reserves the right to change the terms and Conditions of the Promotion. In case of any changes, information about this will be provided on the https://whitebit.com website and Organizer’s social networks.
The Organizer does not enter into disputes that may arise between the Promotion’s Participants concerning the Prize. In situations that allow an ambiguous interpretation of these Rules and/or issues not regulated by these Rules, the Organizer of the Promotion makes the final decision in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation of the countries of Participants. In this case, the decision of the Organizer of the Promotion is final and not subject to appeal.
The Organizer of the Promotion is not responsible for the operation of the services of telecommunications companies, postal communication, in particular e-mail, for any errors of the employees of any enterprises/institutions/organizations that ensure the exchange of information between the Participants of the Promotion and the Organizer, or the circumstances as a result of which postal items did not arrive, arrived late, were lost or damaged; or as a result of which the Promotion Participant did not receive the corresponding Prize.
