Організатором Акції є WhiteBIT.

Територія проведення Акції: Акція проводиться на території всіх країн, за винятком Афганістану, Американського Самоа, Американських Віргінських островів, Гуаму, Канади, Ірану, Ємену, Лівії, Палестини, Пуерто-Рико, Сомалі, Північної Кореї, Північних Маріанських островів, США, Сирії, Судану, Південного Судану, «Придністровської Молдавської Республіки», тимчасово окупованих територій Грузії, «Нагірно-Карабаської Республіки», Північного Кіпру, Західної Сахари, Амбазонії, Сполученого Королівства Великої Британії та Північної Ірландії, Франції, Німеччини, Австралії, Індонезії, Казахстану, Канади, Косово, Республіки Білорусь, Російської Федерації, тимчасово окупованих територій України.
Учасники зобовʼязані переконатися, що їхня участь не заборонена або обмежена законами чи правилами їхньої юрисдикції. Організатор залишає за собою право перевіряти допустимість участі в Акції Учасників та може попросити надати доказ місця проживання чи розташування, якщо це необхідно.
Акція проводиться для популяризації бренду WhiteBIT.

Учасники Акції — повнолітні громадяни не заборонених країн, (тобто усіх, крім зазначених вище) або інші особи, які на законних підставах перебувають на території таких країн, що виконали такі Умови:
- Вперше зареєструвалися на вебсайті WhiteBIT або вже є його користувачами та пройшли верифікацію особи (KYC);
- Отримали цифрову картку WhiteBIT Nova;
- Здійснили покупку в категорії Pets цифровою карткою WhiteBIT Nova в Період проведення Акції.
Умови Акції мають бути виконані впродовж Періоду її проведення.
ВАЖЛИВО! Під час участі в Акції забороняється використовувати декілька акаунтів. Учасники з кількома акаунтами будуть дискваліфіковані. Якщо інше не погоджено письмово, кожен Учасник може зареєструватися лише один раз (мати лише один акаунт). Використання декількох акаунтів або співпраця з афілійованими користувачами для маніпулювання Умовами Акції заборонено та призведе до закриття всіх акаунтів без згоди власника.
Будь-які персональні дані Учасників Акції обробляються для забезпечення участі в Акції, маркетингових відносин, рекламних відносин, податкових відносин та відносин у сфері бухгалтерського обліку.
Співробітники, клієнти B2B-сегменту, представники чи агенти Організатора та їхні родичі (першого та другого ступеня спорідненості) не мають права брати участь в Акції. У разі, якщо в момент надання Призу буде встановлено, що особа, яка брала участь в Акції, не може бути Учасником Акції відповідно до цих Правил, такій особі не надається право на отримання Призу.
Учасники Акції, що виконали всі Умови Акції, мають можливість стати Переможцями та виграти Приз Призового фонду, а саме PawPal Skin на цифрову картку WhiteBIT Nova.
Максимально можлива кількість Переможців Акції — необмежена.
Визначення Переможців Акції та нарахування Призів, відбувається автоматично за фактом виконання Учасником Акції Умов Акції.
Переможець отримує Приз безплатно. Заміна Призу його грошовим еквівалентом не передбачається. Переможець Акції не має права вимагати від Організатора будь-якої іншої компенсації.
Отриманий Приз обміну та поверненню не підлягає.
Організатор не несе гарантійних зобов’язань щодо Призу, отриманого в межах цієї Акції та на умовах, визначених у цих Правилах.
У разі неотримання Призу, якщо Переможець мав на нього право або в разі виникнення будь-яких інших труднощів, Переможець має звернутися до онлайн-підтримки на сайті https://whitebit.com, на електронну адресу support@whitebit.com або в чат не пізніше 7 квітня 2025 р. включно. Якщо Переможець не зв’яжеться щодо неотримання Призу до зазначеної дати, він втрачає право на отримання Призу.
Переможці, визначені за результатами Акції, не можуть передавати права на отримання Призу третім особам.
Переможець Акції має право відмовитися від Призу.
Організатор не компенсує додаткових витрат Переможця, пов’язаних з отриманням Призу. Оподаткування доходів Переможців, які отримали Приз, проводиться відповідно до чинного законодавства країн Переможців.
Беручи участь в Акції, Учасник розуміє та погоджується з тим, що будь-яка добровільно надана їм інформація, включно з персональними даними Учасника, може оброблятися Організатором або залученими ним третіми особами для проведення Акції, здійснення всіх необхідних пов’язаних із нею дій (зокрема, але не виключно, інформування про результати Акції як у рекламі, так і іншим способом), а також подальше можливе відправлення Учаснику інформації, зокрема, рекламного характеру, про наступні заходи/конкурси/акції/розіграш Організатора. Приймаючи вимоги даних Умов, Учасники в такий спосіб надають згоду на таку обробку персональних даних із метою використання Організатором та/або іншими уповноваженими Організатором особами та підтверджують своє повне розуміння та необхідну поінформованість щодо цілей обробки інформації, що надається, а також щодо політики конфіденційності: https://whitebit.com/ua/privacy-policy.
Водночас Учасники Акції своєю участю в Акції підтверджують свою згоду на використання їхніх прізвищ та імен без жодного матеріального відшкодування, а також згоду дотримуватись інших правил Акції. Переможці підтверджують свою згоду надавати рекламні інтерв’ю про участь в Акції в засобах масової інформації, зокрема, по радіо та телебаченню, а також фотографуватися для виготовлення графічних матеріалів без виплати їм будь-якої грошової компенсації. Усі виняткові майнові права інтелектуальної власності на такі інтерв’ю та світлини належатимуть Організатору.
Організатор залишає за собою право вносити зміни до умов та строків проведення Акції. У разі будь-яких змін, інформація про це буде надана на вебсайті https://whitebit.com та в соціальних мережах Організатора.
Організатор не вступає в суперечки, які можуть виникнути між Учасниками Акції щодо Призу. У разі виникнення ситуацій, що допускають неоднозначне тлумачення цих Правил, і/або питань, неврегульованих цими Правилами, остаточне рішення приймається Організатором Акції відповідно до вимог чинного законодавства. Водночас рішення Організатора Акції є остаточним і не підлягає оскарженню.
Організатор Акції не несе відповідальності за роботу служб телекомунікаційних компаній, поштового зв’язку, зокрема електронної пошти, за будь-які помилки співробітників будь-яких підприємств/установ/організацій, які забезпечують обмін інформацією між Учасниками Акції та Організатором, чи обставини, внаслідок яких Учасник Акції не отримав відповідний Приз.
У разі будь-яких розбіжностей або неточностей, пов’язаних із перекладом кількома мовами, які використовуються в Акції, переклад англійською мовою вважається дійсним і замінює всі інші версії.
Terms and Conditions of the “PawPalSkin for WhiteBIT Nova Digital Card” Promotion
The Organizer of the Promotion is WhiteBIT.
Promotion period: From 3 PM UTC on March 10, 2025, to 11 PM UTC on March 31, 2025.
Promotion Territory: The Promotion is held in all countries except the following: American Samoa, the American Virgin Islands, Guam, the Islamic Emirates of Afghanistan, the Islamic Republic of Iran, the Republic of Yemen, the State of Libya, the State of Palestine, the Freely Associated State of Puerto Rico, the Federal Republic of Somalia, the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, the United States of America, the Syrian Arab Republic, the Republic of Sudan, the Republic of South Sudan, the “Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic,” the French Republic, the Federal Republic of Germany, the temporarily occupied territories of Georgia, the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, Western Sahara, Ambazonia, the Republic of Kosovo, Canada, the Republic of Belarus, the Russian Federation, and the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.
The responsibility for ensuring their legal participation by the legislation or regulations of their jurisdiction lies with the Participants. The Organizer reserves the right to verify the Participants’ right to participate and may request confirmation of residence or location if necessary.
The Promotion is held with the primary goal of popularizing the WhiteBIT brand.

The Promotion is not a game of chance, lottery, gambling service, or contest, and these Terms are not a public promise of reward.
Information about the Promotion is provided based on advertising rights.
Participants of the Promotion are adult citizens of non-prohibited countries (that is, except those specified above) or other persons who are legally present in the territory of such countries and who have fulfilled the following Main Conditions:
- Have registered on the WhiteBIT website for the first time or are already users who have completed identity verification (KYC);
- Have opened WhiteBIT Nova digital card;
- Have made a purchase in the Pets category using the WhiteBIT Nova digital card during the Promotion period.
The Terms of the Promotion must be fulfilled within its specified period.
IMPORTANT! Participation in the Promotion prohibits multiple registrations on the exchange (using multiple accounts). Participants with multiple accounts will be disqualified. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, each Participant may register only once (i.e., have only one account). The use of multiple accounts (multi-accounts and/or sub-accounts), collaboration with affiliated users, and/or sub-account users owned by the Participant to manipulate the Terms of the Promotion is prohibited and will result in the closure of all accounts without the owner’s consent. In case multiple accounts are detected, the Organizer reserves the right to close the second account and any subsequent multi-accounts.
Any personal data of Participants is processed to ensure participation in the Promotion, marketing relationships, advertising relationships, tax relations, and accounting purposes.
B2B representatives, employees, representatives, or agents of the Organizer, as well as their relatives (first and second degrees of kinship), are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. If it is determined at the time of awarding the Prize that the person who participated in the Promotion is ineligible according to these Rules, such a person will not be entitled to receive the Prize.
Participants who meet all the Promotion Terms have the opportunity to become Winners and receive Prize from the Prize Pool, specifically: a PawPal Skin for the WhiteBIT Nova digital card.
The maximum number of Promotion Winners is unlimited.
Winners are determined, and Prize are awarded automatically once the Participant fulfills the Promotion Terms.
The Winner receives the Prize free of charge. The Prize cannot be exchanged for its monetary equivalent. The Winner of the Promotion is not entitled to demand any other compensation from the Organizer.
The received Prize is non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
The Organizer does not provide any warranty obligations regarding the Prize received under this Promotion and on the terms defined in these Rules.
In case of failure to receive the Prize, if the Winner was entitled to it, or in the event of any other difficulties, the Winner must contact online support at the website https://whitebit.com, via email at support@whitebit.com, or in the chat no later than April 7, 2025, inclusive. If the Winner does not address the issue of failing to receive the Prize by the specified date, they forfeit their right to the Prize.
Winners determined based on the results of the Promotion cannot transfer their rights to receive the Prize to third parties.
The Winner of the Promotion has the right to refuse the Prize.
The Organizer does not reimburse the Winner for any additional expenses related to receiving the Prize. Taxation of the Winners’ income, who have received the Prize, is carried out in accordance with the applicable legislation of the Participants’ countries.
By participating in the Promotion, the Participant understands and agrees that any information voluntarily provided by them, including personal data, may be processed by the Organizer or third parties engaged by the Organizer to conduct the Promotion, perform all necessary related actions (including, but not limited to, informing about the results of the Promotion both in advertisements and otherwise), and for the further possible sending of information, including promotional content, regarding future events/competitions/promotions/raffles of the Organizer. By accepting these Terms, Participants thereby consent to the processing of personal data for the Organizer’s use and/or by other persons authorized by the Organizer. They also confirm their full understanding and necessary awareness of the purposes of processing the provided information, as well as the privacy policy: https://whitebit.com/ua/privacy-policy.
At the same time, Participants of the Promotion confirm their consent to the use of their surnames and first names without any monetary compensation and agree to comply with other Rules of the Promotion. Winners confirm their consent to give promotional interviews regarding participation in the Promotion to media, including radio and television, and to be photographed for the creation of graphic materials without receiving any monetary compensation. The Organizer shall have exclusive intellectual property rights to such interviews and photographs.
The Organizer reserves the right to change the Terms and timeline of the Promotion. In the event of any changes, information will be provided on the website https://whitebit.com and on the Organizer’s social media platforms.
The Organizer does not engage in disputes that may arise between Participants of the Promotion regarding the Prize. In situations allowing ambiguous interpretation of these Rules and/or issues not regulated by these Rules, the Organizer of the Promotion shall make the final decision in accordance with the requirements of applicable legislation. At the same time, the decision of the Organizer is final and not subject to appeal.
The Organizer of the Promotion is not responsible for the operation of telecommunication service providers, postal services, including email, any errors by employees of any enterprises/institutions/organizations facilitating the exchange of information between the Participants of the Promotion and the Organizer, or circumstances due to which a Participant of the Promotion did not receive the respective Prize.
In case of any discrepancies or inaccuracies related to translations into multiple languages used in the Promotion, the English translation shall be deemed valid and shall supersede all other versions.
