Terms and Conditions of Participation in the “25,000 USDTB Giveaway” Promotion
The Organizer of the Promotion is WhiteBIT (https://whitebit.com).
The Promotion period is from March 27, 2025, to April 7, 2025.
The Territory of the Promotion: the Promotion takes place in all countries except the Islamic Emirates of Afghanistan, American Samoa, the American Virgin Islands, Guam, the Islamic Republic of Iran, Georgia, Spain, Lithuania, Australia, Germany, Indonesia, Kazakhstan, the Republic of Yemen, the State of Libya, the State of Palestine, the Freely Associated State of Puerto Rico, the Federal Republic of Somalia, the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, the United States of America, the Syrian Arab Republic, the Republic of Sudan, the Republic of South Sudan, the “Pridnestrovian Moldovan Republic”, the French Republic, the Federal Republic of Germany, the Republic of Austria, the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, the temporarily occupied territories of Georgia, the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus and the Turkish Republic of Western Sahara, Ambazonia, the Republic of Kosovo, the Kingdom of Spain, Canada, the Republic of Belarus, the Russian Federation, and the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.
The responsibility for ensuring their legal participation by the legislation or regulations of their jurisdiction lies with the Participants. The Organizer reserves the right to verify the Participants’ right to participate and may request confirmation of residence or location if necessary.
IMPORTANT! The USDTB shall be credited only in jurisdictions where futures trading on the WhiteBIT platform is legally permitted. If, during the verification process, it is determined that a Participant does not have access to futures trading, such Participant shall forfeit their right to the Prize. In such cases, the right to the Prize shall be transferred to the next eligible Participant on the List.

The Promotion is held with the primary goal of popularizing the WhiteBIT brand.
Promotion is not a game of chance, a lottery, a service in the gambling business, or a contest; these Terms are not a public promise of reward.
Information about the Promotion is provided based on advertising rights.
Participants of the Promotion are adult citizens of non-banned countries (i.e. all countries except the above-mentioned) or other persons legally residing in such countries who are unregistered WhiteBIT users and who have fulfilled the following Main Conditions:
- Registered on WhiteBIT exchange using the referral link provided by the affiliate partner and passed KYC verification.
- Joined the ICTC Qualifying Tournament via Join button on the tournament page;
- Fulfilled the Terms and Conditions of the ICTC Qualifying Tournament and reached 30,000 USDT of trading volume on the WhiteBIT futures market during the Promotion period;
- Filled out the Google form provided at the link.
All Promotion Conditions must be fulfilled within the specified Promotion Period.
Any personal data of the Promotion Participants is processed to ensure participation in the Promotion, marketing, advertising, tax, and accounting relations.
B2B representatives, employees, representatives, or agents of the Organizer and their relatives (first and second degree of consanguinity) are not entitled to participate in the Promotion. If, at the time of accounting for the Prize, it is established that the person who participated in the Promotion cannot be a Participant of the Promotion in accordance with these Terms, such a person shall not be granted the right to receive the Prize.
The first 500 participants who fulfill all the Promotion Conditions will become Winners and win a part of the Prize Pool, which is 25,000 USDTB*, namely 50 USDTB each.
One Winner can only win one Prize.
The awarded USDTB shall remain valid until May 10 (inclusive), 2025.
*For further information regarding USDTB:
- USDTB serves as an asset for collateralizing positions in futures trading involving all pairs with the PERP suffix. This asset is exclusively reflected on the Collateral Balance, provided that said balance remains positive.
- USDTB may only be acquired as a deposit-reward from WhiteBIT.
- In cases where the Collateral Balance contains only USDTB, positions may be opened with collateralization solely using this asset. If other assets are present on the Collateral Balance, USDTB shall be utilized as the last resort for collateralization.
- Should the Realized P&L (RP&L) within futures trading be positive, the USDTB shall be converted and reflected on the balance in the form of USDT. Conversely, if the P&L result is negative, the bonus USDTB shall be deducted directly from the Collateral Balance.
It is explicitly prohibited to:
- Top up other types of balances using USDTB;
- Withdraw or transfer USDTB in any form;
- Trade USDTB within margin trading;
- Use USDTB to secure a Crypto Borrow;
- Transfer USDTB to a sub-account.
Based on the results of the Promotion, on April 8, 2025, the Organizer forms the List of Participants that have fulfilled the Promotion Conditions.
The Winners of the Promotion will be determined on April 8, 2025, among 500 first Promotion Participants, who have fulfilled its Terms and Conditions.
The Winners’ nicknames will be published in this article on April 8, 2025.
The Organizer shall accrue the Prizes to the Winners within 7 business days from the day following the end of the Promotion, i.e., until April 16, 2025, inclusive.
The Promotion’s Winners will be informed about the awarding of the Prize by letter to the email address specified during registration on the https://whitebit.com/ website within 5 working days after the awarding of the Prizes.
The Winner receives the Prize free of charge. The Winner has no right to demand any other compensation from the Organizer.
In case of not receiving the Prize, if the Winner was entitled to it, or in case of any other difficulties, the Winner should contact the online support at https://whitebit.com, at the email address support@whitebit.com. The Winner must do this no later than April 23, 2025, inclusive. If the Winner does not apply within the specified period, in particular regarding issues of non-receipt of the Prize, the Winner loses the right to receive it.
The received Prize cannot be exchanged or returned.
Winners determined by the results of the Promotion may not transfer the right to receive the Prize to third parties.
The Winner of the Promotion has the right to refuse the Prize.
The Organizer bears no warranty obligations regarding the Prize received within the scope of this Promotion and under the conditions specified in these Terms and Conditions.
The Organizer does not compensate the Winner for any additional expenses related to receiving the Prize. Income taxation of the Winners who receive the Prize is carried out in accordance with the current legislation of the Participants’ countries.
By participating in the Promotion, the Participant understands and agrees that any information voluntarily provided by them, including the Participant’s personal data, may be processed by the Organizer or third parties involved to conduct the Promotion, perform all necessary actions related to it (including, but not limited to, informing about the Promotion results both in advertising and in other ways), as well as to send the Participant information, in particular, of an advertising nature, about the following events/contests/promotions/giveaways of the Organizer. By accepting the requirements of these Terms and Conditions, the Participants hereby consent to such processing of personal data for the purpose of use by the Organizer and/or other persons authorized by the Organizer and confirm their full understanding and necessary awareness of the purposes of processing the information provided, as well as the privacy policy: https://whitebit.com/privacy-policy.
At the same time, by participating in the Promotion, the Promotion Participants confirm their consent to the use of their names and surnames without any material compensation, as well as their agreement to comply with other Promotion Terms and Conditions. The Winners confirm their consent to give promotional interviews about their participation in the Promotion in the media, in particular, on radio and television, as well as to be photographed for the production of graphic materials without any monetary compensation. All exclusive intellectual property rights to such interviews and photos will belong to the Organizer.
The Organizer reserves the right to change the Promotion’s Terms and Conditions. Information about any changes will be provided on the Organizer’s website, https://whitebit.com.
The Organizer does not enter into disputes that may arise between the Promotion Participants regarding the Prize. In situations that allow for ambiguous interpretation of these Terms and/or issues not regulated by these Terms, the Promotion Organizer shall make the final decision in accordance with the requirements of the applicable law. At the same time, the decision of the Promotion Organizer is final and not subject to appeal.
The Promotion Organizer is not responsible for the work of telecommunication companies, postal services, including email, for any mistakes of employees of any enterprises/institutions/organizations that provide information exchange between the Promotion Participants and the Organizer, or circumstances due to which mail items were not received, received late, lost or damaged; or as a result of which the Promotion Participant did not receive the corresponding Prize.
In case of any discrepancies or inaccuracies related to the translation into several languages used in the Promotion, the English translation shall be considered valid and shall supersede all other versions.
