The Organizer of the Promotion is WhiteBIT.

The Promotion period is from 3 PM (UTC) on September 24, 2024, to 3 PM (UTC) on October 10, 2024.

The territory of the Promotion: The Promotion is held in all countries except for the Islamic Emirates of Afghanistan, American Samoa, the US Virgin Islands, Guam, the Islamic Republic of Iran, the Republic of Yemen, the State of Libya, the State of Palestine, the Freely Associated State of Puerto Rico, the Federal Republic of Somalia, the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, the Commonwealth of Northern Mariana Islands, the United States of America, the Syrian Arab Republic, the Republic of Sudan, the Republic of South Sudan, the “Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic,” the French Republic, the Federal Republic of Germany, the temporarily occupied territories of Georgia, the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, Western Sahara, Ambazonia, the Republic of Kosovo, Canada, the Republic of Belarus, the Russian Federation, and the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.

Participants are responsible for ensuring that their participation is not prohibited or restricted by the laws or regulations of their jurisdiction. The Organizer reserves the right to check the eligibility of Participants to participate in the Promotion and may ask for proof of residence or location, if necessary.

Participants of the Promotion can be adult citizens of non-prohibited countries (i.e., all except the aforementioned) or other persons legally residing in such countries who meet the following Conditions:

1. Registered on WhiteBIT (https://whitebit.com) for the first time or are already registered users of the WhiteBIT exchange;
2. Passed the identity verification procedure (KYC);
3. Topped up the Main balance on WhiteBIT exchange in any cryptocurrency from 20 USDT in equivalent and held it until the end of the Promotion;
4. Filled out a Google-form.

The Conditions of the Promotion must be met within its period.

IMPORTANT! While participating in the Campaign, it is forbidden to register on the exchange several times (use several accounts). Participants with multiple accounts will be disqualified. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, each Participant may register only once (have only one account). The use of multiple accounts (multi-accounts and/or Sub-Accounts) or cooperation with affiliated users and/or users of Sub-Accounts belonging to the Participant for manipulating the Terms and Conditions is prohibited and will result in the closure of all accounts without the owner’s consent. In case of detecting the creation of several accounts, the Organizer reserves the right to close the second created account and any subsequent multi-accounts.

The personal data of Participants in the Promotion is processed to ensure participation in the Promotion, marketing relations, advertising relations, tax relations, and accounting relations.

Employees, representatives, or agents of the Organizer and their relatives (first and second-degree kinship) are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. If, at the time of awarding the Prize, it is established that the person who participated in the Promotion cannot be a Participant in accordance with these Terms, such a person will not be granted the right to receive the Prize.

The Organizer will generate a list of Promotion Participants who have met all the Promotion Terms by 3:00 PM (UTC) on October 10, 2024.

The Winner will be determined on October 10, 2024., at 3:00 PM (UTC) through a random selection using the service at random.org.

The Winner’s nickname on the WhiteBIT exchange will be published on https://blog.whitebit.com on October 11, 2024.

The Organizer will send the Prize until November 8, 2024, inclusive. The shipment will be carried out by the transport company DHL. The Organizer pays for the delivery of the Prize.

The Prize is awarded free of charge, and the Winner is not entitled to any additional compensation from the Organizer.

If a Winner does not receive the Prize they are entitled to or encounters any other issues, they should contact online support at whitebit.com or via email at support@whitebit.com by November 8, 2024 . Failure to do so within this period will result in the forfeiture of the right to claim the Prize.

The received Prize cannot be exchanged or returned.

The Winner determined by the results of the Promotion, may not transfer the right to receive the Prize to third parties.

The Winner of the Promotion is entitled to refuse the Prize.

The Organizer bears no warranty obligations regarding the Prize received within the scope of this Promotion and under the conditions specified in these Terms and Conditions.

The Organizer does not compensate for the additional expenses of the Winner related to receiving the Prize. The income of the Winner who received the Prize is taxed in accordance with the current legislation of the Winner’s country of residence.

All exclusive intellectual property rights to such interviews and photos shall belong to the Organizer.

The Organizer will not enter into disputes that may arise between Participants regarding the Prize. In situations that allow for an ambiguous interpretation of these Terms and Conditions and/or issues not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, the final decision will be made by the Organizer in accordance with the prevailing legislation. The decision of the Organizer is final and cannot be appealed.

The Organizer is not responsible for the services of telecommunications companies, postal services, including e-mail, or for any errors made by employees of any enterprises/institutions/organizations that facilitate the exchange of information between Participants and the Organizer.

In the event of any discrepancy or inaccuracy in the translation of the multiple languages used in the Promotion, the English version shall be deemed valid and shall supersede all other versions.
