Terms and Conditions of the “10%+ Off Juventus Tickets for WhiteBIT Nova Debit card holders” Promotion

The Organizer of the Promotion is WhiteBIT.

The Promotion runs from August 23, 2025, and remains active until further notice.

The Promotion is held in all countries except Bangladesh, Indonesia, Iraq, the Philippines, Algeria, the United States, Australia, the United Kingdom, Canada, Germany, Austria, Japan, China, Afghanistan, American Samoa, the US Virgin Islands, Guam, Iran, Yemen, Libya, the State of Palestine, Puerto Rico, Somalia, North Korea, the Northern Mariana Islands, Syria, the Republic of Belarus, the Russian Federation, the Republic of Sudan, Transnistria, the temporarily occupied territories of Georgia, Nagorno-Karabakh, Northern Cyprus, Western Sahara, Ambazonia, Kosovo, South Sudan, Nicaragua, Trinidad and Tobago, Venezuela, Myanmar, Temporarily Occupied Territories of Ukraine.

Participants are responsible for ensuring that their participation complies with the laws and regulations of their jurisdiction. The Organizer reserves the right to verify Participants’ eligibility and may request proof of residence or location if necessary.

The Promotion is held with the primary goal of popularizing the WhiteBIT brand.

The Promotion is not a game of chance, lottery, gambling service, or contest, and these Terms and Conditions do not constitute a public promise of reward.

Information about the Promotion is provided based on advertising rights.

Participants of the Promotion can be adult citizens of non-restricted countries (that is, all except those mentioned above) or other individuals legally residing in such countries who meet the following Conditions during the Promotion Period:

1. Joined the “Juventus Fan Zone by WhiteBIT” fan club.
2. Registered on the WhiteBIT website and passed identity verification (KYC).
3. Opened a WhiteBIT Nova Debit card by passing an additional verification.
4. Clicked “Unlock 10% off tickets” on WhiteBIT Nova Debit card dashboard to copy the promo code.

IMPORTANT! While participating in the Promotion, it is forbidden to register on the exchange several times (use several accounts). Participants with multiple accounts will be disqualified. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, each Participant may register only once (have only one account). The use of multiple accounts (multi-accounts and/or sub-accounts) or cooperation with affiliated users and/or users of sub-accounts belonging to the Participant for manipulating orders is prohibited and will result in the closure of all accounts without the owner’s consent. In case of detecting the creation of several accounts, the Organizer reserves the right to close the second-created account and any subsequent multi-accounts.

The Conditions of the Promotion must be fulfilled during its Period.

Any personal data of Participants is processed to ensure participation in the Promotion, for marketing relations, advertising relations, tax relations, and accounting relations.

B2B representatives, employees, representatives, or agents of the Organizer and their relatives (first and second degree of kinship) are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. If, at the time of awarding a Prize, it is established that a Participant does not meet the requirements of these Terms, such a person will not be entitled to receive the Prize.

All Promotion Participants who fulfill Promotion Conditions during the Promotion Period will be eligible to become Winners and receive a personal promo code* that they can use on the Juventus website while buying tickets. The exact value of the discount (ranging from 10% to 50%) is determined solely at the discretion of Juventus Football Club and may vary depending on the match, seat category, or internal policies of the Club. 

*A promo code can be used to buy tickets for Serie A and Coppa Italia Juventus home matches at the Allianz Stadium, excluding finals.

Attention! In accordance with Italian ticketing regulations, a maximum of 4 tickets may be purchased per transaction.

The maximum total number of Promotion Winners who can receive a Prize is unlimited.

One Winner can receive only one Prize.

Based on the Promotion results, the Organizer will automatically add the possibility to claim the personal promo code on the WhiteBIT Nova Debit card dashboard.

Based on the Promotion results, the Organizer will compile a list of Participants who have met all Terms and Conditions and automatically select the Winners from among the eligible Participants.

The winners will be emailed about their victory to the email address specified when signing up on the https://whitebit.com website within 5 business days after the Winners are determined.

The Organizer will automatically grant the Winners access to the Prize by revealing the button on the WhiteBIT Nova Debit card dashboard to generate a promo code.

In case of non-receipt of the Prize, if the Winner was entitled to it, or in case of any other difficulties, the Winner must contact online support on the website https://whitebit.com, at the email address support@whitebit.com, or in the chat no later than 7 days from the completion of the Promotion. If the Winner does not contact the Organizer by that time, in particular regarding the non-receipt of the Prize, the Winner loses the right to receive it.

If, after determining the Winners, it is found that the Participant has not properly fulfilled the Promotion Conditions or otherwise violated these Promotion Terms and Conditions, the User Agreement, such Winner loses the right to receive the Prize and the Winner status.

The Winner shall receive the Prize free of charge. The Prize is non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and cannot be substituted with its monetary equivalent. The Winner is not entitled to request any alternative compensation from the Organizer. The Organizer assumes no warranty obligations for the Prize awarded within this Promotion and under the Terms and Conditions outlined herein.

The Prize received is not subject to return.

Winners determined based on the results of the Promotion may not transfer their rights to receive the Prize to third parties.

The winner of the Promotion is entitled to refuse the Prize.

The Organizer does not compensate the Winner for any additional expenses related to receiving the Prize. Income taxation of the Winners who receive the Prize is carried out in accordance with the current legislation of the Participants’ countries.

By participating in the Promotion, the Participant understands and agrees that any information voluntarily provided by them, including the Participant’s personal data, may be processed by the Organizer or third parties involved to conduct the Promotion, perform all necessary actions related to it (including, but not limited to, informing about the Promotion results both in advertising and in other ways), as well as to send the Participant information, in particular, of an advertising nature, about the following events/contests/promotions/giveaways of the Organizer. By accepting the requirements of these Terms and Conditions, the Participants hereby consent to such processing of personal data for the purpose of use by the Organizer and/or other persons authorized by the Organizer and confirm their full understanding and necessary awareness of the purposes of processing the information provided, as well as the privacy policy: https://whitebit.com/privacy-policy.

At the same time, by participating in the Promotion, the Promotion Participants confirm their consent to the use of their names and surnames without any material compensation, as well as their agreement to comply with other Promotion Terms and Conditions. The Winners confirm their consent to give promotional interviews about their participation in the Promotion in the media, in particular, on radio and television, as well as to be photographed for the production of graphic materials without any monetary compensation. All exclusive intellectual property rights to such interviews and photos will belong to the Organizer.

The Organizer reserves the right to change the Promotion’s Terms and Conditions. Information about any changes will be provided on the Organizer’s website, https://whitebit.com.

The Organizer does not enter into disputes that may arise between the Promotion Participants regarding the Prize. In situations that allow for ambiguous interpretation of these Terms and/or issues not regulated by these Terms, the Promotion Organizer shall make the final decision in accordance with the requirements of the applicable law. At the same time, the decision of the Promotion Organizer is final and not subject to appeal.

The Promotion Organizer is not responsible for the work of telecommunication companies, postal services, including email, for any mistakes of employees of any enterprises/institutions/organizations that provide information exchange between the Promotion Participants and the Organizer, or circumstances due to which mail items were not received, received late, lost or damaged; or as a result of which the Promotion Participant did not receive the corresponding Prize.

In case of any discrepancies or inaccuracies related to the translation into several languages used in the Promotion, the English translation shall be considered valid and shall supersede all other versions.
