Terms and Conditions of the “Brilliant Traders Activity!”

The Organizer of the Activity is WhiteBIT.

The Activity period will commence on the 20th of June, 2025 at 12:00 (UTC) and conclude on the 20th of July, 2025 at 23:59 (UTC).

The Activity is open to all territories worldwide, except for the following jurisdictions: Afghanistan, American Samoa, the American Virgin Islands, Guam, Canada, Iran, Yemen, Libya, the State of Palestine, Puerto Rico, Somalia, North Korea, the Northern Mariana Islands, the United States, Syria, Georgia, the Republic of Lithuania, Sudan, South Sudan, the “Transnistrian Moldovan Republic,” France, Germany, the temporarily occupied territories of Georgia, the “Nagorno-Karabakh Republic,” Northern Cyprus, Western Sahara, Ambazonia, Spain, Kosovo, the Republic of Belarus, Australia, Great Britain, Austria, Japan, China, Nicaragua, Trinidad and Tobago, Venezuela, Myanmar, the Russian Federation, and the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.
It is the responsibility of Participants to ensure that their participation is not prohibited or restricted by the laws or regulations of their jurisdiction. The Organizer reserves the right to verify the eligibility of Participants and may request proof of residency or location if necessary.

The Activity is organized with the primary objective of promoting the services provided by WhiteBIT.

The Activity is not considered a game of chance, lottery, gambling service, or contest. These Terms and Conditions do not constitute a public commitment to reward participants.

Information about the Activity is communicated based on the Organizer’s advertising rights.

Participants of the Activity are adult (individuals over the age of 18 years) residents of non-prohibited countries who have met the following conditions:

1. Created a WhiteBIT account.
2. Received an invite to participate in the email.
3. Trade in available futures trading pairs on the platform during the period of the Activity.
   
   Participants who received an invite shall receive their USDTB funds during the period of the Activity and will be able to use these funds to generate profits* from their futures positions– these profits will be credited to each Participant’s account as USDT.

* The positive PnL generated from positions using USDTB is considered as profit within this Activity.

The Conditions of the Activity must be met within the designated time frame of its duration.

IMPORTANT! While participating in the Activity, it is forbidden to register on the exchange several times (use several accounts). Participants with multiple accounts will be disqualified. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, each Participant may register only once (have only one account). The use of multiple accounts (multi-accounts and/or sub-accounts) or cooperation with affiliated users and/or users of sub-accounts belonging to the Participant for manipulating orders is prohibited and will result in the closure of all accounts without the owner’s consent. In case of detecting the creation of several accounts, the Organizer reserves the right to close the second created account and any subsequent multi-accounts.Participants’ data in the Activity will be processed to ensure participation and to establish marketing, advertising, tax, and accounting relations.

Participants who are employees, representatives, or agents of the Organizer, or their relatives (up to the second degree of kinship), are ineligible to participate in the Activity. If, when awarding the Prize, it is determined that Participants do not meet the eligibility criteria outlined in these Terms, they will not be entitled to receive the Prize.

Participants of the Activity have the opportunity to become Winners* and win Prizes from the General Prize Pool according to the following assignment:

Profits in USDT, achieved via profitable futures positions executed by each Participant.

*For the purposes of this Activity, a Winner is defined as a Participant who has met all eligibility criteria under these Terms and Conditions, including successful registration and receipt of an invitation, and one who has achieved a net positive realised PnL from futures trading activity using the USDTB funds allocated during the Activity period.

The Activity allows for an undefined number of Winners. All Participants have a chance to become Winners.

The Winner receives the Prize free of charge. The Prize is non-refundable, non-replaceable, and the Activity Winner is not entitled to demand any additional compensation from the Organizer. The Organizer assumes no warranty obligations for the Prize received within the ambit of this Activity and under the conditions specified in these Terms and Conditions.

The Organizer will credit the Prizes to the Winners’ Main balances on WhiteBIT automatically, as soon as their futures positions are closed by the Participants themselves.

In the event that the Winners do not receive the Prize, assuming they were eligible for it, or encounter any other difficulties, it is required for the Winners to contact the online support at https://whitebit.com, email support@whitebit.com, or engage with the Organizer’s agents in live chat by no later than the 27th of July, 2025, inclusively. If the Winners fail to make contact regarding the issue of non-receipt of the Prize by the specified date, they will forfeit their right to receive the Prize.

Winners determined by the Activity results cannot transfer the rights to receive the Prize to any third parties.

The Winner of the Activity is entitled to refuse the Prize.

The Organizer does not provide compensation for any additional expenses arising from the Winner’s receipt of the Prize. The tax on the Prize income the Winners receive will be carried out as per the prevailing legislation of the territory of the Activity in question.

By participating in the Activity, the Participant acknowledges and agrees that any voluntarily provided information, including personal data, may be processed by the Organizer or third parties engaged by the Organizer to conduct the Activity and perform all necessary related activities. This includes, but is not limited to informing Participants about the results of the Activity through advertising or other means. Participants may also receive further information, particularly of an advertising nature, about subsequent events, competitions, Activities, or raffles organized by the Organizer. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, Participants explicitly consent to the processing of their personal data by the Organizer and/or other authorized entities. Participants confirm their complete understanding and necessary awareness of the purposes for processing the provided information and the privacy policy, accessible at: https://whitebit.com/privacy-policy.

By participating in the Activity, Participants confirm their consent to the use of their surnames and first names without any financial compensation. Participants also agree to comply with all other Terms of the Activity. Winners additionally confirm their agreement to participate in advertising interviews regarding their participation in the Activity, including media platforms such as radio and television, and to be photographed to create graphic materials, without receiving any monetary compensation. The Organizer will own all exclusive intellectual property rights to such interviews and photographs.

The Organizer reserves the right to amend or modify the Terms and Conditions of the Activity. In the event of any such changes, information regarding the amendments and modifications will be provided on the WhiteBIT website and the Organizer’s official social media accounts.

The Organizer does not involve itself in resolving disputes that may arise between Participants of the Prize Activity. In situations where there are ambiguities in the interpretation of these Terms and/or matters that are not specifically addressed by these Terms, the Organizer of the Activity will make the final decision following the applicable legal requirements. It is essential to recognize that the Organizer’s decision is considered final and is not subject to appeal.

The Organizer of the Activity is not responsible for the operations or the services of telecommunications companies, postal services, and in particular, email, for any errors of employees of any enterprises/institutions/organizations that ensure the exchange of information and items as mentioned above between the Participants of the Activity and the Organizer, or any circumstances resulting in the undelivery, delay, loss, or damage of postal items.
