Coloured Launch Boxes Quest Terms and Conditions
By participating in the Quest described herein (hereinafter – “Coloured Launch Boxes Quest”), You agree to unconditionally accept and comply with the Coloured Launch Boxes Quest Terms and Conditions, and the terms and conditions of the third parties that are engaged in the Quest.
Unless the context otherwise requires, words in the singular shall include the plural, and in the plural shall include the singular; a reference to one gender shall include (shall imply) a reference to the other genders.
The Coloured Launch Boxes Quest starts on February 26, 2024, and ends on March 18, 2024.
The Coloured Launch Boxes Quest is managed by the company Whitechain (hereinafter to be referred to as “Organizer”).
The Participant hereby confirms that they are not a citizen nor located on the territory of Afghanistan, American Samoa, Canada, U.S. Virgin Islands, Territory of Guam, Iran, Yemen, Libya, State of Palestine, Puerto Rico, Somalia, the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, The Northern Mariana Islands, USA, Syria, Russian Federation, Republic of Belarus, France, Germany, Republic of Sudan, Transnistria, temporarily occupied territories of Georgia, Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, Western Sahara, Federal Republic of Ambazonia, Kosovo, South Sudan, and temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.
Definitions
Whitechain is a fast and secure EVM blockchain platform integrated into the WhiteBIT ecosystem.
A Participant is a person who completed the requirements of the Coloured Launch Boxes Quest.
Points are a technical internal identifier of the value of the actions performed by the Participant, which are acquired by the Participant through the Coloured Launch Boxes Quest. Points will be converted to the Prize.
The Prize is a certain amount of WBT (WhiteBIT Coin) and USDT, which is deemed as a reward for Participants of the Coloured Launch Boxes Quest.
AlphaGuilty is an operating system that performs the organization of the technical part of the events, accessible via the link https://alphaguilty.io/quest/whitechain-launch-boxes
Galxe is an operating system that performs the organization of the technical part of the events, accessible via the link https://galxe.com/V2gd59ZrDrkRKBWS94dhYK/campaign/GCrSntwBNM
Taskon is an operating system that performs the organization of the technical part of the events, accessible via the link https://taskon.xyz/campaign/detail/32423

Quests are activities performed by the Participants on:

Requirements
In order to be eligible for a Reward, the Participants must meet the following requirements:
- Complete the tasks listed on the AlphaGuilty, Galxe, Taskon, and QuestN platforms between February 26, 2024 and March 18, 2024.
Disqualification
The Organizer may disqualify the Participant if the latter breaches the Coloured Launch Boxes Quest Terms and Conditions, uses multi-accounts, or commits fraud or mischief, which are determined at the Organizer’s sole discretion, or according to the AlphaGuilty, Galxe, Taskon, and QuestN platforms’ report, or report from another Participant, or government authority.
Points Achievement
The Participant may achieve Points by successfully completing the Quests on:

Galxe
Taskon
QuestN
In order to avoid Points accruement algorithm abuse and manipulations, Points are calculated internally and automatically, without informing the Participant of the action Points equivalent and total amount of achieved Points.
Quests
During the Coloured Launch Boxes Quest period stated on AlphaGuilty, Galxe, Taskon, and QuestN, the Participants are able to complete Quests edited by the Organizer according to the rules published on the AlphaGuilty, Galxe, Taskon, and QuestN platforms. Quests list, conditions of their completion, and recurrence possibility are published on the AlphaGuilty, Galxe, Taskon, and QuestN platforms as well.
The Participant will be attributed a fixed number of Points for each Quest completed on the AlphaGuilty, Galxe, Taskon, and QuestN platforms. The Points earned on different platforms can not be combined.
Prize
The most active Participants will be entitled to receive the Prize in a certain amount of WBT or USDT (“Prize”). The Prize amount correlation to the Points is determined solely by the Organizer. The Organizer may settle a minimum of Points required to achieve the Prize.
The total Prize pool of the Quest is $7055. There will be 555 Winners on the AlphaGuilty platform. They will share the $5555 Prize pool and receive their Rewards in WBT (a WBT equivalent of $10 each). Those Participants, who will join the Quest on the AlphaGuilty platform, will also have a chance to win NFTs from Whitechain’s new collection. The Galxe, Taskon, and QuestN platforms will each have a $500 Prize pool and 50 Winners. The Winners will receive rewards in USDT (a USDT equivalent of $10 each).
ATTENTION! The Participant hereby acknowledges and agrees that in order to receive the Prize upon the completion of the Coloured Launch Boxes Quest, they will be obliged to perform certain actions that will be determined in the instruction, for example, following the link.
Upon the completion of the Coloured Launch Boxes Quest, the Participants entitled to receive the Prize will be provided with instructions on the Prize claiming. Such instructions may be provided via the AlphaGuilty, Galxe, Taskon, and QuestN platforms via Participant contact details. The Prize claiming may be limited in time. Information on limitations will be provided in the instructions.
The Participants receive the Prize for free. The Prize cannot be replaced, and the rights to receive the Prize cannot be transferred to a third party. The Participants have no right to demand any other compensation from the Organizer. The Organizer does not bear any warranty obligations for the Prize.
The Participant acknowledges and agrees that the Prize claim may have tax consequences (including obligations to report, collect, or remit taxes), and the Participant will be solely responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable tax laws and regulations. The Organizer does not compensate for the additional expenses of the Participant related to the receipt or transfer of the Prize.
In case of non-receipt of the Prize, delays in the Prize receipt, or in case of any other difficulties, the Participant must contact online support by email at support@whitechain.io at their earliest convenience.
Privacy Notice
By Participating in the Coloured Launch Boxes Quest, the Participant provides the Organizer with consent to use their nickname, e-mail, surname, or first name without financial compensation. The Participants who received the Prize confirm their agreement to provide advertising interviews about participation in the Coloured Launch Boxes Quest in the media, particularly on television, blogs, and social media, and to be photographed for producing graphic materials without paying them any monetary compensation. All exclusive intellectual property rights to such interviews, photographs, and content will belong to the Organizer.
By participating in the Coloured Launch Boxes Quest, the Participant understands and agrees that any information voluntarily provided by them, including the Participant’s personal data, may be processed by the Organizer or third parties involved by them to conduct the Coloured Launch Boxes Quest. The Participant consents to such processing of their personal data for use by the Organizer and confirms their full understanding and necessary awareness of the purposes of processing the information provided, as well as the privacy policy: https://whitechain.io/
Liability Limitation
To the maximal extent permitted under the applicable law, the Coloured Launch Boxes Quest is provided an “as is” and “as available” basis, and the Organizer expressly disclaims, and the Participant waives, any and all other warranties of any kind, whether expressed or implied, including, without limitation, implied warranties of functionality, correctness, accuracy, up-to-date, and non-infringement.
The Organizer bears no responsibility and provides NO indemnification for the issues and accuracy of the information provided to the Organizer by the third parties, including but not limited to the information on the number of Points achieved by the Participant.
The Participant agrees that it is the Organizer’s right, not obligation, to participate in any disputes between the Participant and third parties.
Amendments
The Organizer reserves the right to change the Coloured Launch Boxes Quest Terms and Conditions and their interpretation. In case of any changes, an updated version of the Coloured Launch Boxes Quest Terms and Conditions will be posted on this page, as well additional notification may be provided on the AlphaGuilty, Galxe, Taskon, and QuestN platforms and/or the Organizer’s social networks.
The Participant must regularly get acknowledged with the up-to-date version of the Coloured Launch Boxes Quest Terms and Conditions, especially before each participation in the Coloured Launch Boxes Quest.
Disputes resolution
The Organizer does not enter into disputes that may arise between Participants. In situations that allow ambiguous interpretations of the Coloured Launch Boxes Quest Terms and Conditions and/or issues not regulated hereby, the Organizer makes the final decision in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation. At the same time, the Organizer’s decision is final and is not subject to appeal.
