Terms of Participation in the “WhiteBIT Coin Pizza Day” Promotion

The Organizer of the Promotion is WhiteBIT.

The Promotion period will commenceon May 22, 2024 (from the moment of receiving the announcement email) and conclude on May 27, 2024, at 12 PM (UTC).

The territory of the Promotion: the Promotion takes place in all countries except for the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan, American Samoa, the United States Virgin Islands, Guam, the Islamic Republic of Iran, the Republic of Yemen, the State of Libya, the State of Palestine, the freely associated state of Puerto Rico, the Federal Republic of Somalia, the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, the United States of America, the Syrian Arab Republic, the Republic of Sudan, the Republic of South Sudan, the “Transnistrian Moldovan Republic”, Georgia, the French Republic, the Federal Republic of Germany, temporarily occupied territories of Georgia, the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, Western Sahara, Ambazonia, the Republic of Kosovo, the Kingdom of Spain, Canada, the Republic of Belarus, the Russian Federation, temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.

Participants must ensure that their participation is not prohibited or restricted by the laws or regulations of their country’s jurisdiction. The Organizer reserves the right to verify the admissibility of participation in the Promotion of the Participants and, if necessary, may ask to provide proof of residence or location.

The Promotion is held with the primary goal of popularizing the WhiteBIT brand.

The Promotion is not a game of chance, a lottery, a service in the gambling business, or a contest, and these Terms do not offer a public promise of reward.

Information about the Promotion is provided based on advertising rights.

Participants of the Promotion are adult citizens of non-prohibited countries (i.e., all except those mentioned above) or other persons who are lawfully present in the territory of such countries, who received a letter with an announcement of this Promotion from WhiteBIT and have fulfilled the following Terms:

• Passed the verification procedure (KYC) on the WhiteBIT website, if they have not done so before;
• During the Promotion period, purchased at least 3 WBT on the WhiteBIT exchange;
• Filled out the participant’s Google form, indicating the nickname on the WhiteBIT exchange, chosen one NFT out of three available from the “WhiteBIT Coin Pizza Day” collection, and provided a correct external wallet address (for example, MetaMask) on the Polygon network.

Attention! The Promotion participant must provide only an external wallet address. The address on the Polygon network on WhiteBIT is not suitable for crediting prize NFTs. In case of crediting the NFT to an incorrect address, the token cannot be credited again.

IMPORTANT! While participating in the Promotion, it is forbidden to register on the exchange several times (use several accounts). Participants with multiple accounts will be disqualified. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, each Participant may register only once (have only one account). The use of multiple accounts (multi-accounts and/or Sub-Accounts) or cooperation with affiliated users and/or users of Sub-Accounts belonging to the Participant for manipulating orders is prohibited and will result in the closure of all accounts without the owner’s consent. In the case of detecting the creation of several accounts, the Organizer reserves the right to close the second created account and any subsequent multi-accounts.

The Conditions of the Promotion must be met within the designated time frame of its duration.

Any personal data of the Promotion Participants is processed to ensure participation in the Promotion, marketing, advertising, tax, and accounting relations.

Participants who are employees, representatives, or agents of the Organizer, or their relatives (up to the second degree of kinship), are ineligible to participate in the Promotion. If, when awarding the Prize, it is determined that Participants do not meet the eligibility criteria outlined in these Terms, they will not be entitled to receive the Prize.

Promotion Participants who fulfill all the Promotion Terms will have the opportunity to become Winners and win one branded WhiteBIT NFT out of three available NFTs from the “WhiteBIT Coin Pizza Day” collection.

The maximum number of Winners possible is 50 persons.

Based on the Promotion’s results, in the period from May 27, 2024, to May 30, 2024, the Organizer will automatically form a List of Promotion Participants who have fulfilled the Promotion’s Terms

The determination of the Promotion Winners will take place on May 30, 2024, using the random.org service, automatically among all Promotion Participants who have fulfilled its Terms. Winners are determined by rating (their position in the list on https://www.random.org/).

The list of the Winners will be published in this article on May 30, 2024.

The Organizer credits the Prize to the Winners’ wallets on the Polygon network within 7 calendar days from the day following the publication of the Winners’ list on the WhiteBIT blog, until June 6, 2024, inclusive.

Promotion Winners will be informed of the win by email to the address provided during registration on the website https://whitebit.com/, within 3 business days after the Prize is credited, until June 11, 2024, inclusive.

In case of inability to contact the Winner or their failure to comply with these Rules, such Winner loses the right to receive the Prize and the status of Winner.

In case of non-receipt of the Prize, if the Winner was entitled to it or in case of any other difficulties, the Winner must contact online support on the website https://whitebit.com, at the email address support@whitebit.com. The Winner must do this no later than June 13, 2024, inclusive. If the Winner does not contact within the specified period, including regarding non-receipt of the Prize, the Winner loses the right to receive it.

The received Prize is not subject to exchange or return.

Winners determined as a result of the Promotion cannot transfer the right to receive the Prize to third parties.

A Promotion Winner has the right to refuse the Prize.

The Organizer does not assume warranty obligations regarding the Prize received within this Promotion and under the conditions specified in these Terms.

The Organizer does not compensate for any additional expenses of the Winner related to receiving the Prize. The taxation of income of Winners who received the Prize is carried out in accordance with the current legislation of the countries of the Participants.

By participating in the Promotion, the Participant understands and agrees that any voluntarily provided information, including the Participant’s personal data, may be processed by the Organizer or third parties engaged by it to conduct the Promotion, perform all necessary actions related to it (including, but not limited to, informing about the results of the Promotion in advertising and other ways), as well as further possible sending of information to the Participant, including advertising, about the Organizer’s upcoming events/contests/promotions/draws. By accepting the terms of the Conditions, Participants thereby consent to such processing of personal data for the purpose of use by the Organizer and/or other authorized persons of the Organizer and confirm their full understanding and necessary awareness of the purposes of processing the provided information, as well as the privacy policy: https://whitebit.com/privacy-policy.

At the same time, Participants of the Promotion, by their participation in the Promotion, confirm their consent to the use of their surnames and names without any material compensation, as well as their consent to comply with other Rules of the Promotion. Winners confirm their consent to provide advertising interviews about their participation in the Promotion in mass media, including radio and television, as well as to be photographed for the production of graphic materials without being paid any monetary compensation. All exclusive intellectual property rights to such interviews and photographs shall belong to the Organizer. All property and non-property intellectual property rights to the Prize received by the Winners within the framework of this Promotion shall belong to the Winners.

The Organizer reserves the right to make changes to the terms and conditions of the Promotion. In case of any changes, information about this will be provided on the website https://whitebit.com and on the Organizer’s social media.

The Organizer does not enter into disputes that may arise between the Participants of the Promotion regarding the Prize. In case of situations allowing for ambiguous interpretation of these Rules and/or questions not regulated by these Rules, the final decision is made by the Organizer of the Promotion in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation of the countries of the Participants. At the same time, the decision of the Organizer of the Promotion is final and not subject to appeal.

The Organizer of the Promotion is not responsible for the operation of the telecommunication services, postal communication, including email, for any errors of employees of any enterprises/institutions/organizations providing information exchange between the Participants of the Promotion and the Organizer.
