Terms and Conditions of the “A Prize from Barcelona eSport” Promotion

The Organizer of the Promotion is the UAB Clear White Technologies company, incorporated under the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania under the number LT-03224, and has its registered office address: J. Basanaviiaus g. 26 Vilnius, Republic of Lithuania.
Promotion period: from 2 p.m. UTC 27.07.2023 to 1:59 p.m. UTC 10.08.2023.

The campaign is held to promote WhiteBIT services.
The Promotion is not a game of chance, a lottery, a service in the field of gambling business, or a contest; these Terms are not a public promise of reward.
Information about the Promotion is provided on the basis of advertising rights.
Participants of the Promotion are adult citizens of Spain (over the age of 18) or other persons who are legally present in the territory of such countries and who have fulfilled the following Terms::
- Followed one of the WhiteBIT cryptocurrency exchange accounts on Instagram (https://www.instagram.com/whitebit/) or Twitter (https://twitter.com/WhiteBit);
- Filled out a Google form and indicated a social network (Instagram или Twitter) where they followed the WhiteBIT’s account and their nickname in this social network.
The Terms of the Promotion must be fulfilled within the conduction period.
Any personal data of the Participants of the Promotion is processed for the purpose of ensuring participation in the Promotion, marketing relations, advertising relations, tax relations, and relations in the field of accounting.
Employees, representatives, or agents of the Organizer and their relatives (first and second degree of consanguinity) are not entitled to participate in the Promotion. If, at the time of accounting for the Prize, it is established that the person who participated in the Promotion cannot be a Participant of the Promotion in accordance with these Terms, such a person shall not be granted the right to receive the Prize.
Participants of the Promotion can win one of the Prizes of the Prize Fund, which consists of 5 T-shirts signed by players of the eSports club “Barcelona” in League of Legends with the Deadly, Efias, Maxlore, Sajator, Whiteknight nicknames.
The maximum number of Winners is 5 people.
One Winner may win one Prize only.
According to the Promotion results, the Organizer forms a list of Participants who met all the Conditions of the Promotion from 11.08.23 to 16.08.23
The determination of the Winners of the Promotion will take place on 16.08.23, using random.org, automatically among all Participants of the Promotion. Winners are determined by rating (place in the list on the https://www.random.org/ service). The Organizer of the Promotion will conduct a video recording of the Prize drawing and publish it on the https://whitebit.com page on 16.08.2023. The list of Winners will be published on 16.08.23 as an addition to the WhiteBIT blog article about the Promotion (https://blog.whitebit.com/).
The Winners of the Promotion will be informed about winning in personal messages on Instagram or Twitter (depending on the social network where the Winner fulfilled the Conditions of the Promotion), during the first working day after the determination of the Winners.
The Organizer will contact the Winners in private messages on the social network specified by the Winner in the Google form within three working days after the Winners have been determined and will offer to fill out the Google form for sending the Prizes, in which the following data will be required: social network nickname with which the Prize was awarded, first and last names, phone number, delivery address, clothing size. If the Winner does not fill out the Organizer’s Google form within 4 working days from the moment of its receipt, such a Winner loses the right to the status of the Winner, and such a right passes to the next Winner on the list.
The Organizer sends and pays for sending the Prizes to the Winners within 14 working days from the moment of receiving the contact data from the Winner.
In case of not receiving the Prize, if the Winner was entitled to it, or in case of any other difficulties, the Winner should contact online support on the https://whitebit.com website, to the support@whitebit.com e-mail address or in the chat no later than 16.09.2023 inclusively.
The Winner receives a Prize for free. The Prize cannot be replaced by its monetary equivalent. The Promotion Winner has no right to demand any other compensation from the Organizer.
The received Prize cannot be exchanged or returned.
The Organizer bears no warranty obligations regarding the Prize received within the framework of this Promotion and under the Conditions specified in these Terms.
The Winners determined by the Promotion results cannot transfer the rights to receive the Prize to third parties.
The Winner of the Promotion has the right to refuse the Prize.
The Organizer does not compensate for the additional expenses of the Winner related to the receipt of the Prize. Taxation of the income of the Winners who received the Prize is carried out in accordance with the current legislation of Spain.
By participating in the Promotion, the Participant understands and agrees that any information voluntarily provided by him, including the Participant’s personal data, may be processed by the Organizer or third parties involved him in conducting the Promotion to carry out all necessary actions related to it (including, but not exclusively, informing about the Promotion results both in advertising and in another way), as well as further possible sending of information to the Participant, including of an advertising nature, about the following events/competitions/promotions/draws of the Organizer.
By accepting the requirements of these Terms, the Participants hereby consent to such processing of personal data for the purpose of use by the Organizer and/or other authorized Organizers and confirm their full understanding and necessary awareness of the purposes of processing the information provided, as well as the privacy policy: https://whitebit.com/privacy-policy.
At the same time, the Participants of the Promotion, by their participation in the Promotion, confirm their consent to the use of their surnames and names without financial compensation, as well as their agreement to comply with other Terms of the Promotion. The Winners confirm their consent to provide advertising interviews about participation in the Promotion in the media, including on radio and television, as well as to be photographed for the production of graphic materials without paying them any monetary compensation. All exclusive intellectual property rights to such interviews and photographs will belong to the Organizer.
The Organizer reserves the right to make changes to the terms and Conditions of the Promotion. In case of any changes, information about this will be provided on the https://whitebit.com website and Organizer’s social networks.
The Organizer does not enter into disputes that may arise between the Promotion’s Participants concerning the Prize. In the event of situations that allow an ambiguous interpretation of these Terms and/or issues not regulated by these Terms, the final decision is made by the Organizer of the Promotion in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation of Spain. In this case, the decision of the Organizer of the Promotion is final and not subject to appeal.
The Organizer of the Promotion is not responsible for the operation of the services of telecommunications companies, postal communication, in particular e-mail, for any errors of the employees of any enterprises/institutions/organizations that ensure the exchange of information between the Participants of the Promotion and the Organizer, or the circumstances as a result of which postal items did not arrive, arrived late, were lost or damaged; or as a result of which the Promotion Participant did not receive the corresponding Prize.
Any investment in digital assets comes with the risk of total or partial loss of capital and significant volatility, which is potentially unsuitable for private investors. Past financial performance does not guarantee future returns. Risk assets that you are prepared to lose only.
