Terms and Conditions of the “Access Code: PRZK” Promotion

The Organizer of the Promotion is WhiteBIT.

The PromotionPeriod runs from 12:00 UTC on February 18, 2026, to 12:00 UTC on March 18, 2026.

The Promotion is held in all countries except American Samoa, the US Virgin Islands, Guam, the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, the Islamic Republic of Iran, Australia, the Republic of Austria, the Kingdom of Belgium, the Republic of Bulgaria, the Republic of Croatia, the Republic of Cyprus, the Czech Republic, Kingdom of Denmark, Republic of Estonia, Finland (Republic of Finland), French Republic, Federal Republic of Germany, Hellenic Republic, Hungary, Ireland, Italian Republic, Republic of Latvia, Republic of Lithuania, Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, the Republic of Malta, the Kingdom of the Netherlands, the Republic of Poland, the Portuguese Republic, Romania, the Slovak Republic, the Republic of Slovenia, the Kingdom of Spain, the Kingdom of Sweden, the United Kingdom, Japan, China, Nagorno-Karabakh, Nicaragua, Trinidad and Tobago, Venezuela, Myanmar, the Republic of Yemen, the State of Libya, the State of Palestine, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the Federal Republic of Somalia, the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, the United States of America, the Syrian Arab Republic, the Republic of Sudan, the Republic of South Sudan, the “Transnistrian Moldovan Republic,” the temporarily occupied territories of Georgia, the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, Western Sahara, Ambazonia, the Republic of Kosovo, Canada, the Republic of Belarus, the Russian Federation, and the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.

Participants are responsible for ensuring that their participation complies with the laws and regulations of their jurisdiction. The Organizer reserves the right to verify Participants’ eligibility and may request proof of residence or location if necessary.

The Promotion is held with the primary goal of popularizing the WhiteBIT brand.

The Promotion is not a game of chance, a lottery, a gambling service, or a contest, and these Terms and Conditions do not constitute a public promise of reward.

Information about the Promotion is provided based on advertising rights.

Participants of the Promotion can be adult citizens of non-restricted countries (that is, all except those mentioned above) or other individuals legally residing in such countries who meet the following Conditions during the Promotion Period:

1. Registered on the WhiteBIT website https://whitebit.com for the first time or are already registered users of the WhiteBIT exchange at the time of the start of the Promotion and have passed the verification procedure (KYC).
2. Clicked the “Participate” button on the Promotion’s page.
3. Earned at least 150 points during the Promotion Period for completing the following Tasks*:

3.1 Purchase 20,000 PRZK+ in a single transaction via the WhiteBIT Convert page. Each transaction meeting this requirement shall be deemed one completed Task.

3.2 Maintain a balance of 20,000 PRZK+ in their WhiteBIT exchange account at least until the end of the Promotion Period. Each 20,000 PRZK+ held on the Participant’s balance at the end of the Promotion will be considered as one completed Task.

3.3 Complete the project quiz by correctly answering no fewer than 3 out of 5 questions related to the project. Completion of this requirement shall be deemed one completed Task.

3.4 Reach a trading volume of at least 5,000 USDT in the PRZK/USDT trading pair on the WhiteBIT spot market. Each instance in which the specified trading volume is reached shall be deemed one completed Task.

*Task 3.3 may be completed only once. All other Tasks may be completed an unlimited number of times.

Important! While participating in the Promotion, it is forbidden to register on the exchange several times (use several accounts). Participants with multiple accounts will be disqualified. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, each Participant may register only once (have only one account). The use of multiple accounts (multi-accounts and/or sub-accounts) or cooperation with affiliated users and/or users of sub-accounts belonging to the Participant for manipulating orders or the Terms and Conditions is prohibited and will result in the closure of all accounts without the owner’s consent. In case of detecting the creation of several accounts, the Organizer reserves the right to close the second-created account and any subsequent multi-accounts.

The Conditions of the Promotion must be fulfilled during its Period.

Any personal data of the Promotion Participants is processed to ensure participation in the Promotion, marketing, advertising, tax, and accounting relations.

B2B representatives, employees, representatives, or agents of the Organizer and their relatives (first and second degree of kinship) are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. If, at the time of awarding a Prize, it is established that a Participant does not meet the requirements of these Terms, such a person will not be entitled to receive the Prize.

Upon completion of Tasks 3.1–3.4, the Participant will be awarded points as follows:

Task 3.1—100 points;

Task 3.2—100 points;

Task 3.3—50 points;

Task 3.4—150 points.

100 Participants who fulfill all the Terms and Conditions of the Promotion and earn the highest number of points during the Promotion Period will become Winners and win one of the Prizes from the Main Prize Pool, totaling 935,000 PRZK, that will be distributed according to the following Formula:

where Prize—the individual amount of the Prize in PRZK that the Participant will win if they become the Winner of the Main Prize Pool of the Promotion.

Total number of points—the cumulative points earned by the Participant during the Promotion Period.

Σ (first 100 participants’ points)—the combined sum of the 100 Participants who earn the highest number of points during the Promotion Period.

Main prize pool—the total value allocated for the Main Prize Pool during the Promotion.

Example

If a Participant earned 150 points during the Promotion and is listed among the Winners of the Main Prize Pool, and the total number of points accumulated by the 100 Winners is 1,500, their Prize will be 93,500** PRZK.

All other Promotion Participants who fulfill all Promotion Terms and Conditions will have the opportunity to become Winners and win one of the Prizes from the Additional Prize Pool, totaling 165,000 PRZK, according to the following Groups:

Group 1

15 random Winners, each of whom scores at least 150 points for completing Tasks during the Promotion Period, will equally share a total of 66,000 PRZK, with each Winner receiving 4,400 PRZK.

Group 2

3 Winners who score the highest number of points in the following Categories.

Category 1 

1 Winner who scores the highest number of points for completing Task 3.1 will receive 33,000 PRZK.

Category 2

1 Winner who scores the highest number of points for completing Task 3.2 will receive 33,000 PRZK.

1 Winner who scores the highest number of points for completing Task 3.4 will receive 33,000 PRZK.

The maximum possible total number of Promotion Winners who can win a Prize from the Main or the Additional Prize Pool is 118 people.

One Winner may receive only one Prize from the Main or the Additional Prize Pool.

**Important: The Prize amount per Winner in this Promotion shall not exceed 100,000 PRZK, regardless of the value calculated by the Formula.

Based on the results of the Promotion, between March 18, 2026, and March 30, 2026, the Organizer generates 3 lists of Promotion Participants who have fulfilled all the Promotion Terms and Conditions.

The Winners of the Main Prize Pool will be the 100 Participants who have earned the highest number of points for completing the Tasks during the Promotion Period.

Important: If a Participant becomes the Winner of the Main Prize Pool and simultaneously earns the highest number of points in Category 1, Category 2, or Category 3, the Participant will only be eligible to receive the Prize from the Main Prize Pool.

The Winners of the Additional Prize Pool (Group 2) will be the 3 Participants (excluding those who have already won a Prize from the Main Prize Pool) who score the highest number of points in Category 1, Category 2, or Category 3.

The 15 additional Promotion Winners who will receive a Prize from the Additional Prize Pool (Group 1) will be determined on March 30, 2026, using the random.org service, automatically among all Promotion Participants who fulfilled the Promotion Conditions and scored at least 150 points during the Promotion Period, excluding those who have already won a Prize from the Main Prize Pool or one of the 3 Winners from Category 1, Category 2, or Category 3 of the Additional Prize Pool. The Winners of the Additional Prize Pool are determined by rating (position on the https://www.random.org/ service).

If, after determining the Winners, it is found that the Participant has not properly fulfilled the Promotion Conditions or otherwise violated these Promotion Terms and Conditions, the User Agreement, such Winner loses the right to receive the Prize and the Winner status. In this case, the right to receive the Prize and the Winner’s status shall be transferred to the next Participant in the list of Winners formed by https://www.random.org/ service or the Organizer. For example, in the case of the disqualification of the Participant who took third place in the list, their Prize will be transferred to the Participant who took the next, fourth position in the rating.

The list of the Winners will be published in this article on March 31, 2026.

The Organizer will credit the Prizes to the Winners’ Main balances on WhiteBIT exchange within 5 business days from the next business day after the list of Winners is published.

The Winners of the Promotion will be informed about the Prize crediting by letter to the email address specified during registration on https://whitebit.com within 5 business days after the Prizes are credited.

The Winner shall receive the Prize free of charge. The Prize is non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and cannot be substituted with its monetary equivalent. The Winner is not entitled to request any alternative compensation from the Organizer. The Organizer assumes no warranty obligations for the Prize awarded within this Promotion and under the Terms and Conditions outlined herein.

The received Prize cannot be returned.

In case the Winners do not receive the Prize to which they are entitled or face any other difficulties, the Winners should contact online support at https://whitebit.com, via email support@whitebit.com, or communicate with the Organizer’s agents via online chat no later than April 14, 2026. If the Winner does not contact the Organizer about not receiving the Prize by the specified date, they will lose the right to receive the Prize.

The Winners determined by the results of the Promotion may not transfer the right to receive the Prize to third parties.

The Winner has the right to refuse the Prize.

The Organizer does not compensate the Winner for any additional expenses related to receiving the Prize. Income taxation of the Winners who receive the Prize is carried out in accordance with the current legislation of the Participants’ countries.

By participating in the Promotion, the Participant understands and agrees that any information voluntarily provided by them, including the Participant’s personal data, may be processed by the Organizer or third parties involved to conduct the Promotion, perform all necessary actions related to it (including, but not limited to, informing about the Promotion results both in advertising and in other ways), as well as to send the Participant information, in particular, of an advertising nature, about the following events/contests/promotions/giveaways of the Organizer. By accepting the requirements of these Terms and Conditions, the Participants hereby consent to such processing of personal data for the purpose of use by the Organizer and/or other persons authorized by the Organizer and confirm their full understanding and necessary awareness of the purposes of processing the information provided, as well as the privacy policy: https://whitebit.com/privacy-policy.

At the same time, by participating in the Promotion, the Promotion Participants confirm their consent to the use of their names and surnames without any material compensation, as well as their agreement to comply with other Promotion Terms and Conditions. The Winners confirm their consent to give promotional interviews about their participation in the Promotion in the media, in particular, on radio and television, as well as to be photographed for the production of graphic materials without any monetary compensation. All exclusive intellectual property rights to such interviews and photos will belong to the Organizer.

The Organizer reserves the right to change the Promotion’s Terms and Conditions. Information about any changes will be provided on the Organizer’s website, https://whitebit.com.

The Organizer does not enter into disputes that may arise between the Promotion Participants regarding the Prize. In situations that allow for ambiguous interpretation of these Terms and/or issues not regulated by these Terms, the Promotion Organizer shall make the final decision in accordance with the requirements of the applicable law. At the same time, the decision of the Promotion Organizer is final and not subject to appeal.

The Promotion Organizer is not responsible for the work of telecommunication companies, postal services, including email, for any mistakes of employees of any enterprises/institutions/organizations that provide information exchange between the Promotion Participants and the Organizer, or circumstances due to which mail items were not received, received late, lost or damaged; or as a result of which the Promotion Participant did not receive the corresponding Prize.

In case of any discrepancies or inaccuracies related to the translation into several languages used in the Promotion, the English translation shall be considered valid and shall supersede all other versions.
