SoulDrop Terms and Conditions
By participating in the marketing activity described herein (hereinafter – “SoulDrop”), You agree to unconditionally accept and comply with SoulDrop Terms and Conditions, and terms and conditions of third parties which are engaged in the activity.
Unless the context otherwise requires, words in the singular shall include the plural, and in the plural shall include the singular; a reference to one gender shall include (shall imply) a reference to the other genders.
The SoulDrop takes effect from the date of publication of these SoulDrop Terms and Conditions and continues indefinitely. The SoulDrop has no duration limits, unless otherwise is directly stated herein.
This SoulDrop is managed by the WhiteBIT Group, as defined in WhiteBIT User Agreement (hereinafter to be referred to as “Organizer”).
The Participant hereby confirms that he is not a citizen nor located on the territory of Afghanistan, Ambazonia, American Samoa, Belarus, Canada, temporarily occupied territories of Georgia, Territory of Guam, Iran, the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, Kosovo, Libya, Nicaragua, the Northern Mariana Islands, State of Palestine, Puerto Rico, Russian Federation, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Tobago, Transnistria, Trinidad, Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, USA, temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine, Venezuela, U.S. Virgin Islands, Western Sahara, Yemen, or any other country or region that is the subject of comprehensive country-wide or region-wide economic sanctions by the United States and the European Union. The list of forbidden jurisdictions may be amended from time to time.
Definitions
WBT Holding — the feature provided on the WhiteBIT exchange, accessible via the link https://whitebit.com/wbt.
WB Network — WB Network blockchain, available via link https://whitebit.network/.
WB Soul — means unique identifier in the blockchain WB Network, connected to the WhiteBIT Account, according to the definition of WB Soul Ecosystem Terms at https://whitebit.com/wb-soul/terms.
Participant — a WB Soul using the WBT Holding feature and having a published WBT Holding amount.
Prize — a certain amount of WBT (WhiteBIT Coin), which is deemed as a reward for Participants of the SoulDrop.
WhiteBIT User Agreement – means WhiteBIT platform’s public electronic User Agreement posted at https://whitebit.com/terms.
WithHolding variable – internal record stating amount of Prize accumulated but not claimed for full Holding periods.
WBT Holding
As defined in the WB Soul Ecosystem Terms, WB Soul may publish the amount of the WBT being held by the WB Soul connected Account. In order to participate in SoulDrop, the Participant should keep WBT Hold Amount unhidden.
The Participant will be attributed with Prize depending on the WBT amount locked in WBT Holding.
The Prize calculation system, according to which users are encouraged with WBT for the SoulDrop marketing activity, operates on the principles of compounding. It means that the rewards accumulated in the previous periods become part of the WBT holding body for calculating the next reward. Such an accumulated reward is recorded in the WithHolding variable.
The WB Soul may become a Participant any number of times.
Prize
For the participation in the SoulDrop, the Participant is awarded with the Prize in a certain amount of WBT.
The Prize is calculated for each complete period of WBT Holding, corresponding to 30 days. The calculation of the Prize is performed only for the full consecutive 30-day period. The rewards calculation will not include any remaining days in the incomplete period.
The amount in WBT Holding directly impacts the Prize amount. The calculation of Prize period reward percent is based on the Amount of WBT in WBT Holding, also called Holding Level. The actual reward percent to be applied is stated on the webpage https://whitebit.com/wbt.
The Prize is attributed to the Participant automatically when the Participant changes the WBT amount in WBT Holding.
The Participants receive the Prize for free. The Prize cannot be replaced, as well rights to receive the Prize cannot be transferred to a third party. The Participants have no right to demand any other compensation from the Organizer.
The Participant acknowledges and agrees that the Prize claim may have tax consequences (including obligations to report, collect, or remit taxes), and the Participant will be solely responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable tax laws and regulations.
In case of non-receipt of the Prize, delays in the Prize attribution, or in case of any other difficulties, the Participant must contact online support by email at support@whitebit.network at Participant’s earliest convenience.
Liability Limitation
To the maximal extent permitted under the applicable law, the SoulDrop is provided on “as is” and “as available” basis, and Organizer expressly disclaims, and the Participant waives, any and all other warranties of any kind, whether expressed or implied, including, without limitation, implied warranties of functionality, correctness, accuracy, up-to-date, and non-infringement.
Organizer is not authorized and does not give any financial, tax, employment, legal or investment advice. Any price information, quotes, forecasts, return estimates or indications of past performance are for information purposes only and do not guarantee future performance and do not constitute an offer to buy or sell or any solicitation of an offer to buy or sell any digital asset, cryptocurrency, pair or other assets, nor to enter into any transaction with digital assets, SoulDrop, cryptocurrency or to use investment services.
Amendments
The Organizer reserves the right to change the SoulDrop Terms and Conditions and their interpretation. In case of any changes, an updated version of SoulDrop Terms and Conditions will be posted on this page.
Any amendments applied by the Organizer do not affect already acquired rights to receive reward, unless caused by the Participant’s breach of Section Disqualification.
It is the Participant’s responsibility to regularly acknowledge with the up-to-date version of SoulDrop Terms and Conditions, especially before each participation in SoulDrop.
Disqualification
The Organizer may disqualify the Participant if the latter breaches SoulDrop Terms and Conditions, commits fraud or mischief, which are determined at Organizer’s sole discretion, or according to the government authorities report.
Disputes resolution
These SoulDrop Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
In case of disputes on the issues specified in these SoulDrop Terms and Conditions, the Organizer and Participant shall take all possible measures to resolve them through negotiations.
The Organizer does not enter into disputes that may arise between Participants. In situations that allow ambiguous interpretations of these SoulDrop Terms and Conditions and/or issues not regulated hereby, the Organizer makes the final decision in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation. At the same time, the Organizer’s decision is final and is not subject to appeal.
