Terms and Conditions of the “Trade as You Like” Promotion

The organizer of the Promotion is the company UAB Clear White Technologies, incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Lithuania with registration number LT-03224 and registered office address at J. Basanaviiaus g. 26 Vilnius, Republic of Lithuania.

The period of the Promotion is from 11 a.m. (UTC) on the 4th of September 2023 until the 29th of September 2023, 11 a.m. (UTC).

The territory of the Promotion is all countries in the world except for the following: Afghanistan, American Samoa, United States Virgin Islands, Guam, Iran, Yemen, Libya, Palestine, Puerto Rico, Somalia, North Korea, Northern Mariana Islands, USA, Canada, Syria, Sudan, South Sudan, Spain, Transnistria, temporarily occupied territories of Georgia, Nagorno-Karabakh, Northern Cyprus, Western Sahara, Amazonia, Kosovo, Republic of Belarus, Russian Federation, temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.

The Promotion is held with the purpose of promoting WhiteBIT services.

Official rules of the Promotion and details of its implementation:

The Promotion is not a game of chance, a lottery, a service in the field of gambling business or a contest; these Terms are not a public promise of reward.

Information about the Promotion is provided on the basis of advertising rights.

Participants of the Promotion are adult citizens of non-banned countries (i.e., other than the above) or other persons legally residing in the territory of such countries who have met the following conditions:

• Have signed up for the first time for the WhiteBIT website https://whitebit.com or are already its users and have passed identity verification;
• Joined WhiteBIT community on Telegram;
• Opened a position on the margin market on WhiteBIT during the Promotion period.
• Shared the ROE position in the Telegram community with the hashtag #margin by 11:00 (UTC) on September 29, 2023 (the number of posts with the positions’ ROE is unlimited).

Any personal data of Participants in the Promotion is processed to ensure participation in the Promotion, marketing relations, advertising relations, tax relations, and accounting relations.

Employees, representatives, or agents of the Organizer and their relatives (first and second degree of kinship) are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. Suppose at the time of the provision of the Prize, it is established that the person participating in the Promotion cannot be a Participant of the Promotion following these Rules. In that case, such a person is not entitled to receive the Prize.

The Promotion participants have a chance to win one of the Prizes of the Prize Fund:

• 100 USDT will be distributed among the Main Winners of the Promotion who opened a position on the margin market for the first time — 10 USDT to each Winner.
• 50 USDT will be distributed among the Special Winners of the Promotion with the highest/lowest ROE — 10 USDT to each Winner.
• 100 USDT will be distributed among the Additional Winners of the Promotion, which will be determined randomly using random.org service — 10 USDT to each Winner.

The maximum possible number of Main Winners of the Promotion is 10 persons.

The maximum possible number of Special Winners of the Promotion is 5 persons.

The maximum possible number of Additional Winners of the Promotion is 10 persons.

One Winner can win only one Prize.

Based on the results of the Promotion on 29.09.2023, the Organizer forms a list of Participants who meet the Terms of the Promotion.

The Winners of the Promotion will be determined from 29.09 to 06.10.2023.

The main Winners of the Promotion are 10 Participants who opened a position on the margin market for the first time. The main Winners of the Promotion will be 10 Participants who have fulfilled the Terms of the Promotion and will be determined using the random.org service among such Participants.

5 Special Winners of the Promotion are the Participants with the highest/lowest ROE.

Regardless of the place in the list of Participants, the Participant with the highest/lowest ROE becomes the Special Winner and receives the Prize in the amount of 10 USDT. If there are several Participants with the highest/lowest ROE, the Special Winners of the Promotion will be determined automatically among such Participants using random.org service. If such a Participant is already among the Main Winners of the Promotion who opened a position on the margin market for the first time during the Promotion period, the right to the Prize will be transferred to the next Participant in the list.

The additional Winners of the Promotion will be 10 Participants who have fulfilled the Promotion Terms and conditions and will be determined by random.org among the Promotion Participants. If such a Participant is already among the Main or Special Winners of the Promotion, the right to the Prize passes to the next Participant selected by random.org from the list of Participants who meet the conditions of the Promotion.

Additional Winners are determined by rating (place in the list on the service https://www.random.org).

The Winners’ nicknames will be published on the WhiteBIT blog on the 6th of October 2023.

The Organizer will credit the Prize to the Main balance of the Winners on WhiteBIT within 5 business days from the day after the announcement of the Winners.

The Winners of the Promotion will be informed about the Prizes already sent to the Winners by an email to the address specified during registration on the https://whitebit.com/ website within the first business day after the accrual of all Prizes.

If the Winner fails to comply with these Rules, such Winner loses the Winner’s status, and such right passes to the next Winner in the list.

The Winner receives a Prize for free. The Prize cannot be replaced. The Promotion Winner has no right to demand any other compensation from the Organizer.

The received Prize is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.

The Organizer does not bear any warranty obligations for the Prize received within the framework of this Promotion and under the conditions specified in these Rules.

Winners determined by the giveaway results cannot transfer the rights to receive the Prize to third parties.

The Participant of the Promotion has the right to refuse the Prize.

The Organizer does not compensate the additional expenses of the Winner related to the receipt of the Prize. Taxation of the income of the Winners who received the Prize is carried out in accordance with the current legislation of the participating countries.

In case of non-receipt of the Prize, if the Winner was entitled to it, or in case of any other difficulties, the Winner must contact online support at https://whitebit.com or by email at support@whitebit.com no later than 20th of October from the expected date of receipt of the Prize. If the Winner does not contact the support within a week from the expected date of receiving the Prize, including on the issues of not receiving the Prize, the Winner loses the right to receive it.

By participating in the Promotion, the Participant understands and agrees that any information voluntarily provided by him/her, including the Participant’s personal data, may be processed by the Organizer or third parties involved to conduct the Promotion, perform all necessary actions related to it (including, but not limited to, informing about the results of the Promotion both in advertising and in other ways), as well as further possible sending of information to the Participant, including advertising and advertising information, about the following events/contests/promotions/raffle of the Organizer. By accepting the requirements of these Terms, the Participants hereby consent to such processing of personal data for use by the Organizer and/or other individuals authorized by the Organizer and confirm their full understanding and necessary awareness of the purposes of processing the information provided, as well as the privacy policy: https://whitebit.com/privacy-policy.

At the same time, by participating in the Promotion, Participants of the Promotion confirm their consent to using their surnames and first names without financial compensation, as well as their agreement to comply with other rules of the Promotion. The Winners confirm their agreement to provide advertising interviews about participation in the Promotion in the media, particularly on radio and television, and to be photographed for producing graphic materials without paying them any monetary compensation. All exclusive intellectual property rights to such interviews and photographs will belong to the Organizer.

The Organizer reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the Promotion. In case of any changes, information about this will be provided on the website WhiteBIT and the Organizer’s social networks.

The Organizer does not enter into disputes that may arise between Participants of the Prize Promotion. In situations that allow ambiguous interpretations of these Rules and/or issues not regulated by these Rules, the Organizer of the Promotion makes the final decision in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation. At the same time, the Organizer’s decision is final and not subject to appeal.
