Terms and Conditions of Participation in the “Trading Competition with FACEIT” Promotion

The Organizer of the Promotion is the UAB Clear White Technologies company, incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Lithuania under the number LT-03224, and registered at the office address: J. Basanaviiaus g. 26 Vilnius, Republic of Lithuania.
The Promotion period will commence on the 21st of September, 2023, at 3 p.m. (UTC) and conclude on the 26th of September, 2023, at 3 p.m. (UTC).
The territory of the Promotion: Republic of Moldova, Azerbaijan, Tajikistan, Kazakhstan, Armenia, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Turkey, Australia, Republic of Slovenia, Latvia, Mongolia, Belgium, Greece, Estonia, Czech Republic, Montenegro, Sweden, Switzerland, Portugal, Luxembourg, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Norway, Ireland, Hungary, Finland, Croatia, Georgia, Austria, Romania, Albania, Netherlands, Republic of Macedonia, Bulgaria, Italy, Denmark, Lithuania, Serbia, Poland, Ukraine, except the Joint Forces Operation territory, the temporarily occupied territory and the territories in which the state bodies of Ukraine temporarily do not exercise their powers due to the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine.
The Promotion is held to promote WhiteBIT services and will take place on the https://whitebit.com website. The announcement of the Promotion will be published on the WhiteBIT EU EAST and EU WEST organizers’ pages on FACEIT, on LATAM, as well as on the English- and Ukrainian-language pages of the WhiteBIT company’s social networks.

The Promotion is not a game of chance, a lottery, a service in the field of gambling business or a contest; these Terms are not a public promise of reward. This Promotion is one-time, the Participant can participate only once.
Information about the Promotion is communicated in accordance with the Organizer’s advertising rights.
Participants of the Promotion are adult citizens (persons over the age of 18 years) of non-prohibited countries who have met the following conditions:
- Have registered on the website https://whitebit.com or are already its users and have passed identity verification (KYC);
- Trade the BTC/USDT crypto pair on margin and/or spot markets during the period of the Promotion on the https://whitebit.com website in the relevant section of this website: https://whitebit.com/trading-competition/faceitwhitebit
- During the Promotion period, reached the minimum trading volume of 1000 USDT in the BTC/USDT pair.
Any personal data of the Participants of the Promotion is processed for the purpose of ensuring participation in the Promotion, marketing relations, advertising relations, tax relations and relations in the field of accounting.
Employees, representatives or agents of the Organizer and their relatives (first and second degree of consanguinity) are not entitled to participate in the Promotion. If, at the time of awarding the Prize, it is established that the person who participated in the Promotion cannot be a Participant of the Promotion in accordance with these Rules, such a person shall not be granted the right to receive the Prize.
Conditions for determining the Winners:
The maximum possible number of Winners of the Promotion is 20 Participants who fulfilled the Terms of the Promotion and had the highest positions on the leaderboard on spot and margin trading during the Promotion, as well as achieved the highest indicators of trading volume and realized profit (rP&L) for the specified trading pair. Each Winner can only receive 1 Prize.
The type of this trading tournament is rP&L + trading volume. At the same time, in order to get into the leaderboard, Participants must reach a minimum trading volume of 1000 USDT. The Winners of the Promotion will be determined on the basis of two parameters — the value of trading volume and the value of realized profit (rP&L) for the BTC/USDT pair. In this case, the rP&L indicator will be more important. Information about the ranking of Participants in the competition will be updated every 30 minutes automatically on the page of the trading competition. The final list of Winners will be available on the relevant page of the Promotion on the website https://whitebit.com.
The Prize Pool is 110 000 FACEIT Points (500 FACEIT Points = 1 USDT) and FACEIT Premium subscriptions for 1, 3, or 6 months.
Distribution of rewards for trading competition Participants:
1st place — 15 000 FACEIT Points and Premium subscription to FACEIT for 6 months;
2nd place — 10 000 FACEIT Points and Premium subscription to FACEIT for 3 months;
3rd place — 8000 FACEIT Points and Premium subscription to FACEIT for 1 month.
4th–10th place — 6000 FACEIT Points;
11–15 place — 4000 FACEIT Points;
16–20 place — 3000 FACEIT Points.
Within 5 business days following the end of the Promotion, which is from September 27 to October 3, 2023, the Winners of the Promotion will receive an email to the address linked to their WhiteBIT account, notifying them of their win and their prize — a code for a certain amount of FACEIT Points and FACEIT premium subscription (for Winners who took 1st, 2nd or 3rd place).
The Winner receives the Prize for free. The received Prize cannot be exchanged or returned.
The Organizer bears no warranty obligations regarding the Prize received within the framework of this Promotion and under the conditions specified in these Rules.
In case of non-receipt of the Prize, if the Winner was entitled to it, or in case of any other difficulties, the Winner should contact online support on the https://whitebit.com website, at the email address support@whitebit.com, or in chat no later than October 10, 2023. If the Winner does not reach out by October 10, 2023, including regarding the non-receipt of the Prize, the Winner forfeits the right to receive it.
Winners determined by the results of the Promotion cannot transfer the right to receive the Prize to third parties.
The Winner of the Promotion has the right to refuse the Prize.
The Organizer does not compensate the additional expenses of the Winner related to receiving the Prize. Income taxation of the Winners who received the Prize is carried out in accordance with the current legislation of the Winner’s country of residence.
By participating in the Promotion, the Participant understands and agrees that any information voluntarily provided by them, including personal data of the Participant, may be processed by the Organizer or third parties engaged by it for the purpose of conducting the Promotion, carrying out all necessary actions related to it (including, but not limited to, informing about the results of the Promotion both in advertising and in other ways), as well as further possible sending of information to the Participant, including of an advertising nature, about the Organizer’s next events/contests/promotions/draws. By accepting the requirements of these Terms and Conditions, Participants hereby consent to such processing of personal data for the purpose of use by the Organizer and/or other persons authorized by the Organizers and confirm their full understanding and necessary awareness of the purposes of processing the information provided, as well as the privacy policy: https://whitebit.com/privacy-policy.
At the same time, by participating in the Promotion, the Participants of the Promotion confirm their consent to the use of their surnames and names without any financial compensation, as well as their agreement to comply with other rules of the Promotion. The Winners confirm their agreement to give promotional interviews about participation in the Promotion in the mass media, including radio and television, as well as to be photographed for the production of graphic materials without paying them any monetary compensation. All exclusive intellectual property rights to such interviews and photographs shall belong to the Organizer.
The Organizer reserves the right to make changes to the terms and conditions of the Promotion. In case of any changes, information about this will be provided on the website https://whitebit.com and on the Organizer’s social networks.
The Organizer does not enter into disputes that may arise between the Participants of the Promotion regarding the Prize. In case of situations that allow an ambiguous interpretation of these Rules and/or issues not regulated by these Rules, the final decision is made by the Promotion Organizer in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation. At the same time, the decision of the Promotion Organizer is final and is not subject to appeal.
The Promotion Organizer is not responsible for the work of the services of telecommunications companies, postal communication, including email, for any errors of the employees of any enterprises/institutions/organizations that ensure the exchange of information between the Promotion Participants and the Organizer, or circumstances, as a result of which postal items did not arrive, arrived late, were lost or damaged; or as a result of which the Promotion Participant did not receive the corresponding Prize.
