Terms and Conditions Of The Participation in the “Trading Competition With PIVX” Promotion

The Organizer of the Competition is the company UAB Clear White Technologies, incorporated under the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania under the number LT-03224, and has its registered office address: J. Basanaviiaus g. 26 Vilnius, Republic of Lithuania.

The campaign is held to promote WhiteBIT services.

The Promotion period of “PIVX Trading Competition”: from 12:00 p.m. UTC 12.07.2023 until 12:00 p.m. UTC 21.07.2023.

The territory of the Competition: the Competition is held on the territory of all countries, with the exception of: Afghanistan, American Samoa, US Virgin Islands, Guam, Iran, Yemen, Libya, Palestine, Puerto Rico, Somalia, North Korea, Northern Mariana Islands, USA, Syria, Sudan, South Sudan, Transnistria, temporarily occupied territories of Georgia, Nagorno-Karabakh, Northern Cyprus, Western Sahara, Amazonia, Spain, Canada, Kosovo, Republic of Belarus, Russian Federation, temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.

The Competition is not a game of chance, a lottery, a service in the field of gambling business or a contest; these Terms are not a public promise of reward.

Information about the Promotion is provided on the basis of advertising rights.

Official rules of the Competition and details of its implementation:

Participants of the Competition are adult citizens of non-prohibited countries (excluding the aforementioned) or other persons who are legally present in the territory of such countries who have fulfilled the following conditions:

1. Signed up on the WhiteBIT exchange and confirmed their identity (passed KYC verification);
2. Clicked the “Take part” button on the Competition page;
3. Traded with PIVX/BTC on WhiteBIT trading pair during the Promotion period.

IMPORTANT!

1. The table of Participants is refreshed every 30 minutes. The final Trading Volume data will be collected at 12:00 p.m. UTC on July 21, 2023.

Based on the results of the Promotion, at 11:00 (UTC) on 21.07.2023, the Organizer automatically generates a list of Participants who meet the Terms of the Promotion.

2. The trading volume of the Promotion Participants will be counted only for the PIVX/BTC trading pair, as indicated on the Promotion page.

The Trading Volume is counted as the total sum of all User’s executed Buy and Sell orders on a specified Trading Pair(s) during the Competition period.

3. The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify the User from the trading competition if they:

• Use wash trading (execute their own orders);
• Use accounts with a 0% trading fee (except for special trading fee discounts provided to holders of the WhiteBIT Token);
• Use API bots;
• Use the corporate account (for example, those created for exchange services);
• Use multi-accounts (only one account per Participant is allowed);
• Conduct any other illegal activity covered by WhiteBIT’s Terms and Conditions and User Agreement.

4. Joint deliberate actions of a user with other affiliated users, utilizing their accounts to participate in the Competition with insider knowledge of such accounts’ actions, strategies, and intentions in terms of order placement and execution is considered as operating a multi-account, is prohibited and, therefore, entails the disqualification of such users from the Competition.

Information about the Competition is provided on the basis of advertising rights.

The terms and conditions of the Promotion must be fulfilled within the period of its duration.

Any personal data of the Participants of the Competition is processed for the purpose of

ensuring participation in the Competition, marketing relations, advertising relations, tax relations and relations in the field of accounting.

Employees, representatives or agents of the Organizer and their relatives (first and second degree of consanguinity) are not entitled to participate in the Competition. If, at the time of awarding the Prize, it is established that the person who participated in the Competition cannot be a Participant of the Competition in accordance with these Rules, such a person shall not be granted the right to receive the Prize.

Competition Participants have an opportunity to win one of the Prizes from the Main Prize Pool of 21 300 PIVX shared the following way:

• 1st place — 5329 PIVX;
• 2nd place — 3195 PIVX;
• 3rd place — 2130 PIVX;
• 4–9th places — 887 PIVX;
• 10–20th places — 484 PIVX;

The maximum possible number of Winners of the Competition is 20 persons.

Based on the results of the Promotion, the Organizer automatically generates the list of Participants according to the trading volume at 12:00 p.m. (UTC) on 21.07.2023, which will be available in the Leaderboard. The Winners of the Campaign will be determined on 25.07.2023 among the Promotion Participants from the list who have fulfilled all its conditions. The first 20 people in the list of Participants will be the Winners. In addition, the Winners will be announced on the WhiteBIT blog on 25.07.2023.

Organizer will place the list with all the Participants on the Leaderboard on 25.07.2023 according to the trading volume. First 20 persons on the list will become Winners. Additionally, the Winners will be announced on WhiteBIT blog on 25.07.2023.

The Organizer shall credit the Prize of the Prize Pool to the Winner’s Main Balance on the WhiteBIT exchange within 5 business days from the next calendar day after the Winners are announced.

Winners of the Competition will be informed about the Prize by letter to the email address specified during registration on the website https://whitebit.com/, within 5 business days after receiving the Prize.

One Winner can only win one Prize.

In the event that the Winner cannot be contacted or does not comply with these Rules, such Winner shall lose the status of the Winner, and such status shall pass to the next Winner on the list.

The Winner receives the Prize for free. Replacement of the Prize with its monetary equivalent is not envisaged. The Winner of the Competition has no right to demand any other compensation from the Organizer.

In case of not receiving the Prize, if the Winner was entitled to it or in case of any other difficulties, the Winner should contact the online support on the website https://whitebit.com, via the email address support@whitebit.com or via chat no later than 08/09/2023 inclusive. In the event that the Winner does not apply by 08/09/2023, including on matters of non-receipt of the Prize, the Winner loses the right to receive it.

The received Prize cannot be exchanged or returned.

The Organizer bears no warranty obligations regarding the Prize received within the framework of this Competition and under the conditions specified in these Rules.

Winners determined by the results of the Competition cannot transfer the right to receive the Prize to third parties.

The Winner of the Competition has the right to refuse to receive the Prize.

By participating in the Competition, the Participant understands and agrees that any information voluntarily provided to them, including personal data of the Participant, may be processed by the Organizer or third parties engaged by it for the purpose of conducting the Competition, carrying out all necessary actions related to it (in including, but not limited to, informing about the results of the Competition both in advertising and in other ways), as well as further possible sending of information to the Participant, including of an advertising nature, about the Organizer’s next events/contests/Competitions/draws. By accepting the requirements of these Terms and Conditions, Participants hereby consent to such processing of personal data for the purpose of use by the Organizer and/or other persons authorized by the Organizers and confirm their full understanding and necessary awareness of the purposes of processing the information provided, as well as the privacy policy: https://whitebit.com/privacy-policy

At the same time, by participating in the Competition, the Participants of the Competition confirm their consent to the use of their surnames and names without any financial compensation, as well as their agreement to comply with other rules of the Competition. The Winners confirm their agreement to give Competitional interviews about participation in the Competition in the mass media, including radio and television, as well as to be photographed for the production of graphic materials without paying them any monetary compensation. All exclusive intellectual property rights to such interviews and photographs shall belong to the Organizer.

The Organizer reserves the right to make changes to the Terms and Conditions of the Competition. In case of any changes, information about this will be provided on the website https://whitebit.com and on the Organizer’s social networks.

The Organizer does not enter into disputes that may arise between Participants of the Prize Promotion. In situations that allow ambiguous interpretations of these Rules and/or issues not regulated by these Rules, the Organizer of the Promotion makes the final decision in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation of Ukraine. At the same time, the Organizer’s decision is final and not subject to appeal.

The Promotion Organizer is not responsible for the work of telecommunication companies, postal services, including e-mail, for any errors of employees of any enterprises/institutions/organizations that provide information exchange between the Promotion Participants and the Organizer or circumstances due to which postal items were not received, received late, lost or damaged; or as a result of which the Promotion Participant did not receive the corresponding Prize.
