The Organizer of the Promotion is WhiteBIT (https://whitebit.com).

The promotionperiod is from November 15, 2024, to November 25, 2024.

The Territory of the Promotion: the Promotion takes place in all countries except the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, American Samoa, the United States Virgin Islands, Guam, the Islamic Republic of Iran, the Republic of Yemen, the State of Libya, the State of Palestine, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the Federal Republic of Somalia, the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, the United States of America, the Syrian Arab Republic, the Republic of Sudan, the Republic of South Sudan, the “Transnistrian Moldovan Republic,” the French Republic, the Federal Republic of Germany, the Republic of Austria, the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, the occupied territories of Georgia, the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, the disputed region of Western Sahara, Ambazonia, the Republic of Kosovo, the Kingdom of Spain, Canada, the Republic of Belarus, the Russian Federation, and the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.

The responsibility for ensuring their legal participation by the legislation or regulations of their jurisdiction lies with the Participants. The Organizer reserves the right to verify the Participants’ right to participate and may request confirmation of residence or location if necessary.

Promotion is not a game of chance, a lottery, a service in the gambling business, or a contest; these Terms are not a public promise of reward.

Participants of the Promotion are adult citizens of non-prohibited countries (that is, except those specified above) or other persons who are legally present in the territory of such countries, who are unregistered WhiteBIT users, and have fulfilled the following Conditions:

1. Registered on WhiteBIT exchange using the referral link provided by the affiliate partner and passed KYC verification.

If the Participant is already a registered user of the WhiteBIT exchange at the time of the Promotion’s start through the referral link of an affiliate partner, such Participant may take part in the Promotion by fulfilling the following Conditions:

1.1. Achieved a trading volume of 10,000 USDT on the spot market or 30,000 USDT on the WhiteBIT futures market.

1.2. Filled out the Google form provided at the link.

All Promotion Conditions must be fulfilled within the specified Promotion Period.

The Terms of the Promotion must be fulfilled within the conduction period.

Any personal data of the Promotion Participants is processed to ensure participation in the Promotion, marketing, advertising, tax, and accounting relations.

B2B representatives, employees, representatives, or agents of the Organizer and their relatives (first and second degree of consanguinity) are not entitled to participate in the Promotion. If, at the time of accounting for the Prize, it is established that the person who participated in the Promotion cannot be a Participant of the Promotion in accordance with these Terms, such a person shall not be granted the right to receive the Prize.

Upon the conclusion of the Promotion, the Organizer shall prepare a list of Winners who have complied with all Promotion Conditions and met all requirements stipulated in these Terms and Conditions.

The first 1,200 Participants who meet the Promotion Terms 1, 2, and 4 for non-registered users will be declared as Winners and shall receive 20 USDTB each, credited to their Collateral Balance on WhiteBIT exchange.

The first 1,200 Participants who fulfill Promotion Conditions 1-4 for non-registered users will be declared as Winners and will receive 50 USDTB each credited to their Collateral Balance on the WhiteBIT exchange.

The first 1,200 Participants who adhere to Promotion Conditions 1.1-1.2 for users already registered as of the commencement of the Promotion via an affiliate partner’s link will be declared as Winners and awarded 30 USDTB each, credited to their Collateral Balance on the WhiteBIT exchange.

*For further information regarding USDTB:

1. USDTB serves as an asset for collateralizing positions in futures trading involving all pairs with the PERP suffix. This asset is exclusively reflected on the Collateral Balance, provided that said balance remains positive.
2. USDTB may only be acquired as a deposit-reward from WhiteBIT.
3. In cases where the Collateral Balance contains only USDTB, positions may be opened with collateralization solely using this asset. If other assets are present on the Collateral Balance, USDTB shall be utilized as the last resort for collateralization.
4. Should the Realized P&L (RP&L) within futures trading be positive, the USDTB shall be converted and reflected on the balance in the form of USDT. Conversely, if the P&L result is negative, the bonus USDTB shall be deducted directly from the Collateral Balance.
5. It is explicitly prohibited to:
   • Replenish other types of balances using USDTB;
   • Withdraw or transfer USDTB in any form;
   • Trade with USDTB within margin trading;
   • Use USDTB to secure a Crypto Borrow;
   • Transfer USDTB to a sub-account.

The awarded USDTB shall remain valid until February 15, 2025.

IMPORTANT: The USDTB shall be credited only in jurisdictions where futures trading on the WhiteBIT platform is legally permitted. In the event that, during the verification process, it is determined that a Participant does not have access to futures trading, such Participant shall forfeit their right to the Prize. In such cases, the right to the Prize shall be transferred to the next eligible Participant on the List.

The maximum number of Winners is 2,400. One Winner can receive only one Prize.

The Organizer will award the Prizes to the Winners within 5 business days from the day following the end of the Promotion, i.e. until December 2, 2024, inclusive.

The Promotion’s Winners will be informed about the awarding of the Prize by letter to the email address specified during registration on the https://whitebit.com/ website within 5 working days after the awarding of the Prizes.

The Winner receives the Prize free of charge. The Winner has no right to demand any other compensation from the Organizer.

In case of not receiving the Prize, if the Winner was entitled to it, or in case of any other difficulties, the Winner should contact the online support at https://whitebit.com, at the email address support@whitebit.com. The Winner must do this no later than December 9, inclusive. In the event that the Winner does not apply within the specified period, in particular regarding issues of non-receipt of the Prize, the Winner loses the right to receive it.

The received Prize cannot be exchanged or returned.

Winners determined by the results of the Promotion may not transfer the right to receive the Prize to third parties.

The Winner of the Promotion has the right to refuse the Prize.

The Organizer bears no warranty obligations regarding the Prize received within the scope of this Promotion and under the conditions specified in these Terms and Conditions.

The Organizer does not compensate the additional expenses of the Winner related to receiving the Prize. Taxation of the income of the Winners who received the Prize is carried out in accordance with the current legislation of the countries of the Participants.

By participating in the Promotion, the Participant understands and agrees that any information voluntarily provided, including personal data, may be processed by the Organizer or third parties engaged by the Organizer for the purpose of conducting the Promotion and carrying out all necessary related actions. This includes, but is not limited to, informing Participants about the results of the Promotion through advertising and other means, as well as the possible subsequent sending of information to Participants about the Organizer’s future events, competitions, promotions, or draws. By accepting the requirements of these Terms and Conditions, Participants consent to such processing of personal data by the Organizer and/or other authorized persons. Participants also confirm their understanding and awareness of the purposes of processing the provided information, as well as the privacy policy: https://whitebit.com/privacy-policy.

Additionally, by participating in the Promotion, Participants consent to the use of their surnames and names without any financial compensation and agree to comply with the other Rules of the Promotion. Winners confirm their consent to give promotional interviews about their participation in the Promotion to mass media, including radio and television, and to be photographed for the production of graphic materials without receiving any monetary compensation. All exclusive intellectual property rights to such interviews and photos shall belong to the Organizer.

The Organizer reserves the right to make changes to the terms and conditions of the Promotion. Any updates will be provided on the website https://whitebit.com and on the Organizer’s social media channels.

The Organizer will not enter into disputes that may arise between Participants regarding the Prize. In situations that allow for an ambiguous interpretation of these Rules and/or issues not regulated by these Rules, the final decision will be made by the Organizer in accordance with the current legislation of the participating countries. The decision of the Organizer is final and cannot be appealed.

The Organizer is not responsible for the services of telecommunications companies, postal services, including e-mail, or for any errors made by employees of any enterprises/institutions/organizations that facilitate the exchange of information between Participants and the Organizer.

In the event of any discrepancy or inaccuracy in the translation of the multiple languages used in the Promotion, the English version shall be deemed valid and shall supersede all other versions.
