The organizer of the Promotion is WhiteBIT.

Promotion period: from October 15 to October 31, 2024.

The territory of the Promotion: The promotion is available in all countries except for the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan, American Samoa, the United States Virgin Islands, Guam, the Islamic Republic of Iran, the Republic of Yemen, the State of Libya, the State of Palestine, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the Federal Republic of Somalia, the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, the United States of America, the Syrian Arab Republic, the Republic of the Sudan, the Republic of South Sudan, the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic, the French Republic, the Federal Republic of Germany, the Republic of Austria, the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, the temporarily occupied territories of Georgia, the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, the Republic of Turkey, Western Sahara, Ambazonia, the Republic of Kosovo, the Kingdom of Spain, Canada, the Republic of Belarus, the Russian Federation, and the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.

Participants are responsible for ensuring that their participation is not prohibited or restricted by the laws or regulations of their jurisdiction. The Organizer reserves the right to verify the eligibility of Participants to participate in the Promotion and may request proof of residence or location if necessary.

Participants of the Promotion are adult citizens of non-prohibited countries (that is, all, except those mentioned above) or other persons who are legally present in the territory of such countries who have fulfilled the following Conditions:

• Signed up and passed KYC verification on WhiteBIT using a referral link provided by an affiliate partner.
• Top up their balance on WhiteBIT with any minimal amount of any asset available on WhiteBIT.

The Conditions of the Promotion must be met within the designated time frame of its duration.

Any personal data of the Promotion Participants is processed to ensure participation in the Promotion, marketing, advertising, tax, and accounting relations.

Participants of the B2B segment, employees, representatives, or agents of the Organizer or their relatives (up to the second degree of kinship) are ineligible to participate in the Promotion. If, when awarding the Prize, it is determined that Participants do not meet the eligibility criteria outlined in these Terms, they will not be entitled to receive the Prize.

After the end of the Promotion, the Organizer forms a list of Winners who have fulfilled all the conditions of the Promotion and meet all the requirements described in these rules.

The first 50 Participants who fulfill all the Terms of the Promotion will become the Winners, and each will receive 50 USDTB* to the Collateral Balance on WhiteBIT exchange.

*More about USDTB:

• It is an asset for securing positions in futures trading with all pairs with PERP, which is displayed exclusively on the Collateral Balance, subject to a positive balance.
• USDTB can only be received as a deposit-reward from WhiteBIT.
• If there is only USDTB on the Collateral Balance, then the position can be opened with only this asset as collateral. If there are other assets on the USDTB Collateral Balance, they will be used last.
• If users have a positive rP&L as part of futures trading, then USDTB will be realized on their balance in the form of USDT. If the result of rP&L is negative, then USDTB will simply be debited from their Collateral balance.
• It is not possible to top up other types of balances in USDTB, withdraw, transfer in any way, trade within margin trading, secure Crypto Borrow, or transfer this asset to a sub-account.
• USDTB is valid until February 15, 2025.

IMPORTANT! USDTB is available for accrual only in jurisdictions where futures trading is available on WhiteBIT exchange. If, during the validation of the Participants, it is found that the Participant does not have access to futures trading, then such Participant loses his right to win, and such right passes to the next Participant on the List.

The maximum number of Winners is 50. One Winner can receive only one Prize.

The Organizer will award the Prizes to the Winners within 5 business days from the day following the end of the Promotion, i.e. until November 6, 2024, inclusive.

The Promotion’s winners will be informed about the awarding of the Prize by letter to the email address specified during registration on the website https://whitebit.com/ within 5 working days after the awarding of the Prizes.

In case of not receiving the Prize, if the Winner was entitled to it, or in case of any other difficulties, the Winner should contact the online support at https://whitebit.com, at the email address support@whitebit.com. The winner must do this no later than November 13, inclusive. In the event that the Winner does not apply within the specified period, in particular regarding issues of non-receipt of the Prize, the Winner loses the right to receive it.

The received Prize cannot be exchanged or returned.

Winners determined by the results of the Promotion may not transfer the right to receive the Prize to third parties.

The winner of the Promotion has the right to refuse the Prize.

The Organizer bears no warranty obligations regarding the Prize received within the scope of this Promotion and under the conditions specified in these Rules.

The Organizer does not compensate the additional expenses of the Winner related to receiving the Prize. Taxation of the income of the Winners who received the Prize is carried out in accordance with the current legislation of the Participating countries.

By participating in the Promotion, the Participant understands and agrees that any information voluntarily provided, including personal data, may be processed by the Organizer or third parties engaged by the Organizer for the purpose of conducting the Promotion and carrying out all necessary related actions. This includes, but is not limited to, informing Participants about the results of the Promotion through advertising and other means, as well as the possible subsequent sending of information to Participants about the Organizer’s future events, competitions, promotions, or draws. By accepting the requirements of these Terms and Conditions, Participants consent to such processing of personal data by the Organizer and/or other authorized persons. Participants also confirm their understanding and awareness of the purposes of processing the provided information, as well as the privacy policy: https://whitebit.com/ua/privacy-policy.

Additionally, by participating in the Promotion, Participants consent to the use of their surnames and names without any financial compensation and agree to comply with the other Rules of the Promotion. Winners confirm their consent to give promotional interviews about their participation in the Promotion to mass media, including radio and television, and to be photographed for the production of graphic materials without receiving any monetary compensation. All exclusive intellectual property rights to such interviews and photos shall belong to the Organizer.

The Organizer reserves the right to make changes to the terms and conditions of the Promotion. Any updates will be provided on the website https://whitebit.com and on the Organizer’s social media channels.

The Organizer will not enter into disputes that may arise between Participants regarding the Prize. In situations that allow for an ambiguous interpretation of these Rules and/or issues not regulated by these Rules, the final decision will be made by the Organizer in accordance with the current legislation of the participating countries. The decision of the Organizer is final and cannot be appealed.

The Organizer is not responsible for the services of telecommunications companies, postal services, including e-mail, or for any errors made by employees of any enterprises/institutions/organizations that facilitate the exchange of information between Participants and the Organizer.

In the event of any discrepancy or inaccuracy in the translation of the multiple languages used in the Promotion, the English version shall be deemed valid and shall supersede all other versions.
