Terms and Conditions of the “VIP NFT for Holding WBT” Promotion

The Organizer of the Promotion is the company UAB Clear White Technologies, incorporated under the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania under the number LT-03224, and has its registered office address: J. Basanaviiaus g. 26 Vilnius, Republic of Lithuania.

Promotion period: from 10:00 a.m. (UTC) July 17, 2023, until 11:59 p.m. (UTC) on July 25, 2023.

The territory of the Promotion: the Promotion is held on the territory of all countries, with the exception of: Afghanistan, American Samoa, US Virgin Islands, Guam, Canada, Iran, Yemen, Libya, Palestine, Puerto Rico, Somalia, North Korea, Northern Mariana Islands, USA, Syria, Sudan, South Sudan, Transnistria, Lithuania, France, Turkey, Germany, temporarily occupied territories of Georgia, Nagorno-Karabakh, Northern Cyprus, Western Sahara, Amazonia, Spain, Canada, Kosovo, Republic of Belarus, Russian Federation, temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.

The campaign is held to promote WhiteBIT services.

The Promotion is not a game of chance, a lottery, a service in the field of gambling business, or a contest; these Terms are not a public promise of reward.

Information about the Promotion is provided on the basis of advertising rights.

Participants of the Promotion are adult citizens of non-prohibited countries (that is, except those specified above) or other persons who are legally present in the territory of such countries who have fulfilled the following Conditions:

• Signed up on the WhiteBIT exchange, verified their identity (passed KYC), and enabled two-factor authentication (2FA);
• Transferred 10 WBT from their Main balance on WhiteBIT to the Holding balance during the Promotion period and kept them on this balance at least until the announcement of the Winners;
• Joined the WhiteBIT exchange community on Telegram and left a comment under the post about the start of the Promotion that they fulfilled all the Conditions of the Promotion;
• Have a wallet on the Polygon network;
• Filled out the Google form via the LINK, where indicated their nickname on the WhiteBIT exchange, nickname on Telegram, and the address of the wallet on the Polygon network.

The Terms of the Promotion must be fulfilled within the conduction period.

Any personal data of the Participants of the Promotion is processed for the purpose of ensuring participation in the Promotion, marketing relations, advertising relations, tax relations, and relations in the field of accounting.

Employees, representatives, or agents of the Organizer and their relatives (first and second degree of consanguinity) are not entitled to participate in the Promotion. If, at the time of accounting the Prize, it is established that the person who participated in the Promotion cannot be a Participant of the Promotion in accordance with these Rules, such a person shall not be granted the right to receive the Prize.

The total Prize fund of the Promotion is 10 WhiteBIT Token themed VIP NFTs, called “WB Token‎.” Participants of the Promotion who have fulfilled all the Conditions have the opportunity to become Winners and receive one of the Prizes from the Prize fund — one token each.

The maximum possible number of Winners of the Promotion is 10 people. One Winner may receive one Prize.

According to the Promotion results, the Organizer forms a list of Participants from 26.07.23 to 01.08.23 based on the data from the Participants who filled out the Google form and met all the Conditions of the Promotion. The determination of the Winners of the Promotion will take place from 02.08.23 to 10.08.23 using random.org, automatically, among all Participants of the Promotion. Winners are determined by rating (place in the list on the https://www.random.org/ service). The list of the Winners will be published in a separate article on the WhiteBIT blog (https://blog.whitebit.com/).

The Organizer distributes the Prizes to the Winners’ wallets on the Polygon network from 11.08.23 to 18.08.23.

The Winners of the Promotion will be informed about the winnings by letter to the e-mail address specified during signing up on the https://whitebit.com/ website within the first working day after the determination of the Winners.

The Winner receives the Prize for free. The Prize cannot be replaced. The Winner of the Promotion has no right to demand any other compensation from the Organizer.

The received Prize cannot be exchanged or returned.

The Organizer bears no warranty obligations regarding the Prize received within the framework of this Promotion and under the Conditions specified in these Rules.

In case of not receiving the Prize, if the Winner was entitled to it, or in case of any other difficulties, the Winner should contact online support on the https://whitebit.com website, to the e-mail address support@whitebit.com. This should be done no later than 26.08.23 inclusively. If the Winner does not apply within the specified period, including in the case of non-receipt of the Prize, the Winner loses the right to receive it.

Winners determined by the Promotion results cannot transfer the rights to receive the Prize to third parties.

The Winner of the Promotion has the right to refuse the Prize.

The Organizer does not compensate for the additional expenses of the Winner related to the receipt of the Prize. Taxation of the income of the Winners who received the Prize is carried out in accordance with the current legislation of the participating countries.

By participating in the Promotion, the Participant understands and agrees that any information voluntarily provided by him, including the Participant’s personal data, may be processed by the Organizer or third parties involved by him. The information may be processed in order to conduct the Promotion, to carry out all necessary actions related to it (including, but not exclusively, informing about the Promotion results both in advertising and in another way), as well as further possible sending of information to the Participant, including of an advertising nature, about the following events/competitions/promotions/draws of the Organizer. By accepting the requirements of these Terms, the Participants thereby consent to such processing of personal data for the purpose of use by the Organizer and / or other authorized Organizers and confirm their full understanding and necessary awareness of the purposes of processing the information provided, as well as the privacy policy: https://whitebit.com/privacy-policy.

At the same time, the Participants of the Promotion, by their participation in the Promotion, confirm their consent to the use of their surnames and names without financial compensation, as well as their agreement to comply with other rules of the Promotion. The Winners confirm their consent to provide advertising interviews about participation in the Promotion in the media, including on radio and television, as well as to be photographed for the production of graphic materials without paying them any monetary compensation. All exclusive intellectual property rights to such interviews and photographs will belong to the Organizer.

The Organizer reserves the right to make changes to the terms and Conditions of the Promotion. In case of any changes, information about this will be provided on the https://whitebit.com website and Organizer’s social networks.

The Organizer does not enter into disputes that may arise between the Promotion’s Participants concerning the Prize. In the event of situations that allow an ambiguous interpretation of these Rules and / or issues not regulated by these Rules, the final decision is made by the Organizer of the Promotion in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation of the participating countries. In this case, the decision of the Organizer of the Promotion is final and not subject to appeal.
