Terms and Conditions of the “WBT Quiz” Promotion
The Organizer of the Promotion is WhiteBIT.
The General Promotion Period: from 13:00 AM (UTC) on August 5, 2024, to 13:00 AM (UTC) on August 20, 2024.
The Promotion is held in three rounds:
Round 1 — from 13:00 AM (UTC) on August 5 to 13:00 AM (UTC) on August 20, 2024.
Round 2 — from 13:00 AM (UTC) on August 8 to 13:00 AM (UTC) on August 20, 2024.
Round 3 — from 13:00 AM (UTC) on August 11 to 13:00 AM (UTC) on August 20, 2024.
Promotion territory: Citizens from all countries, except the following, can participate in the Promotion: Afghanistan, American Samoa, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, Canada, Iran, Yemen, Libya, the State of Palestine, Puerto Rico, Somalia, North Korea, the Northern Mariana Islands, the USA, Syria, Sudan, South Sudan, the “Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic,” France, Germany, temporarily occupied territories of Georgia, the “Nagorno-Karabakh Republic”, Northern Cyprus, Western Sahara, Ambazonia, Kosovo, the Republic of Belarus, the Russian Federation, temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.
Participants must ensure their participation is not prohibited or restricted by the laws or regulations of their country of jurisdiction. The Organizer reserves the right to verify the eligibility of Participants to participate in the Promotion and may request proof of residence or location if necessary.

The Promotion is conducted primarily to promote the WhiteBIT brand.
The Promotion is not a gambling game, lottery, gambling service, or contest, and these Terms do not publicly promise a reward.
Information about the Promotion is provided as advertising by the Organizer.
Participants of each Round of the Promotion can be adult citizens of permitted countries (i.e., all except the above-mentioned ones) or other persons legally residing in such countries who have fulfilled the following Conditions:
- Registered on WhiteBIT and verified their identity (KYC).
- Subscribed to WhiteBIT page on X.
- Liked and reposted the tweet with the quiz on the WhiteBIT page on X.
- Answered the questions below this tweet on the WhiteBIT page at X correctly and tagged at least one friend.
IMPORTANT! During participation in the Promotion, it is prohibited to register multiple times on the exchange (use multiple accounts). Participants with multiple accounts will be disqualified. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, each Participant can register only once (have only one account). Using multiple accounts (multi-accounts and/or sub-accounts) or collaborating with affiliated users and/or users of sub-accounts belonging to the Participant to manipulate orders is prohibited and will result in the closure of all accounts without the owner’s consent. If multiple accounts are detected, the Organizer reserves the right to close the second created account and any subsequent multi-accounts.
Personal data of the Promotion Participants is processed to ensure participation in the Promotion, marketing relationships, advertising relationships, tax relationships, and accounting relationships.
Employees, representatives, or agents of the Organizer and their relatives (first and second degree of kinship) are not allowed to participate in the Promotion. If, at the time of awarding the Prize, it is determined that the person who participated in the Promotion cannot be a Participant according to these Rules, such a person will not be entitled to receive the Prize.
Important! The Organizer forms the Prize Pool for the Promotion in proportion to the number of Participants who fulfill the Promotion’s terms, particularly the condition of reposting a tweet with the quiz.
The amount of the Prize Pool in Round 1 will be set and divided equally among 20 Winners in accordance with the following rule:
If the number of Participants of Round 1 as of 20.08.2024 at 13:00 AM (UTC) is:
- from 0 to 50 Participants, the Prize Pool will be 40 USDT;
- from 50 to 80 Participants, the Prize Pool will be 60 USDT;
- from 80 to 100 Participants, the Prize Pool will be 80 USDT;
- from 100 Participants or more, the Prize Pool will be 100 USDT.
The amount of the Prize Pool in Round 2 will be set and divided equally among 20 Winners in accordance with the following rule:
If the number of Participants of Round 2 as of 20.08.2024 at 13:00 AM (UTC) is:
- from 0 to 100 Participants, the Prize Pool will be 80 USDT;
- from 100 to 150 Participants, the Prize Pool will be 120 USDT;
- from 150 to 200 Participants, the Prize Pool will be 160 USDT;
- from 200 Participants or more, the Prize Pool will be 200 USDT.
The amount of the Prize Pool in Round 3 will be set and divided equally among 20 Winners in accordance with the following rule:
If the number of Participants of Round 3 as of 20.08.2024 at 13:00 AM (UTC) is:
- from 0 to 200 Participants, the Prize Pool will be 160 USDT;
- from 200 to 300 Participants, the Prize Pool will be 200 USDT;
- from 300 to 400 Participants, the Prize Pool will be 300 USDT;
- from 400 Participants or more, the Prize Pool will be 400 USDT.
The maximum possible number of the Promotion Winners is 60 people.
One Promotion Winner may receive only one Prize per Round.
For each Round, the Organizer forms a List of Participants who meet the Promotion Terms from 21.08.2024 to 26.08.2024 and determines 20 Winners of the relevant Round of the Promotion.
The Winners of the Promotion will be determined on August 27, 2024. The Organizer will select the Winners of each Round separately using the random.org service from all Participants who have fulfilled the Promotion’s Terms and Conditions in each Round. The Winners who receive the Prize are determined by their ranking (position in the list on https://www.random.org/).
The list of Winners of each Round will be published on August 27, 2024, in an article on the WhiteBIT blog.
If the Winners cannot be contacted during 7 days since the August 27, 2024 or do not meet the Conditions, they will forfeit their right to get the Prize and their Winner status.
The Organizer credits the Prize to the Main balances of the Winners on the WhiteBIT exchange within 7 business days from the next calendar day after the announcement of the Winners, by September 5, 2024, inclusive.
The Winners of the Promotion will be informed about the Prize credit by email to the address provided during registration on the website https://whitebit.com/ within 5 business days after the Prizes are credited.
The Winner receives the Prize free of charge and without the possibility of exchange. The Prize cannot be replaced by its cash equivalent. The Winner of the Promotion has no right to demand any other compensation from the Organizer. The Organizer does not assume any warranty obligations regarding the Prize received within this Promotion and under the conditions specified in these Conditions. The Prize received is not subject to return.
In case the Winners do not receive the Prize to which they are entitled, or encounter any other difficulties, the Winners must contact online support on the website https://whitebit.com or via email at support@whitebit.com no later than 12.09.2024, inclusive. If the Winners do not contact regarding the non-receipt of the Prize by the specified date, they forfeit the right to receive the Prize.
Winners determined based on the results of the Promotion cannot transfer the rights to receive the Prize to third parties. The Winner of the Promotion has the right to refuse the Prize. The Organizer does not compensate for additional expenses of the Winner related to receiving the Prize. The taxation of the income of the Winners who received the Prize is carried out in accordance with the current legislation of the Participants’ countries.
By participating in the Promotion, the Participant understands and agrees that any voluntarily provided information, including personal data of the Participant, may be processed by the Organizer or third parties engaged by the Organizer for conducting the Promotion, performing all necessary related actions (including, but not limited to, informing about the results of the Promotion both in advertising and in other ways), as well as the possible subsequent sending of information to the Participant, including promotional nature, about the Organizer’s upcoming events/contests/promotions/drawings. By accepting the terms of these Conditions, Participants thereby give consent to such processing of personal data for use by the Organizer and/or other persons authorized by the Organizer and confirm their full understanding and necessary awareness regarding the purposes of processing the provided information, as well as the privacy policy: https://whitebit.com/privacy-policy.
At the same time, by participating in the Promotion, Participants confirm their consent to the use of their surnames and names without any material compensation, as well as their agreement to comply with other rules of the Promotion. Winners confirm their consent to provide promotional interviews about their participation in the Promotion in the media, including on radio and television, and to be photographed for creating graphic materials without receiving any monetary compensation. All exclusive property intellectual property rights to such interviews and photographs will belong to the Organizer.
The Organizer reserves the right to change the conditions and timing of the Promotion. In case of any changes, information about them will be provided on the website https://whitebit.com and on the Organizer’s social networks.
The Organizer does not enter into disputes that may arise between the Participants of the Promotion regarding the Prize. In the event of situations that allow for ambiguous interpretation of these Conditions, and/or issues not regulated by these Rules, the final decision is made by the Organizer of the Promotion in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation. At the same time, the decision of the Organizer of the Promotion is final and not subject to appeal.
The Organizer of the Promotion is not responsible for the work of telecommunications companies, postal services, including email, for any errors by employees of any enterprises/institutions/organizations that ensure the exchange of information between the Participants of the Promotion and the Organizer, or circumstances due to which postal items were not received, were received late, were lost, or damaged; or due to which the Participant of the Promotion did not receive the relevant Prize.
