^{It is the responsibility of Participants to ensure that their participation is not prohibited or restricted by the laws or regulations of their country’s jurisdiction. The Organizer reserves the right to check the admissibility of participation in the Promotion of the Participants and, if necessary, may ask to provide proof of residence or location.}

^{Information about the Promotion is provided on the basis of the Organizer’s advertising rights.}

^{Adult citizens (persons who have reached the age of 18) who are legally present in the territory of non-prohibited countries (all countries except the above) and who meet the following conditions can participate in the Promotion:}

1. ^{Registered on the WhiteBIT exchange through the link on the Organizer’s landing page and clicked “Participate”;}
   
2. ^{Passed identity verification (KYC);}
3. ^{Topped up their Main balance on the WhiteBIT exchange in the amount of 10 USDT;}
4. ^{Purchased WBT for any amount and kept it on the balance until the end of the Promotion;}
5. ^{Subscribed to the official accounts of the Organizer on Telegram, X, and Instagram.}

^{IMPORTANT! It is prohibited to use multiple accounts while participating in the Promotion. Entrants with multiple accounts will be disqualified. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, each Member may have only one account. Using multiple accounts (multi-accounts) or collaborating with affiliated users to manipulate orders is prohibited and will result in the termination of all accounts without the owner’s consent. ^{The Winners of the Promotion, who will receive the Prizes of the Prize Fund, will be determined using the random.org service, automatically, among all the Participants of the Promotion who have fulfilled the Terms of the Promotion. Winners are determined by rating (place in the list on the https://www.random.org/ service). The list of Winners will be published on December 26, 2023 in a separate article on the Organizer’s blog (https://blog.whitebit.com/), and a video with a screen recording of the process of determining the Winners will be published on the WhiteBIT YouTube channel.}

^{The determination will take place among the Participants who have fulfilled all the Conditions of the Promotion “5 Steps to a Successful Start” on the holiday page that is integrated with the Zealy activity monitoring service. (https://zealy.io/c/whitebitcommunity/invite/vO8-g4cbVFmM0w95ZavkK).}

^{If the Winners cannot be contacted or if the Winners do not comply with these Terms, they will forfeit their right to Winner status, which will be transferred to the next Winner on the list.}

^{The Winner receives the Prize free of charge and without the possibility of exchange.}

^{Replacement of the Prize with its monetary equivalent is not envisaged. The Winner of the Promotion has no right to demand any other compensation from the Organizer. The Organizer does not assume any warranty obligations regarding the Prize received within the framework of this Promotion and under the conditions defined by these Terms.}

If the Winners do not reach out to support about not receiving the Prize by the specified date, they lose the right to receive the Prize.}

^{Winners determined by the results of the Promotion may not transfer the right to receive the Prize to third parties.}

^{The Winner of the Promotion has the right to refuse the Prize.}

^{The Organizer does not compensate the additional expenses of the Winner related to receiving the Prize. Taxation of the income of the Winners who received the Prize is carried out in accordance with the current legislation of the Participating countries.}

^{By participating in the Promotion, the Participant understands and agrees that any information voluntarily provided to them, including personal data of the Participant, may be processed by the Organizer or third parties engaged by it for the purpose of conducting the Promotion, carrying out all necessary actions related to it (in particular, but not exclusively, informing about the results of the Promotion both in advertising and in other ways), as well as the subsequent possible sending to the Participant of information, in particular, of an advertising nature, about the Organizer’s next events/competitions/promotions/raffle. All exclusive intellectual property rights to such interviews and photographs shall belong to the Promoter.}

^{In the event of any discrepancy or inaccuracy in the translation of the multiple languages used in the Promotion, the English translation shall be deemed valid and shall supersede all other versions.}
