Terms and Conditions of the «Trading Competition with BCCOIN» Promotion

The Organizer of the Promotion is WhiteBIT.

Promotion period: from 12:00 (UTC) September 21, 2024, until 12:00 (UTC) October 12, 2024.

Promotion territory: The Promotion is held on the territory of all countries, with the exception of the Islamic Emirates of Afghanistan, American Samoa, the American Virgin Islands, Guam, the Islamic Republic of Iran, the Republic of Yemen, the State of Libya, the State of Palestine, the freely associated state of Puerto Rico, the Federal Republic of Somalia, the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea Republic, the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, the United States of America, the Syrian Arab Republic, the Republic of Sudan, the Republic of South Sudan, the “Transnistrian Moldavian Republic”, the French Republic, the Federal Republic of Germany, the temporarily occupied territories of Georgia, the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, Western Sahara, Ambazonia, Republic of Kosovo, Kingdom of Spain, Canada, Republic of Belarus, Russian Federation, temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.

Participants are responsible for ensuring that their participation is not prohibited or restricted by the laws or regulations of their jurisdiction. The Organizer reserves the right to check the eligibility of Participants to participate in the Promotion and may ask for proof of residence or location, if necessary.

The campaign is held to popularize WhiteBIT services.

The promotion is not a game of chance, a lottery, a service in the gambling business, or a contest, and these Terms do not offer a public promise of reward.

Information about the Promotion is provided based on advertising rights.

Participants of the Promotion are adult citizens of non-prohibited countries (that is, all, except those mentioned above) or other persons who are legally present in the territory of such countries who have fulfilled the following Conditions:

• Registered on the WhiteBIT website for the first time or are already registered users of the WhiteBIT exchange and have passed the verification procedure (KYC);
• Clicked the “Participate” button on the Actions page;
• Traded BCCOIN/USDT with a minimum trading volume of 4,000 USDT during the Promotion period.

Attention! The tournament table is a ranking table of the Promotion Participants, formed according to the trading volume (where the Participant with the largest trading volume is in first place), which is updated every 30 minutes. The final data on the volume of trades will be collected at 12:00 (UTC) 1/10/2024.

The trading volume of the Promotion Participants will be counted only for the BCCOIN/USDT trading pair.

The trading volume is calculated as the total amount of all buy and sell orders executed by the Participant in specified trading pairs during the Promotion Period.

The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify the Participant if he:

• Uses wash trading (executes own orders);
• Uses 0% trading fee accounts (except for special trading fee discounts provided to WhiteBIT Coin (WBT) holders);
• Uses API bots;
• Uses a corporate account (for example, created for exchange services);
• Uses multiple accounts (only one account per Member is allowed);
• Conducts any other illegal activity, or that is contrary to the User Agreement, AML Policy, WhiteBIT Privacy Policy.

Important! During participation in the Promotion, it is forbidden to register on the exchange several times (use several accounts). Entrants with multiple accounts will be disqualified. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, each Participant may register only once (have only one account). The use of multiple accounts (multi-accounts and/or sub-accounts) or cooperation with affiliated users and/or with users of sub-accounts belonging to the Participant to manipulate orders is prohibited and will result in the closure of all accounts without the consent of the owner. In case of detection of the creation of multiple accounts, the Organizer reserves the right to close the second created account and any subsequent multi-accounts.

The Conditions of the Promotion must be fulfilled during the period of its implementation.

Any personal data of the Promotion Participants is processed to ensure participation in the Promotion, marketing relations, advertising relations, tax relations and relations in the field of accounting.

Employees, representatives, or agents of the Organizer and their relatives (first and second degree of consanguinity) are not entitled to participate in the Promotion. If, at the time of awarding the Prize, it is established that the person who participated in the Promotion cannot be a Participant of the Promotion by these Rules, such a person loses the right to receive the Prize.

The first 20 Participants of the Promotion in the Leaderboard, who fulfill the Promotion Terms and achieve the highest trading volume (minimum 5,000 USDT) during the Promotion Period, have the opportunity to become Winners and win one of the Main Prize Pool Prizes, which is 2,200 BCCOIN, which will be distributed as follows:

• 1st place in the Leaderboard —
• 2nd place in the Leaderboard —
• 3rd place in the Leaderboard —
• 4–7 places in the Leaderboard —
• 8–10 places in the Leaderboard —
• 11–14 places in the Leaderboard —
• 15–20 places in the Leaderboard —

Other Promotion Participants who fulfill the Promotion Terms and achieve a minimum trading volume of 4,000 USDT have the opportunity to become Winners and win a part of the Additional Prize Pool, which is 800 BCCOIN, namely 40 BCCOIN each.

Based on the results of the Promotion, the Organizer will automatically form a list of Promotion Participants who have fulfilled the Promotion Terms at 12:00 (UTC) 12.10.2024, in accordance with the volume of bidding of the Promotion Participants at the time of its completion, which will be available in the Tournament Table.

The Winners of the Promotion will be determined on 23.10.2024. The winners who will receive the Prize from the Main Prize Pool will be the 20 Participants who have fulfilled all the Conditions of the Promotion and had the largest trading volume, but not less than 5,000 USDT, on the BCCOIN/USDT pair at the time of the end of the Promotion, according to the rating formed in the Tournament Table.

The determination of the Winners who will receive the Prize from the Additional Prize Pool will take place on 23.10.2024 using the random.org service, automatically among all Participants of the Promotion with a trading volume of at least 4,000 USDT who have fulfilled its Terms, except for those Participants who became Winners and will receive Prize from the Main Prize Pool. Winners who will receive a Prize from the Additional Prize Pool are determined by rating (place in the list on the https://www.random.org service).

The list of winners will be published in this article on 23.10.2024. A video with a screen recording of the process of determining the Winners who will receive Prizes from the Additional Prize Pool will be published on the WhiteBIT YouTube channel.

The Organizer sends the Prizes on the main balances of the Winners on the WhiteBIT exchange within 7 working days from the next calendar day after the publication of the list of Winners.

The Winners of the Promotion will be informed about the awarding of the Prize by letter to the email address specified during registration on the https://whitebit.com/ website, within 5 working days after the awarding of the Prizes.

If, after determining the Winners, it is found that the Participant has improperly fulfilled the Conditions of participation in the Promotion, or otherwise violated these Promotion Terms and Conditions, and the User Agreement, then such Winner loses the right to receive the Prize and the status of the Winner. In this case, the right to receive the Prize and the status of the Winner passes to:

– when distributing the Main Prize pool — to the next Participant in the Leaderboard, who achieved the largest trading volume on the BCCOIN/USDT pair. For example, in the case of disqualification of the Participant who took the third place, his award will be transferred to the Participant who took the next, fourth position in the ranking;

– when distributing the Additional Prize Pool — to the Participant selected using the random.org service.

The Winner receives the Prize for free. Replacement of the Prize with its monetary equivalent is not envisaged. The Winner of the Promotion has no right to demand any other compensation from the Organizer.

In case of non-receipt of the Prize, if the Winner was entitled to it, or in case of any other difficulties, the Winner should contact the online support at the website https://whitebit.com at the email address support@whitebit.com. The winner must do this no later than November 8 inclusive. If the Winner does not apply within the specified period, in particular, regarding issues of non-receipt of the Prize, the Winner loses the right to receive it.

The received Prize cannot be exchanged or returned.

Winners determined by the results of the Promotion may not transfer the right to receive the Prize to third parties.

The winner of the Promotion has the right to refuse the Prize.

The Organizer bears no warranty obligations regarding the Prize received within the scope of this Promotion and under the conditions specified in these Rules.

The Organizer does not compensate the additional expenses of the Winner related to receiving the Prize. Taxation of the income of the Winners who received the Prize is carried out in accordance with the current legislation of the Participants’ countries.

By participating in the Promotion, the Participant understands and agrees that any information voluntarily provided by him, including personal data of the Participant, may be processed by the Organizer or third parties engaged by him for the purpose of conducting the Promotion, carrying out all necessary actions related to it (in particular , but not exclusively, informing about the results of the Promotion both in advertising and in other ways), as well as the subsequent possible sending to the Participant of information, in particular of an advertising nature, about the Organizer’s next events/contests/promotions/draws. By accepting the requirements of these Terms, Participants hereby consent to such processing of personal data for the purpose of use by the Organizer and/or other persons authorized by the Organizer and confirm their full understanding and necessary awareness of the purposes of processing the information provided, as well as the privacy policy: https://whitebit.com/privacy-policy

At the same time, by participating in the Promotion, the Participants of the Promotion confirm their consent to the use of their surnames and names without any financial compensation, as well as their agreement to comply with other Promotion Rules. The winners confirm their consent to give promotional interviews about participation in the Promotion in mass media, in particular on radio and television, as well as to be photographed for the production of graphic materials without paying them any monetary compensation. All exclusive intellectual property rights to such interviews and photographs shall belong to the Organizer.

The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the terms and conditions of the Promotion. In case of any changes, information about this will be provided on the website https://whitebit.com and on the Organizer’s social networks.

The Organizer does not enter into disputes that may arise between the Participants of the Promotion regarding the Prize. In the event of situations that allow an ambiguous interpretation of these Rules and/or issues not regulated by these Rules, the final decision is made by the Promotion Organizer in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation of the Participants’ countries. At the same time, the decision of the Promotion Organizer is final and cannot be appealed.

The Organizer of the Promotion is not responsible for the work of the services of telecommunications companies, postal communication, in particular e-mail, for any errors of the employees of any enterprises/institutions/organizations that ensure the exchange of information between the Participants of the Promotion and the Organizer.

In the event of any discrepancy or inaccuracy in the translation of the multiple languages ​​used in the Promotion, the English translation shall be deemed valid and shall supersede all other versions.
