• Open a Crypto Lending plan starting from 50 USDT on WhiteBIT. The first 1,500 participants will receive 0.3 USDT each.

Terms and Conditions of the “Crypto Evolution” Promotion

The Organizer of the Promotion is WhiteBIT.

Promotion period: from 12:00 UTC on June 30, 2025, to 12:00 UTC on September 14, 2025.

Promotion territory: The Promotion is held in all countries except Bangladesh, India, Indonesia, Iraq, the Philippines, Algeria, the European Union, the United States, Australia, the United Kingdom, Canada, Japan, China, Afghanistan, American Samoa, the US Virgin Islands, Guam, Iran, Yemen, Libya, the State of Palestine, Puerto Rico, Somalia, North Korea, the Northern Mariana Islands, Syria, the Republic of Belarus, the Russian Federation, the Republic of Sudan, Transnistria, the temporarily occupied territories of Georgia, Georgia, Nagorno-Karabakh, Northern Cyprus, Western Sahara, Ambazonia, Kosovo, South Sudan, Nicaragua, Trinidad and Tobago, Venezuela, Myanmar, Temporarily Occupied Territories of Ukraine.

Participants are responsible for ensuring that their participation is not prohibited or restricted by the laws or regulations of their country. The Organizer reserves the right to verify the eligibility of Participants to participate in the Promotion and, if necessary, may request proof of residence or location.

The Promotion is held with the primary purpose of promoting the WhiteBIT brand.

The Promotion is not a game of chance, lottery, gambling service, or contest. These Terms and Conditions do not constitute a public promise of reward.

Information about the Promotion is provided based on advertising rights.

Participants of the Promotion can be adult citizens of non-restricted countries (that is, all except those mentioned above) or other individuals legally residing in such countries who meet the following Conditions during the Promotion Period:

1. Are Participants in the “Crypto Evolution” Promotion;
2. Registered on the WhiteBIT website;
3. Clicked the “Participate” button on the Promotion landing page;
4. Completed the following tasks in any of the 5 categories:

Category 1: Beginners

5. Passed KYC on WhiteBIT

5.1 Passed authorization on TradingView through the WhiteBIT broker;

5.2 Left a review on WhiteBIT on the TradingView page.

Category 2: Investors

6.1 Opened a Crypto Lending plan starting from 50 USDT on WhiteBIT;

6.2 Opened a Crypto Lending plan starting from 100 USDT on WhiteBIT;

6.3 Opened a Crypto Lending plan starting from 500 USDT on WhiteBIT;

6.4 Opened a Crypto Lending plan starting from 1000 USDT on WhiteBIT.

Conditions for completing the following tasks: all tasks must be completed on TradingView through the WhiteBIT broker account.

Category 3: Makers

7.1 Closed 10 orders with USDT during the Promotion period;

7.2 Closed 25 orders with USDT during the Promotion period;

7.3 Closed 100 orders with USDT during the Promotion period;

7.4 Closed 500 orders with USDT during the Promotion period.

Category 4: Spot traders

8.1 Achieved a trading volume of 1,000 USDT on the spot market;

8.2 Achieved a trading volume of 5,000 USDT on the spot market;

8.3 Achieved a trading volume of 25,000 USDT on the spot market;

8.4 Achieved a trading volume of 100,000 USDT on the spot market.

8.5 Achieved a trading volume of 1,000,000 USDT on the spot market.

8.6 Achieved the highest trading volume on the spot market during the Promotion (from 1,000,000 USDT).

Category 5: Futures traders

9.1 Achieved a futures trading volume of 10,000 USDT;

9.2 Achieved a futures trading volume of 50,000 USDT;

9.3 Achieved a futures trading volume of 100,000 USDT;

9.4 Achieved a futures trading volume of 500,000 USDT;

9.5 Achieved a futures trading volume of 1,000,000 USDT.

9.6 Reached the highest futures trading volume during the Promotion (from 3,000,000 USDT).

**Tasks can be completed in any order and combined with each other. It is not necessary to complete all tasks at once.

IMPORTANT! During participation in the Promotion, it is prohibited to register on the exchange multiple times (use multiple accounts). Participants with multiple accounts will be disqualified. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, each Participant may only register once (have only one account). The use of multiple accounts (multi-accounts and/or sub-accounts) or cooperation with affiliated users and/or users of sub-accounts belonging to the Participant to manipulate orders and the Terms and Conditions of the Promotion is prohibited and will result in the closure of all accounts without the consent of the owner.

The Terms and Conditions of the Promotion must be fulfilled during the Promotion Period.

Any personal data of Promotion Participants is processed for the purposes of participation in the Promotion, marketing, advertising, tax, and accounting.

Representatives of the B2B segment, employees, representatives or agents of the Organizer and their relatives (first and second degree of kinship) are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. If, at the time of awarding the Prize, it is established that a person who participated in the Promotion is not eligible to participate in the Promotion in accordance with these Rules, such person shall not be entitled to receive the Prize.

All Promotion Participants who fulfill Promotion Conditions 1-5 and at least one of the Conditions 5.1-9.6 during the Promotion Period will automatically become Winners and win one of the Prizes from the Prize Fund, which is 9,970 USDT and 12,750 USDTB, which will be distributed as follows:

• The first 1,500 Promotion Participants who fulfill Promotion Conditions 1-5 and 5.1-5.3 during the Promotion Period will automatically become Winners and win 4 USDT each.
• The first 1,500 Promotion Participants who fulfill Promotion Conditions 1-5 and 6.1 during the Promotion Period will automatically become Winners and win 0.3 USDT each.
• The first 50 Promotion Participants who fulfill Promotion Conditions 1-5 and 6.2 during the Promotion Period will automatically become Winners and win 0.5 USDT each.
• The first 25 Promotion Participants who fulfill Promotion Conditions 1-5 and 6.3 during the Promotion Period will automatically become Winners and win 1 USDT each.
• The first 10 Promotion Participants who fulfill Promotion Conditions 1-5 and 6.4 during the Promotion Period will automatically become Winners and win 5 USDT each.
• The first 200 Promotion Participants who fulfill Promotion Conditions 1-5 and 7.1 during the Promotion Period will automatically become Winners and win 0.1 USDT each.
• The first 100 Promotion Participants who fulfill Promotion Conditions 1-5 and 7.2 during the Promotion Period will automatically become Winners and win 0.5 USDT each.
• The first 50 Promotion Participants who fulfill Promotion Conditions 1-5 and 7.3 during the Promotion Period will automatically become Winners and win 1 USDT each.
• The first 25 Promotion Participants who fulfill Promotion Conditions 1-5 and 7.4 during the Promotion Period will automatically become Winners and win 3 USDT each.
• The first 200 Promotion Participants who fulfill Promotion Conditions 1-5 and 8.1 during the Promotion Period will automatically become Winners and win 1 USDT each.
• The first 100 Promotion Participants who fulfill Promotion Conditions 1-5 and 8.2 during the Promotion Period will automatically become Winners and win 2.5 USDT each.
• The first 50 Promotion Participants who fulfill Promotion Conditions 1-5 and 8.3 during the Promotion Period will automatically become Winners and win 5 USDT each.
• The first 25 Promotion Participants who fulfill Promotion Conditions 1-5 and 8.4 during the Promotion Period will automatically become Winners and win 10 USDT each.
• The first 10 Promotion Participants who fulfill Promotion Conditions 1-5 and 8.5 during the Promotion Period will automatically become Winners and win 50 USDT each.
• The first Promotion Participant who fulfills Promotion Conditions 1-5 and 8.6 during the Promotion Period will automatically become a Winner and win 1,000 USDT.
• The first 200 Promotion Participants who fulfill Promotion Conditions 1-5 and 9.1 during the Promotion Period will automatically become Winners and win 5 USDTB each.
• The first 100 Promotion Participants who fulfill Promotion Conditions 1-5 and 9.2 during the Promotion Period will automatically become Winners and win 25 USDTB each.
• The first 75 Promotion Participants who fulfill Promotion Conditions 1-5 and 9.3 during the Promotion Period will automatically become Winners and win 50 USDTB each.
• The first 25 Promotion Participants who fulfill Promotion Conditions 1-5 and 9.4 during the Promotion Period will automatically become Winners and win 100 USDTB each.
• The first 10 Promotion Participants who fulfill Promotion Conditions 1-5 and 9.5 during the Promotion Period will automatically become Winners and win 300 USDTB each.
• The first Promotion Participant who fulfills Promotion Conditions 1-5 and 9.6 during the Promotion Period will automatically become a Winner and win 1,000 USDTB.

Important: A Promotion Participant has the right to fulfill several Conditions from the list 5.1-9.6 at the same time. If a Participant fulfills several such Conditions first, they will receive Prizes for each fulfilled Condition, but only one in each Category.

The maximum total number of Promotion Winners who can receive a Prize from the Prize Fund is 4,257 people.

One Winner can receive only one Prize from one Category and several Prizes for completed tasks in different Categories.

The trading volume of Promotion Participants will only be counted for pairs with USDT.

The trading volume is calculated as the total amount of all buy and sell orders executed by the Participant in pairs with USDT during the Promotion Period.

Based on the results of the Promotion, the Organizer will automatically generate a list of Promotion Participants in all Categories who have fulfilled its Terms and Conditions at 12 PM UTC on September 14, 2025, according to the trading volume of the Promotion Participants at the time of its completion, which will be available in the Leaderboard.

Based on the results of the Promotion, the Organizer will form a list of Participants who have fulfilled all the Terms and Conditions of the Promotion in the relevant Category and determine the Winners. The Winners will be all Participants who are the first to fulfill the Terms and Conditions of the Promotion within the specified period and within the maximum number of Winners.

The list of all Winners will be published in this article on September 24, 2025.

The Organizer will credit the Prizes to the Winners’ Main Balances on the WhiteBIT exchange until September 24, 2025, inclusively.

The Winners of the Promotion will be notified of the crediting of the Prize by email to the email address provided during registration on the website https://whitebit.com within 5 business days after the crediting of the Prizes.

In case of non-receipt of the Prize, if the Winner was entitled to it, or in case of any other difficulties, the Winner must contact online support on the website https://whitebit.com, at the email address support@whitebit.com, or in the chat no later than October 1, 2025, inclusive. If the Winner does not contact us by October 1, 2025, in particular regarding the non-receipt of the Prize, the Winner loses the right to receive it.

If, after the Winners have been determined, it is found that a Participant has not properly fulfilled the Conditions of Participation in the Promotion or has otherwise violated these Promotion Rules or the User Agreement, such Winner shall lose the right to receive the Prize and the status of Winner. In such a case, the right to receive the Prize and the status of the Winner shall pass to the next Participant in the Leaderboard who has achieved the highest trading volume for the pairs specified in the Terms and Conditions and in the shortest period of time. For example, if a Participant who took third place in the Leaderboard is disqualified, their prize will be transferred to the Participant who took the next, fourth position in the ranking.

The Winner will receive the Prize free of charge and without the possibility of exchange. The Prize cannot be replaced with its cash equivalent. The winner of the Promotion is not entitled to claim any other compensation from the Organizer. The Organizer does not assume any warranty obligations regarding the Prize received as part of this Promotion and under the Terms and Conditions set forth in these Terms and Conditions.

The Prize received is not subject to return.

Winners determined based on the results of the Promotion may not transfer their rights to receive the Prize to third parties.

The winner of the Promotion has the right to refuse the Prize.

The Organizer shall not compensate the Winner for any additional expenses incurred in connection with receiving the Prize. The taxation of the income of Winners who have received the Prize shall be carried out in accordance with the current legislation of the countries of the Participants.

By participating in the Promotion, the Participant understands and agrees that any information voluntarily provided by them, including the Participant’s personal data, may be processed by the Organizer or third parties engaged by it for the purpose of conducting the Promotion, performing all necessary actions related to it (including, but not limited to, informing the Participant about the results of the Promotion in advertising and other ways), as well as further possible sending of information to the Participant, in particular of an advertising nature, about subsequent promotions. but not limited to, informing about the results of the Promotion in advertisements and other ways), as well as the possible subsequent sending of information to the Participant, in particular of an advertising nature, about subsequent events/contests/promotions/raffles of the Organizer. By accepting the requirements of these Terms and Conditions, Participants hereby consent to such processing of personal data for use by the Organizer and/or other persons authorized by the Organizer and confirm their full understanding and necessary awareness of the purposes of processing the information provided, as well as the privacy policy: https://whitebit.com/privacy-policy.

At the same time, by participating in the Promotion, Participants confirm their consent to the use of their surnames and first names without any material compensation, as well as their consent to comply with other rules of the Promotion. The winners confirm their consent to give promotional interviews about their participation in the Promotion in the media, including radio and television, as well as to be photographed for the production of graphic materials without receiving any monetary compensation. All exclusive intellectual property rights to such interviews and photographs shall belong to the Organizer.

The Organizer reserves the right to make changes to the Terms and Conditions of the Promotion. In the event of any changes, information about this will be provided on the Organizer’s website https://whitebit.com.

The Organizer shall not enter into any disputes that may arise between the Participants of the Promotion regarding the Prize. In the event of situations that allow for ambiguous interpretation of these Rules and/or issues not covered by these Rules, the final decision shall be made by the Organizer of the Promotion in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation. At the same time, the decision of the Promotion Organizer is final and not subject to appeal.

The Promotion Organizer is not responsible for the work of telecommunications companies, postal services, including e-mail, for any errors made by employees of any enterprises/institutions/organizations that provide information exchange between the Promotion Participants and the Organizer, or circumstances due to which postal items were not delivered, were delivered late, were lost or damaged; or due to which the Promotion Participant did not receive the corresponding Prize.

In case of any discrepancies or inaccuracies related to the translation into several languages used in the Promotion, the English translation shall be considered valid and shall replace all other versions.
