Terms and Conditions of the “Turbo VIP” Promotion
The Organizer of the Promotion is WhiteBIT.
The Promotion Period runs from 15:00 UTC on October 27, 2025, until one of the following conditions is met:
- The first 100 users to obtain VIP status are registered;
- 15:00 UTC on November 7, 2025.
The Promotion is held in all countries except Georgia, Austria, USA, Kyrgyzstan, Australia, Germany, Great Britain, France, Canada, Kazakhstan, Japan, China, Afghanistan, American Samoa, US Virgin Islands, Guam, Iran, Yemen, Libya, State of Palestine, Puerto Rico, Somalia, North Korea, Northern Mariana Islands, Syria, Republic of Belarus, Russian Federation, Republic of Sudan, Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic, the temporarily occupied territories of Georgia, Nagorno-Karabakh, Northern Cyprus, Western Sahara, Ambazonia, Kosovo, South Sudan, Nicaragua, Trinidad and Tobago, Venezuela, Myanmar, and the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.
Participants are responsible for ensuring that their participation complies with the laws and regulations of their jurisdiction. The Organizer reserves the right to verify Participants’ eligibility and may request proof of residence or location if necessary.

The Promotion is held with the primary goal of popularizing the WhiteBIT brand.
The Promotion is not a game of chance, lottery, gambling service, or contest, and these Terms and Conditions do not constitute a public promise of reward.
Information about the Promotion is provided based on advertising rights.
Participants* of the Promotion can be adult citizens of non-restricted countries (that is, all except those mentioned above) or other individuals legally residing in such countries who meet the following Conditions during the Promotion Period:
- Registered on the WhiteBIT website https://whitebit.com for the first time or are already registered users of the WhiteBIT exchange and have passed the verification procedure (KYC) at the time of the start of the Promotion.
- Obtained VIP status during the Promotion Period by meeting the required balance and trading volume conditions**.
*Users who already hold any level of VIP status on WhiteBIT at the start of the Promotion are not eligible to participate.
**The details of the VIP program levels and the criteria for achieving them can be found on the Organizer’s VIP Program page. Additional information is available on the Organizer’s Help Center page at the provided link. Participants who transfer their VIP status to the WhiteBIT exchange during the Promotion Period are also eligible to participate.
Important!While participating in the Promotion, it is forbidden to register on the exchange several times (use several accounts). Participants with multiple accounts will be disqualified. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, each Participant may register only once (have only one account). The use of multiple accounts (multi-accounts and/or sub-accounts) or cooperation with affiliated users and/or users of sub-accounts belonging to the Participant for manipulating orders is prohibited and will result in the closure of all accounts without the owner’s consent. In case of detecting the creation of several accounts, the Organizer reserves the right to close the second-created account and any subsequent multi-accounts.
The Conditions of the Promotion must be fulfilled during its Period.
Any personal data of the Promotion Participants is processed to ensure participation in the Promotion, marketing, advertising, tax, and accounting relations.
B2B representatives, employees, representatives, or agents of the Organizer and their relatives (first and second degree of kinship) are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. If, at the time of awarding a Prize, it is established that a Participant does not meet the requirements of these Terms, such a person will not be entitled to receive the Prize.
The first 100 Participants on the Leaderboard who fulfill all the Promotion Conditions automatically become Winners and win one of the Prize Pool Prizes, which is 100 VIP level upgrades. Each Winner will receive an upgrade to the next VIP level, that is, 1 VIP level higher than their current level at the conclusion of the Promotion.
The maximum possible total number of Promotion Winners is 100 people.
One Winner may receive only one Prize.
The Organizer generates a list of Promotion Participants who have fulfilled the Promotion Conditions on a daily basis throughout the Promotion Period.
The Winners of the Promotion will be determined based on their acquisition of VIP status and will continue daily until 15:00 UTC on November 8, 2025. The Winners who will receive the Prize from the Prize Pool will be the first 100 Participants who have fulfilled all the Conditions of the Promotion.
If, after determining the Winners, it is found that the Participant has not properly fulfilled the Promotion Conditions or otherwise violated these Promotion Terms and Conditions, the User Agreement, such Winner loses the right to receive the Prize and the Winner status. In this case, the right to receive the Prize and the Winner’s status shall be transferred to the next Participant in the list generated by the Organizer. For example, in the case of the disqualification of the Participant who took third place, their Prize will be transferred to the Participant who took the next, fourth position in the rating.
The list of all the Winners will be published in this article on November 8, 2025.
The Organizer will assign the Prizes to the accounts on WhiteBIT exchange within 3 calendar days from the same calendar day when the list of Winners is published.
The VIP prize level is valid for 30 calendar days from the date it is assigned.
The Winners of the Promotion will be informed about the Prize assignment by letter to the email address specified during registration on https://whitebit.com within 5 business days after the Prizes are credited.
The Winner shall receive the Prize free of charge. The Prize is non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and cannot be substituted with its monetary equivalent. The Winner is not entitled to request any alternative compensation from the Organizer. The Organizer assumes no warranty obligations for the Prize awarded within this Promotion and under the Terms and Conditions outlined herein.
The received Prize cannot be returned.
In case the Winners do not receive the Prize to which they are entitled or face any other difficulties, the Winners should contact online support at https://whitebit.com, via email support@whitebit.com, or communicate with the Organizer’s agents via online chat no later than November 21, 2025. If the Winner does not contact the Organizer about not receiving the Prize by the specified date, they will lose the right to receive the Prize.
The Winners determined by the results of the Promotion may not transfer the right to receive the Prize to third parties.
The Winner has the right to refuse the Prize.
The Organizer does not compensate the Winner for any additional expenses related to receiving the Prize. Income taxation of the Winners who receive the Prize is carried out in accordance with the current legislation of the Participants’ countries.
By participating in the Promotion, the Participant understands and agrees that any information voluntarily provided by them, including the Participant’s personal data, may be processed by the Organizer or third parties involved to conduct the Promotion, perform all necessary actions related to it (including, but not limited to, informing about the Promotion results both in advertising and in other ways), as well as to send the Participant information, in particular, of an advertising nature, about the following events/contests/promotions/giveaways of the Organizer. By accepting the requirements of these Terms and Conditions, the Participants hereby consent to such processing of personal data for the purpose of use by the Organizer and/or other persons authorized by the Organizer and confirm their full understanding and necessary awareness of the purposes of processing the information provided, as well as the privacy policy: https://whitebit.com/privacy-policy.
At the same time, by participating in the Promotion, the Promotion Participants confirm their consent to the use of their names and surnames without any material compensation, as well as their agreement to comply with other Promotion Terms and Conditions. The Winners confirm their consent to give promotional interviews about their participation in the Promotion in the media, in particular, on radio and television, as well as to be photographed for the production of graphic materials without any monetary compensation. All exclusive intellectual property rights to such interviews and photos will belong to the Organizer.
The Organizer reserves the right to change the Promotion’s Terms and Conditions. Information about any changes will be provided on the Organizer’s website, https://whitebit.com.
The Organizer does not enter into disputes that may arise between the Promotion Participants regarding the Prize. In situations that allow for ambiguous interpretation of these Terms and/or issues not regulated by these Terms, the Promotion Organizer shall make the final decision in accordance with the requirements of the applicable law. At the same time, the decision of the Promotion Organizer is final and not subject to appeal.
The Promotion Organizer is not responsible for the work of telecommunication companies, postal services, including email, for any mistakes of employees of any enterprises/institutions/organizations that provide information exchange between the Promotion Participants and the Organizer, or circumstances due to which mail items were not received, received late, lost or damaged; or as a result of which the Promotion Participant did not receive the corresponding Prize.
In case of any discrepancies or inaccuracies related to the translation into several languages used in the Promotion, the English translation shall be considered valid and shall supersede all other versions.
