Terms and Conditions of the “Quiz with BERT” Promotion
The Organizer of the Promotion is WhiteBIT (https://whitebit.com).
The Promotion Period runs from 15:00 UTC on November 6, 2025, to 15:00 UTC on November 13, 2025.
The Promotion is held in all countries except the United States, Australia, Germany, the United Kingdom, Austria, Canada, Japan, China, Afghanistan, American Samoa, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, Iran, Libya, the State of Palestine, Puerto Rico, Somalia, North Korea, the Northern Mariana Islands, Syria, the Republic of Belarus, the Russian Federation, the Republic of Sudan, the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic, the temporarily occupied territories of Georgia, Nagorno-Karabakh, Northern Cyprus, Western Sahara, Ambazonia, Kosovo, South Sudan, Nicaragua, Trinidad and Tobago, Venezuela, Myanmar, and the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.
Participants are responsible for ensuring that their participation complies with the laws and regulations of their jurisdiction. The Organizer reserves the right to verify Participants’ eligibility and may request proof of residence or location if necessary.

The Promotion is held with the primary goal of popularizing the WhiteBIT brand.
The Promotion is not a game of chance, lottery, gambling service, or contest, and these Terms and Conditions do not constitute a public promise of reward.
Information about the Promotion is provided based on advertising rights.
Participants of the Promotion are adult citizens of non-prohibited countries (that is, except those specified above) or other persons who are legally present in the territory of such countries and who have fulfilled the following Conditions:
- Registered for the first time on WhiteBIT website, https://whitebit.com, or are already registered users of the WhiteBIT exchange and have passed the verification procedure (KYC).
- During the Promotion Period, correctly answered all 10 questions about BERT in a Google form provided by the link, where they also indicated their WhiteBIT nickname.

IMPORTANT! While participating in the Promotion, it is forbidden to register on the exchange several times (use several accounts). Participants with multiple accounts will be disqualified. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, each Participant may register only once (have only one account). The use of multiple accounts (multi-accounts and/or sub-accounts) or cooperation with affiliated users and/or users of sub-accounts belonging to the Participant for manipulating the Promotion Terms and Conditions is prohibited and will result in the closure of all accounts without the owner’s consent. In case of detecting the creation of several accounts, the Organizer reserves the right to close the second-created account and any subsequent multi-accounts.
The Conditions of the Promotion must be fulfilled during its Period.
Any personal data of Participants is processed to ensure participation in the Promotion, for marketing relations, advertising relations, tax relations, and accounting relations.
B2B representatives, employees, representatives, or agents of the Organizer and their relatives (first and second degree of kinship) are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. If, at the time of awarding a Prize, it is established that a Participant does not meet the requirements of these Terms, such a person will not be entitled to receive the Prize.
20 Participants who have fulfilled all the Promotion Conditions have the opportunity to become Winners and win a part of the Prize Pool, which amounts to 15,500 BERT, namely 775 BERT each.
The maximum possible total number of Promotion Winners is 20 people.
One Winner may receive one Prize.
Based on the Promotion’s results, on November 26, 2025, the Organizer forms a list of Participants who meet the Promotion Conditions.
The Winners of the Promotion will be determined on November 26, 2025, using the random.org service, automatically among all Promotion Participants who have fulfilled its Terms and Conditions. The Winners are determined by the rating (place in the list on the https://www.random.org/ service).
If, after determining the Winners, it is found that the Participant has not properly fulfilled the Promotion Conditions or otherwise violated these Promotion Terms and Conditions, the User Agreement, such Winner loses the right to receive the Prize and the Winner status. In this case, the right to receive the Prize and the Winner’s status shall be transferred to the next Participant
in the list on the https://www.random.org/ service.
On November 26, 2025, the Organizer will publish a list of the Winners in this article on the WhiteBIT blog (https://blog.whitebit.com/) and a video with a screen recording of the Winners’ selection process on the WhiteBIT YouTube channel.
The Organizer will credit the Prizes to the Winners’ Main balances on the WhiteBIT crypto exchange within 10 business days from the day following the day the list of Winners was published on the WhiteBIT blog, until December 12, 2025, inclusive.
Winners of the Promotion will be informed about the winnings by e-mail to the e-mail address specified during signing up on the https://whitebit.com website within 5 business days after the Prizes have been credited to the Winners’ Main balances on the WhiteBIT exchange.
The Winner shall receive the Prize free of charge. The Prize is non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and cannot be substituted with its monetary equivalent. The Winner is not entitled to request any alternative compensation from the Organizer. The Organizer assumes no warranty obligations for the Prize awarded within this Promotion and under the Terms and Conditions outlined herein.
The received Prize cannot be returned.
In case of not receiving the Prize, if the Winner was entitled to it, or in case of any other difficulties, the Winner should contact online support on the https://whitebit.com website, to the e-mail address support@whitebit.com, or write to the Organizer’s agents via online chat no later than December 17, 2025, inclusively. If the Winner does not apply within the specified period, including in the case of non-receipt of the Prize, such Winner loses the right to receive it.
The Winners determined by the results of the Promotion may not transfer the right to receive the Prize to third parties.
The Winner has the right to refuse the Prize.
The Organizer does not compensate the Winner for any additional expenses related to receiving the Prize. Income taxation of the Winners who receive the Prize is carried out in accordance with the current legislation of the Participants’ countries.
By participating in the Promotion, the Participant understands and agrees that any information voluntarily provided by them, including the Participant’s personal data, may be processed by the Organizer or third parties involved to conduct the Promotion, perform all necessary actions related to it (including, but not limited to, informing about the Promotion results both in advertising and in other ways), as well as to send the Participant information, in particular, of an advertising nature, about the following events/contests/promotions/giveaways of the Organizer. By accepting the requirements of these Terms and Conditions, the Participants hereby consent to such processing of personal data for the purpose of use by the Organizer and/or other persons authorized by the Organizer and confirm their full understanding and necessary awareness of the purposes of processing the information provided, as well as the privacy policy: https://whitebit.com/privacy-policy.
At the same time, by participating in the Promotion, the Promotion Participants confirm their consent to the use of their names and surnames without any material compensation, as well as their agreement to comply with other Promotion Terms and Conditions. The Winners confirm their consent to give promotional interviews about their participation in the Promotion in the media, in particular, on radio and television, as well as to be photographed for the production of graphic materials without any monetary compensation. All exclusive intellectual property rights to such interviews and photos will belong to the Organizer.
The Organizer reserves the right to change the Promotion’s Terms and Conditions. Information about any changes will be provided on the Organizer’s website, https://whitebit.com.
The Organizer does not enter into disputes that may arise between the Promotion Participants regarding the Prize. In situations that allow for ambiguous interpretation of these Terms and/or issues not regulated by these Terms, the Promotion Organizer shall make the final decision in accordance with the requirements of the applicable law. At the same time, the decision of the Promotion Organizer is final and not subject to appeal.
The Promotion Organizer is not responsible for the work of telecommunication companies, postal services, including email, for any mistakes of employees of any enterprises/institutions/organizations that provide information exchange between the Promotion Participants and the Organizer, or circumstances due to which mail items were not received, received late, lost or damaged; or as a result of which the Promotion Participant did not receive the corresponding Prize.
In case of any discrepancies or inaccuracies related to the translation into several languages used in the Promotion, the English translation shall be considered valid and shall supersede all other versions.
