How to join?
- Register on the WhiteBIT website for the first time if you haven’t yet.
- Open a WhiteBIT Nova card during the promotion period.
- Make at least one purchase using the card.
Cashback is credited automatically after the transaction.
If you open an additional WhiteBIT Nova card (for example, first a virtual and then a physical one), you will receive up to 14% cashback on the first transaction with the additional card as well.
Note that you can open only 2 cards: one physical and one virtual.

Terms and Conditions of the “Cashback is in the air” Promotion
The Organizer of the Promotion is WhiteBIT (https://whitebit.com).
The Promotion period runs from 12:00 UTC onFebruary 2, 2026, to 12:00 UTC on February 17, 2026.
The Promotion is held in all countries except: the United States, Australia, Germany, France, the United Kingdom, Austria, Canada, Japan, China, Afghanistan, American Samoa, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, Iran, Yemen, Libya, the State of Palestine, Puerto Rico, Somalia, North Korea, Northern Mariana Islands, Syria, the Republic of Belarus, the Russian Federation, the Republic of Sudan, Transnistria, the temporarily occupied territories of Georgia, Nagorno-Karabakh, Ukraine, Northern Cyprus, Western Sahara, Ambazonia, Kosovo, South Sudan, Nicaragua, Trinidad and Tobago, Venezuela, Myanmar, and the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.
Please note that opening a WhiteBIT Nova Debit card is not available for the residents of Ukraine.
Participants are responsible for ensuring that their participation complies with the laws and regulations of their jurisdiction. The Organizer reserves the right to verify Participants’ eligibility and may request proof of residence or location if necessary.

The Promotion is held with the primary goal of popularizing the WhiteBIT brand.
The Promotion is not a game of chance, a lottery, a gambling service, or a contest, and these Terms and Conditions do not constitute a public promise of reward.
Information about the Promotion is provided based on advertising rights.
Participants of the Promotion can be adult citizens of non-restricted countries (that is, all except those mentioned above) or other individuals legally residing in such countries who meet the following Conditions during the Promotion Period:
- Registered on the WhiteBIT website for the first time or are already registered users of WhiteBIT exchange as of the start of the Promotion, and have passed the verification procedure (KYC).
- Opened a digital and/or physical WhiteBIT Nova debit card during the Promotion.
- Made at least one purchase using the WhiteBIT Nova Debit card during the Promotion.
IMPORTANT! While participating in the Promotion, it is forbidden to register on the exchange multiple times (i.e., use multiple accounts). Participants with multiple accounts will be disqualified. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, each Participant may register only once (have only one account). The use of multiple accounts (multi-accounts and/or sub-accounts) or cooperation with affiliated users and/or users of sub-accounts belonging to the Participant for manipulating the Terms and Conditions is prohibited and will result in the closure of all accounts without the owner’s consent. In case of detecting the creation of several accounts, the Organizer reserves the right to close the second-created account and any subsequent multi-accounts.
The Promotion Conditions must be fulfilled during the Promotion Period.
Any personal data of Participants is processed to ensure participation in the Promotion, for marketing, advertising, tax, and accounting purposes.
B2B representatives, employees, representatives, or agents of the Organizer and their relatives (first and second degree of kinship) are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. If, at the time of awarding a Prize, it is established that a Participant does not meet the requirements of these Terms, such a person will not be entitled to receive the Prize.
The Main Prize Pool consists of the opportunity to receive up to 14% cashback on the first transaction made with a WhiteBIT Nova Debit card during the Promotion period.
– All the Promotion Participants who fulfill all the Conditions of the Promotion will become Winners and receive Prizes from the Main Prize Pool.
The maximum possible number of Promotion Winners who can receive a Prize from the Main Prize Pool is unlimited.
The Additional Prize Pool includes the opportunity to receive up to 14% cashback on the first transaction for the 2nd WhiteBIT Nova debit card opened during the Promotion period.
Important: Each WhiteBIT exchange user is permitted to hold a maximum of two WhiteBIT Nova debit cards—one physical card and one virtual card.
The maximum monthly cashback amount per account is limited to 25 EUR.
– All the Promotion Winners who fulfill all the Conditions of the Promotion and receive the Prize from the Additional Prize pool will become Winners of the Additional Prize Pool.
The maximum possible number of Promotion Winners who can receive a Prize from the Additional Prize Pool is unlimited.
Each Winner can receive only one Prize from the Main Prize Pool and one Prize from the Additional Prize Pool.
Winner status is automatically determined when an eligible transaction is successfully completed.
A Participant becomes a Winner immediately upon fulfilling all the Promotion Terms and Conditions, including making an eligible transaction with a WhiteBIT Nova debit card during the Promotion Period. No additional selection, ranking, or manual decision-making is involved.
The cashback (Main Prize or Additional Prize, as applicable) is credited automatically to the Winner’s account, subject to the Promotion Terms and technical feasibility.
If, after awarding the cashback, it is determined that the Participant has not properly fulfilled the Promotion Conditions or has violated these Promotion Terms and Conditions or the User Agreement, such Participant loses the right to the Prize, and the credited cashback may be canceled or reversed in accordance with the platform rules.
The Winner shall receive the Prize free of charge. The Prize is non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and cannot be substituted with its monetary equivalent. The Winner is not entitled to request any alternative compensation from the Organizer. The Organizer assumes no warranty obligations for the Prize awarded within this Promotion and under the Terms and Conditions outlined herein.
In case the Winners do not receive the Prize to which they are entitled or face any other difficulties, the Winners should contact online support at https://whitebit.com, via email support@whitebit.com, or communicate with the Organizer’s agents via online chat no later than February 20, 2026. If the Winner does not contact the Organizer about not receiving the Prize by the specified date, they will lose the right to receive the Prize.
The Winners determined by the results of the Promotion may not transfer the right to receive the Prize to third parties.
The Winner has the right to refuse the Prize.
The Organizer does not compensate the Winner for any additional expenses related to receiving the Prize. Income taxation of the Winners who receive the Prize is carried out in accordance with the current legislation of the Participants’ countries.
By participating in the Promotion, the Participant understands and agrees that any information voluntarily provided by them, including the Participant’s personal data, may be processed by the Organizer or third parties involved to conduct the Promotion, perform all necessary actions related to it (including, but not limited to, informing about the Promotion results both in advertising and in other ways), as well as to send the Participant information, in particular, of an advertising nature, about the following events/contests/promotions/giveaways of the Organizer. By accepting the requirements of these Terms and Conditions, the Participants hereby consent to such processing of personal data for the purpose of use by the Organizer and/or other persons authorized by the Organizer and confirm their full understanding and necessary awareness of the purposes of processing the information provided, as well as the privacy policy: https://whitebit.com/privacy-policy.
At the same time, by participating in the Promotion, the Promotion Participants confirm their consent to the use of their names and surnames without any material compensation, as well as their agreement to comply with other Promotion Terms and Conditions. The Winners confirm their consent to give promotional interviews about their participation in the Promotion in the media, in particular, on radio and television, as well as to be photographed for the production of graphic materials without any monetary compensation. All exclusive intellectual property rights to such interviews and photos will belong to the Organizer.
The Organizer reserves the right to change the Promotion’s Terms and Conditions. Information about any changes will be provided on the Organizer’s website, https://whitebit.com.
The Organizer does not enter into disputes that may arise between the Promotion Participants regarding the Prize. In situations that allow for ambiguous interpretation of these Terms and/or issues not regulated by these Terms, the Promotion Organizer shall make the final decision in accordance with the requirements of the applicable law. At the same time, the decision of the Promotion Organizer is final and not subject to appeal.
The Promotion Organizer is not responsible for the work of telecommunication companies, postal services, including email, for any mistakes of employees of any enterprises/institutions/organizations that provide information exchange between the Promotion Participants and the Organizer, or circumstances due to which mail items were not received, received late, lost or damaged; or as a result of which the Promotion Participant did not receive the corresponding Prize.
In case of any discrepancies or inaccuracies related to the translation into several languages used in the Promotion, the English translation shall be considered valid and shall supersede all other versions.
