Terms and Conditions of the “8 Transactions to Rome” Promotion
The Organizer of the Promotion is WhiteBIT.
The Promotion Period runs from 12:00 UTC on March 6, 2026, to 12:00 UTC on March 31, 2026.
The Promotion is held in all countries except the United States of America, Australia, Germany, France, Great Britain, Austria, Canada, Japan, China, Afghanistan, American Samoa, American Virgin Islands, Guam, Iran, Yemen, Libya, State of Palestine, Puerto Rico, Somalia, North Korea, Northern Mariana Islands, Syria, Republic of Belarus, Russian Federation, Republic of Sudan, Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic, the temporarily occupied territories of Georgia, Nagorno-Karabakh, Northern Cyprus, Western Sahara, Ambazonia, Kosovo, Ukraine, South Sudan, Nicaragua, Trinidad and Tobago, Venezuela, Myanmar, and the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.
Participants are responsible for ensuring that their participation complies with the laws and regulations of their jurisdiction. The Organizer reserves the right to verify Participants’ eligibility and may request proof of residence or location if necessary.

The Promotion is held with the primary goal of popularizing the WhiteBIT brand.
The Promotion is not a game of chance, lottery, gambling service, or contest, and these Terms and Conditions do not constitute a public promise of reward.
Information about the Promotion is provided based on advertising rights.
Participants of the Promotion can be adult citizens of non-restricted countries (that is, all except those mentioned above) or other individuals legally residing in such countries who meet the following Conditions during the Promotion Period:
- Registered on the WhiteBIT website https://whitebit.com for the first time or are already registered users of the WhiteBIT exchange at the time of the start of the Promotion, and have passed the verification procedure (KYC).
- Opened their first WhiteBIT Nova card and paid for purchases with its help, or used an existing WhiteBIT Nova card during the Promotion Period;
- Performed at least 8 transactions using their WhiteBIT Nova card for a total amount* of €600 or more (in equivalent).
Important!While participating in the Promotion, it is forbidden to register on the exchange several times (use several accounts). Participants with multiple accounts will be disqualified. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, each Participant may register only once (have only one account). The use of multiple accounts (multi-accounts and/or sub-accounts) or cooperation with affiliated users and/or users of sub-accounts belonging to the Participant for manipulating the Promotion’s Terms and Conditions is prohibited and will result in the closure of all accounts without the owner’s consent. In case of detecting the creation of several accounts, the Organizer reserves the right to close the second-created account and any subsequent multi-accounts.
The Conditions of the Promotion must be fulfilled during its Period.
Any personal data of Participants is processed to ensure participation in the Promotion, for marketing relations, advertising relations, tax relations, and accounting relations.
B2B representatives, employees, representatives, or agents of the Organizer and their relatives (first and second degree of kinship) are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. If, at the time of awarding a Prize, it is established that a Participant does not meet the requirements of these Terms, such a person will not be entitled to receive the Prize.
The Promotion Participants who fulfilled all the Promotion Conditions and carried out at least 8 transactions using their WhiteBIT Nova card for a total amount* of €600 or more (in equivalent) during the Promotion Period have the opportunity to become the Winner and win the Prize, namely, the weekend trip to Rome, which consists of:
1) Round-trip** flight;
2) 2 nights** at a hotel (4 stars with breakfast included);
3) A €200 voucher for a restaurant or payment to the Winner’s WhiteBIT Nova card.
*The spending progress can be tracked using the progress bar in the WhiteBIT Nova card interface.
**Limits:
- The cost of the plane ticket must not exceed €125 per person for a one-way ticket or €250 for a round-trip ticket.
- The cost of two nights at a hotel must not exceed €700 for the duration of the stay.
- Obtaining and processing any necessary visa documents is the sole responsibility of the Promotion Participant and is not the responsibility of the Organizer.
The maximum possible number of Promotion Winners who can receive a Prize — 1 person.
Based on the Promotion results, in the period from March 31, 2026, to April 8, 2026, the Organizer forms a list of Participants who have met the Promotion’s Conditions.
Important: Each expenditure totaling €100 (or equivalent), in excess of the amount specified in the Terms and Conditions, will entitle the Participant to an additional entry with their nickname in the list of Participants.
The Promotion Winner, who will receive the Prize, will be determined on April 9, 2026, using the random.org service, automatically among all Promotion Participants who fulfilled the Promotion Conditions during the Promotion Period. The Winner of the Prize is determined by rating (position in the list on the https://www.random.org/ service).
If, after determining the Winners, it is found that the Participant has not properly fulfilled the Promotion Conditions or otherwise violated these Promotion Terms and Conditions or the User Agreement, such Winner loses the right to receive the Prize and the Winner status. In this case, the right to receive the Prize and the Winner’s status will be revoked, and a new Winner will be determined.
The Winner’s nickname will be published in this article on April 9, 2026. A video with a screen recording of the process of determining the Winner will be published on the WhiteBIT YouTube channel.
The Winner of the Promotion will be notified via email at the address provided during registration on https://whitebit.com within 3 business days following the publication of the Winner’s nickname. The email will include a link to a Google Form where the Winner will be required to provide the following details: full name (first and last name in Latin letters), travelling document series, date of birth, contact information (e-mail, phone number, and address), nationality, gender, desired travel dates, and hotel preferences, all within the limits specified above. The Winner has the option to travel alone or with one companion. In the latter case, the Winner must also provide the personal details of the companion.
The Winners must submit their delivery information within 2 calendar days.
Failure to provide the requested delivery information within the specified time frame will result in the forfeiture of the Winner’s status, and the process of determining the Winner using the random.org service will be repeated. The re-determination of the Winner can only occur twice.
The Prize will be sent to the Winner within 7 business days to the same email address, once the Winner provides the necessary information.
The Winner shall receive the Prize free of charge. The Prize is non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and cannot be substituted with its monetary equivalent. The Winner is not entitled to request any alternative compensation from the Organizer. The Organizer assumes no warranty obligations for the Prize awarded within this Promotion and under the Terms and Conditions outlined herein.
The received Prize cannot be returned.
In case the Winners do not receive the Prize to which they are entitled or face any other difficulties, the Winners should contact online support at https://whitebit.com, via email support@whitebit.com, or communicate with the Organizer’s agents via online chat no later than April 22, 2026. If the Winner does not contact the Organizer about not receiving the Prize by the specified date, they will lose the right to receive the Prize.
The Winners determined by the results of the Promotion may not transfer the right to receive the Prize to third parties.
The Winner has the right to refuse the Prize.
The Organizer does not compensate the Winner for any additional expenses related to receiving the Prize. Income taxation of the Winners who receive the Prize is carried out in accordance with the current legislation of the Participants’ countries.
By participating in the Promotion, the Participant understands and agrees that any information voluntarily provided by them, including the Participant’s personal data, may be processed by the Organizer or third parties involved to conduct the Promotion, perform all necessary actions related to it (including, but not limited to, informing about the Promotion results both in advertising and in other ways), as well as to send the Participant information, in particular, of an advertising nature, about the following events/contests/promotions/giveaways of the Organizer. By accepting the requirements of these Terms and Conditions, the Participants hereby consent to such processing of personal data for the purpose of use by the Organizer and/or other persons authorized by the Organizer and confirm their full understanding and necessary awareness of the purposes of processing the information provided, as well as the privacy policy: https://whitebit.com/privacy-policy.
At the same time, by participating in the Promotion, the Promotion Participants confirm their consent to the use of their names and surnames without any material compensation, as well as their agreement to comply with other Promotion Terms and Conditions. The Winners confirm their consent to give promotional interviews about their participation in the Promotion in the media, in particular, on radio and television, as well as to be photographed for the production of graphic materials without any monetary compensation. All exclusive intellectual property rights to such interviews and photos will belong to the Organizer.
The Organizer reserves the right to change the Promotion’s Terms and Conditions. Information about any changes will be provided on the Organizer’s website, https://whitebit.com.
The Organizer does not enter into disputes that may arise between the Promotion Participants regarding the Prize. In situations that allow for ambiguous interpretation of these Terms and/or issues not regulated by these Terms, the Promotion Organizer shall make the final decision in accordance with the requirements of the applicable law. At the same time, the decision of the Promotion Organizer is final and not subject to appeal.
The Promotion Organizer is not responsible for the work of telecommunication companies, postal services, including email, for any mistakes of employees of any enterprises/institutions/organizations that provide information exchange between the Promotion Participants and the Organizer, or circumstances due to which mail items were not received, received late, lost or damaged; or as a result of which the Promotion Participant did not receive the corresponding Prize.
In case of any discrepancies or inaccuracies related to the translation into several languages used in the Promotion, the English translation shall be considered valid and shall supersede all other versions.
