Terms and Conditions of the “Influence Trade Battle” Promotion

The Organizer of the Promotion is WhiteBIT.

Promotion Period: From 14:00 UTC on May 26, 2026, until 14:00 UTC on July 19, 2026.

The Organizer reserves the right to verify the eligibility of Participants and, if necessary, may request proof of residence or location.

The Promotion is conducted for the purpose of promoting the WhiteBIT brand.

The Promotion is not a gambling game, lottery, gaming service, or contest. These Terms are not a public promise of reward.

Information about the Promotion is provided as advertising on behalf of the Organizer.

Participants of the Promotion may be adult citizens of countries without restrictions (that is, all except those listed above) or other individuals legally residing in the territory of such countries, who fulfill the following Conditions during the Promotion Period:

Step 1: 

Register and verify your identity (KYC) on the WhiteBIT website if you have not yet.

Step 2:

• On the Promotion page, click the “Join now” button.
• Choose a team to join — either a public or private Team. Open teams are available to any Participant, while invite-only Teams can be joined using a special code that can be obtained from the Team leader by joining their community. Participants who have VIP status on WhiteBIT may join the WhiteBIT VIP Squad using a code sent to the email address used during registration on WhiteBIT.
• Create a TradingView account and connect it to the WhiteBIT account.
• Trade futures market pairs on the WhiteBIT exchange available during the Promotion (see “Trading pairs available for the tournament”).
• Reach at least 500 USD₮ in trading volume per week on WhiteBIT.

General concepts and terms of the Promotion:

Trading Tournament is a time-limited competition among exchange users in which Participants perform trading operations according to the established Rules and compete for Prizes from the Individual Prize Pool, Squad Prize Pool, and Weekly Prizes based on defined performance indicators. Within the WhiteBIT Influence Trading Battle, this is an 8-week team and individual futures trading competition.

TradingView is an international online platform for financial market analysis, charting, and social interaction among traders. Within the Promotion, TradingView is used as an interface for connecting the user account to the WhiteBIT balance and performing trading operations.

Trader Profile is the personal page of the Participant with tournament analytics, which becomes available after the Participant clicks the “Join now” button on the Promotion page. Analytics will appear once the Promotion begins.

Squad is a Team of tournament Participants formed by a specific invited trading influencer. Squad Participants are united by a common leader and participate in the tournament Team standings. WhiteBIT teams are also considered Squads, including WhiteBIT Community Squad and WhiteBIT VIP Squad. The minimum number of Squad members to qualify for the Team Prize is 10.

WhiteBIT Community Squad is a separate Team created for users who did not join any influencer Squad.

WhiteBIT VIP Squad is a separate Team created for users with VIP status on WhiteBIT. Only Participants who have the corresponding VIP level during the Promotion Period are eligible to participate in this Team. Participants of the WhiteBIT VIP Squad participate in the tournament under general conditions and may compete for the Team Prize, Individual Prizes, and Weekly Bonuses in accordance with the Terms of the Promotion.

Weekly Bonus is a reward that a Participant can receive for achieving the established minimum trading volume during each week of the Promotion, starting from June 22. The Bonus is credited provided that the Promotion requirements are met and may be limited both by the number of recipients (up to 300 people) and by the total amount of rewards during the entire Promotion Period (up to 40 USDTB per Participant). It can be claimed on the Promotion page, specifically in the trader profile, by clicking the “Claim” button.

Prize for the Winning Squad is a team reward granted to the Squad that demonstrates the best results based on the total defined performance indicators during the Promotion. The size of the Prize depends on the total trading volume of all Squads and is distributed among Participants of the Winning Squad according to the Rules of the Promotion.

Individual Prizes are rewards granted to Participants for achieving the best results according to separate trading indicators within the Promotion. Such Prizes are awarded regardless of the Squad’s results.

PnL (Profit and Loss) is a realized profit/loss from closed positions and unrealized profit/loss from open positions during the tournament. Within the tournament, positive PnL is used as one of the key indicators for determining the team result and distributing the Team Prize Pool. The total PnL of the Team includes the PnL of Participants with positive, negative and zero PnL indicators.

uPnL is an unrealized profit/loss from open positions during the tournament.

rPnL is a realized profit or loss obtained as a result of closing trading positions.

Formulas for calculation:

PnL = Sum (rPnL1 + rPnL2 … + rPnL N + uPnL)

uPnL = (Current Price – Entry Price) x Position Size

For Long positions:

rPnL1 = (Exit Price1 x Amount Sold1) – (Entry Price1 x Amount Bought1) – Fees1

rPnL2 = (Exit Price2 x Amount Sold2) – (Entry Price2 x Amount Bought2) – Fees2

For Short positions:

rPnL1 = (Entry Price1 x Amount Sold1) – (Exit Price1 x Amount Bought1) – Fees1

rPnL2 = (Entry Price2 x Amount Sold2) – (Exit Price2 x Amount Bought2) – Fees2

Trading Volume is the total value of all trading operations performed by the Participant during the defined tournament period, regardless of their financial result. Within the tournament, this indicator:

• Is used to fulfill the Weekly Bonus conditions
• Is a separate nomination for determining the individual Winner

Eligible trading pairs: all futures trading pairs available on WhiteBIT except: ACE-PERP, BABY-PERP, BARD-PERP, BICO-PERP, BNT-PERP, BOME-PERP, C98-PERP, CFG-PERP, COAI-PERP, DRIFT-PERP, EDEN-PERP, ENJ-PERP, FARTCOIN-PERP, GALA-PERP, ICX-PERP, IOST-PERP, KAVA-PERP, KERNEL-PERP, LRC-PERP, M-PERP, MELANIA-PERP, MEME-PERP, NOM-PERP, ONT-PERP, ORCA-PERP, PEOPLE-PERP, PLUME-PERP, PORTAL-PERP, PUMP-PERP, QTUM-PERP, RARE-PERP, RED-PERP, RVN-PERP, SKL-PERP, SNX-PERP, STORJ-PERP, SUPER-PERP, TOWNS-PERP, TREE-PERP, W-PERP, XAN-PERP, XMR-PERP, ZIL-PERP, ZKC-PERP.

Participants must fulfill the following Conditions to be eligible for receiving Main Prizes from the Individual Prize Pool, Squad Prize Pool, Weekly Prizes, and Special Rewards.

Conditions for receiving the Weekly Prize (Bonus):

Participants of the Promotion in the Leaderboard who fulfilled the Conditions of the Promotion and achieved at least 15,000 USD₮ in Trading Volume during each week of the Promotion Period have the opportunity to become Winners and win one of the Weekly Prizes of the Promotion — 10 USDTB** (up to 40 USDTB for the entire Promotion Period per Winner), starting from June 22.

**USDTB is a special bonus asset intended to secure futures positions on the WhiteBIT exchange. USDTB will be valid for 7 days from the moment the Participant receives the weekly bonus. After that, USDTB will be deducted from the user’s balance, since the Bonus is accrued only within the framework of the Promotion.

IMPORTANT! USDTB is available for distribution only in jurisdictions where futures trading on the WhiteBIT exchange is available. If, during Participant validation, it is determined that a Participant does not have access to futures trading, they will lose the right to receive winnings, and this right will be transferred to the next Participant in the list.

USDTB details:

• This is an asset used as collateral within futures trading with all PERP pairs, displayed exclusively on the Collateral Balance, provided that the balance is positive.

• USDTB can only be received as a reward for a deposit from WhiteBIT.

• If USDTB is the only asset on the Collateral Balance, the position can be opened using only this asset as collateral. If there are other assets on the Collateral Balance, USDTB will be used first.

• If the TS result within futures trading is positive, USDTB is realized on the balance as USD₮. If the TS result is negative, the bonus USDTB will simply be deducted from the Collateral Balance.

Conditions for Squads:

The Team in the Leaderboard that fulfilled the Conditions of the Promotion and scored the highest number of points according to the indicators in Table 1 below during the Promotion Period has the opportunity to become the Winner and win the Squad Prize Pool of the Promotion, which is dynamic and may amount to up to 50,000 USD₮ depending on the factors specified in Table 2.

In the event that 2 or more Squads score the same number of points, the Winning Team will be the one that achieved the highest total PnL during the Promotion Period.

The Squad Prize Pool is distributed among Team members according to their positive PnL, and its size depends on the total trading volume of the Teams.

The Squad Prize Pool is divided into: the Squad Prize Pool for Participants with positive PnL and the Squad Prize Pool for Participants with negative PnL.

The Squad Prize Pool for Participants with positive PnL составляет 90% of the total Squad Prize Pool and is distributed proportionally to the Participant’s contribution (PnL) to the total Squad PnL.

Positive PnL Pool = 90% × T (Total Prize Pool = T)

Positive Reward = (PnL / Total PnL) × Positive PnL Pool

The Squad Prize Pool for Participants with negative PnL amounts to up to 10% of the total Squad Prize Pool and is distributed equally among all Participants, however, the Prize for one Participant with negative PnL must be 20% lower than the smallest Prize of a Participant of the Winning Squad with positive PnL.

Negative PnL Pool = 10% × T (Total Prize Pool = T)

Negative Reward = Negative PnL Pool / N (number of Participants with negative PnL = N)

Provided that the Negative Reward is greater than or equal to the minimum Positive Reward of a Team Participant, the formula for calculating the Negative Reward will be as follows:

Negative Reward = Min Positive Reward – 20%

Participants with zero PnL will also be included in the Negative PnL Pool, provided that they meet the minimum trading volume requirement.

Conditions for receiving an Individual Reward:

A Participant of the Promotion in the Leaderboard who fulfilled the Conditions of the Promotion and achieved the highest PnL during one of the weeks of the Promotion Period has the opportunity to become a Winner and win one of the Prizes from the Individual*** Prize Pool of the Promotion, which amounts to 4,800 USD₮ — 200 USD₮ per 1 Winner per 1 week of the Promotion.

A Participant of the Promotion in the Leaderboard who fulfilled the Conditions of the Promotion and achieved the highest Taker order position volume during one of the weeks of the Promotion Period has the opportunity to become a Winner and win one of the Prizes from the Individual Prize Pool of the Promotion, which amounts to 4,800 USD₮ — 200 USD₮ per 1 Winner per 1 week of the Promotion.

A Participant of the Promotion in the Leaderboard who fulfilled the Conditions of the Promotion and achieved the highest total Trading Volume during one of the weeks of the Promotion Period has the opportunity to become a Winner and win one of the Prizes from the Individual Prize Pool of the Promotion, which amounts to 4,800 USD₮ — 200 USD₮ per 1 Winner per 1 week of the Promotion.

Promotion stages during which individual Participant results will be calculated: 26.05–31.05; 1.06–7.06; 8.06–14.06; 15.06–21.06; 22.06–28.06; 29.06–5.07; 6.07–12.07; 13.07–19.07.

***Total Prize Pool for all individual rewards. One Participant may receive only one Individual Prize only per one category.

Conditions for receiving the Special Reward:

8 Participants of the Promotion in the Leaderboard per week of the Promotion who fulfilled the Conditions of the Promotion and achieved the highest Trading Volume through Taker orders per week, starting from 100,000 USD₮, have the opportunity to become Winners and win one of the Prizes from the Special Prize Pool, the total amount of which is 5,120 USD₮ — 80 USD₮ per Winner per week.

The Organizer of the Promotion reserves the right to disqualify a Participant if they:

• Carry out any illegal activity or actions contrary to the User Agreement, Anti-Money Laundering Policy, or Privacy Policy of WhiteBIT;

• Use wash trading.

IMPORTANT! During participation in the Promotion, it is prohibited to register on the exchange multiple times (use multiple accounts). Participants with multiple accounts will be disqualified. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, each Participant may register only once (have only one account). The use of multiple accounts (multi-accounts) to manipulate orders is prohibited and will lead to the closure of all accounts without the owner’s consent. If the creation of multiple accounts is detected, the Organizer reserves the right to close the second created account and any subsequent multi-accounts.

The maximum number of Winners eligible to receive Prizes from the Individual Prize Pool during the entire Promotion is 24.

Based on the results of each Promotion stage, the Organizer will automatically create a list of Winners of the Promotion who fulfilled all its Conditions on 5.06.2026; 12.06.2026; 19.06.2026; 26.06.2026; 03.07.2026; 10.07.2026; 17.07.2026; 24.07.2026, according to the Promotion stage, and may qualify for a Prize from the Individual Prize Pool according to trading indicators at the moment of completion of each Promotion stage, which will be available in the Leaderboard.

The Organizer credits all Prizes from the Individual Prize Pool to the Main balances of the Winners on the WhiteBIT exchange on 5.06.2026; 12.06.2026; 19.06.2026; 26.06.2026; 03.07.2026; 10.07.2026; 17.07.2026; 24.07.2026, according to the Promotion Stages.

The maximum number of Winning Teams eligible to receive Prizes from the Squad Prize Pool is 1.

Based on the results of the Promotion, the Organizer will automatically create a list of Participants of the Promotion who fulfilled all its Conditions by 12:00 UTC on 21.07.2026 and may qualify for a Prize from the Squad Prize Pool according to trading indicators at the moment of completion of the Promotion, which will be available in the Leaderboard.

Winners of the Promotion will be determined by 12:00 UTC on 21.07.2026 based on the results in the Leaderboard.

The Organizer credits all Prizes from the Squad Prize Pool to the Main balances of the Winners on the WhiteBIT exchange by 30.07.

The maximum number of Winners eligible to receive Weekly Prizes during the entire Promotion is 300.

Winners of the Promotion who fulfill the Conditions for receiving the Weekly Prize will receive it at the moment of clicking the “Claim” button on the Promotion page, specifically on the trader profile page, to the Collateral Balance of the WhiteBIT exchange.

The maximum number of Winners eligible to receive Special Prizes during the entire Promotion is 64.

Based on the results of each Promotion stage, the Organizer will automatically create a list of Winners of the Promotion who fulfilled all its Conditions on 5.06.2026; 12.06.2026; 19.06.2026; 26.06.2026; 03.07.2026; 10.07.2026; 17.07.2026; 24.07.2026, according to the Promotion stage and may qualify for a Prize from the Special Prize Pool according to trading indicators at the moment of completion of the Promotion, which will be available in the Leaderboard.

The Organizer credits all Prizes from the Special Prize Pool to the Main balances of the Winners on the WhiteBIT exchange on 5.06.2026; 12.06.2026; 19.06.2026; 26.06.2026; 03.07.2026; 10.07.2026; 17.07.2026; 24.07.2026, according to the Promotion Stage.

One Winner may simultaneously win one Prize from the Individual Prize Pool, one Prize from the Squad Prize Pool, up to four Weekly Prizes, and one Prize from the Special Prize Pool.

Within a single week of the Promotion, a Participant may receive only one of the Prizes: Individual, Special, or Weekly. If a Participant has already been determined as a Winner in any of the specified categories, the right to receive the Prize shall be transferred to the next Participant in the ranking. A Winner who has received a Prize from the Individual Prize Pool is not eligible to receive Prizes from the Special Prize Pool within the same week of the Promotion.

The nicknames of Winners in all categories will be published in this article by 30.07.2026.

Winners of the Promotion will be notified about Prize crediting by email sent to the address specified during registration on the website https://whitebit.com/ within 5 business days after the Prize is credited and/or sent.

If, after the Winners are determined, it is discovered that a Participant improperly fulfilled the Conditions of participation in the Promotion or otherwise violated these Terms of the Promotion or the User Agreement, such Winner loses the right to receive the Prize and the Winner status. In such a case, the right to receive the Prize and Winner status passes to the next Participant in the Leaderboard. For example, if a Participant who took third place in the Leaderboard is disqualified, their reward will be transferred to the Participant who took the next, fourth position in the ranking.

The Winner receives the Prize free of charge and without the possibility of exchange. Replacement of the Prize with its cash equivalent is not provided. The Winner of the Promotion has no right to demand any other compensation from the Organizer. The Organizer assumes no warranty obligations regarding the Prize received within the framework of this Promotion and under the Conditions defined by these Terms.

The received Prize is non-refundable.

If Winners do not receive the Prize to which they are entitled, or encounter any other difficulties, Winners must contact online support on the website https://whitebit.com, via email at support@whitebit.com, or communicate with Organizer agents in the online chat no later than 10.08.2026 inclusive. If Winners do not contact regarding failure to receive the Prize by the specified date, they lose the right to receive the Prize.

Winners determined by the results of the Promotion may not transfer the rights to receive the Prize to third parties.

The Winner of the Promotion has the right to refuse the Prize.

The Organizer does not compensate for additional expenses of the Winner related to receiving the Prize. Taxation of the income of Winners who received the Prize is carried out according to the current legislation of the Participants’ countries.

The Organizer processes Participants’ personal data in accordance with the provisions of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the ePrivacy Directive, the Data Protection Act, and other applicable mandatory legal regulations.

Any personal data of Participants will be processed for the purpose of ensuring participation in the Promotion, as well as for marketing, advertising, tax, and accounting relations.

By participating in the Promotion, the Participant understands and agrees that any information voluntarily provided by them, including the Participant’s personal data, may be processed by the Organizer or third parties engaged by the Organizer for conducting the Promotion, carrying out all necessary related actions (including, but not limited to, informing about the results of the Promotion both in advertising and otherwise), as well as the further possible sending to the Participant of information, including advertising information, about future events/contests/promotions/giveaways of the Organizer. By accepting the requirements of these Terms, Participants thereby consent to such processing of personal data for use by the Organizer and/or other persons authorized by the Organizer and confirm their full understanding and necessary awareness regarding the purposes of processing the provided information, as well as regarding the privacy policy: WhiteBIT Privacy Policy.

At the same time, Participants of the Promotion, through their participation in the Promotion, confirm their consent to the use of their surnames and names without any material compensation, as well as consent to comply with other Rules of the Promotion. Winners confirm their consent to provide promotional interviews about participation in the Promotion in mass media, including radio and television, as well as to be photographed for the production of graphic materials without payment of any monetary compensation. All exclusive property intellectual property rights to such interviews and photographs shall belong to the Organizer.

Representatives of the B2B segment, employees, representatives, or agents of the Organizer and their relatives (first and second degree of kinship) are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. If, at the moment of awarding the Prize, it is determined that the person who participated in the Promotion cannot be a Participant of the Promotion according to these Rules, such person is not granted the right to receive the Prize.

The Organizer reserves the right to make changes to the Conditions and terms of the Promotion. In the event of any changes, information about them will be provided on the Organizer’s website WhiteBIT.

The Organizer does not enter into disputes that may arise between Participants of the Promotion regarding the Prize. In the event of situations allowing ambiguous interpretation of these Rules and/or issues not regulated by these Rules, the final decision is made by the Organizer of the Promotion in accordance with the requirements of current legislation. At the same time, the decision of the Organizer of the Promotion is final and not subject to appeal.

The Organizer of the Promotion is not responsible for the operation of telecommunication companies, postal services, including email, for any errors of employees of any enterprises/institutions/organizations ensuring the exchange of information between Participants of the Promotion and the Organizer, or for circumstances as a result of which postal items did not arrive, arrived late, were lost or damaged; or as a result of which the Participant of the Promotion did not receive the corresponding Prize.

In the event of any discrepancies or inaccuracies related to translation into multiple languages used in the Promotion, the English translation shall be considered valid and shall prevail over all other versions.
