Terms and Conditions of the “ Trading Festival with BERT”

The Organizer of the Promotion is WhiteBIT.

The overall Promotion Period runs from 13:00 UTC on October 16, 2026, to 12:00 UTC on November 13, 2026.

Stage 1 Promotion Period runs from 13:00 UTC on October 16, 2026, to 13:00 UTC on October 23, 2026.

Stage 2 Promotion Period runs from 13:00 UTC on October 23, 2026, to 13:00 UTC on October 30, 2026.

Stage 3 Promotion Period runs from 12:00 UTC on October 30, 2026, to 12:00 UTC on November 13, 2026.

The Promotion is held in all countries except the United States, Australia, Germany, France, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, the United Kingdom, Austria, Canada, Japan, China, Afghanistan, American Samoa, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, Iran, Yemen, Libya, the State of Palestine, Puerto Rico, Somalia, North Korea, the Northern Mariana Islands, Syria, the Republic of Belarus, the Russian Federation, the Republic of Sudan, Transnistria, the temporarily occupied territories of Georgia, Nagorno-Karabakh, Northern Cyprus, Western Sahara, Ambazonia, Kosovo, South Sudan, Nicaragua, Trinidad and Tobago, Venezuela, Myanmar, and the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.

Participants are responsible for ensuring that their participation complies with the laws and regulations of their jurisdiction. The Organizer reserves the right to verify Participants’ eligibility and may request proof of residence or location if necessary.

The Promotion is held with the primary goal of popularizing the WhiteBIT brand.

The Promotion is not a game of chance, lottery, gambling service, or contest, and these Terms and Conditions do not constitute a public promise of reward.

Information about the Promotion is provided based on advertising rights.

Participants in Stage 1 of the Promotion can be adult citizens of non-restricted countries (that is, all except those mentioned above) or other individuals legally residing in such countries who meet the following Conditions during the Stage 1 Promotion Period:

• Registered on the WhiteBIT website for the first time or are already a registered user of the WhiteBIT exchange and have passed the verification (KYC) process;
• Purchased at least 3,400 BERT* on WhiteBIT during Stage 1 of the Promotion;
• Clicked the “Participate” button on the Promotion page;
• Kept this amount in their WhiteBIT Main or Trading balance until 13:00 UTC on October 23, 2026.

*To participate in Stage 1 of the Promotion, Participants with VIP status on the WhiteBIT exchange must purchase at least 10,251 BERT on WhiteBIT during the Promotion Period.

Attention! Participants who already had BERT in their Main balance at the start of Stage 1 of the Promotion (13:00 UTC on October 16, 2026) must increase their balance by at least 3,400 BERT compared to their balance at the start of the Promotion by the end of the specified Promotion Stage (13:00 UTC on October 30, 2026) in order to become eligible for the Promotion.

Participants in Stage 2 of the Promotion can be adult citizens of non-prohibited countries (i.e., all countries except those mentioned above) or other persons who are legally present in such countries and who have fulfilled the following Conditions during Stage 2 of the Promotion:

• Registered on the WhiteBIT website for the first time or are already a registered user of the WhiteBIT exchange and have passed the verification (KYC) process;
• Clicked the “Participate” button on the Promotion page;
• Deposited at least 3,400 BERT** into their Main balance on WhiteBIT;
• Held the deposited assets in any balance until 13:00 UTC on October 30, 2026.

**To participate in Stage 2 of the Promotion, Participants with VIP status on the WhiteBIT exchange must top up their Main balance on WhiteBIT with at least 13,701 BERT during the Promotion Period.

Participants in Stage 3 of the Promotion may be adult citizens of non-prohibited countries (i.e., all countries except those mentioned above) or other persons who are legally present in the territory of such countries and who have fulfilled the following Conditions during Stage 3 of the Promotion:

• Registered on the WhiteBIT website for the first time or are already a registered user of the WhiteBIT exchange and have passed the verification (KYC) process;
• Clicked the “Participate” button on the Trading competition page;
• Traded the BERT/USDT pair on the spot market of the WhiteBIT exchange and reached a minimum trading volume of 10,000 USDT during Stage 3 of the Promotion.

The minimum trading volume for the top 20 Participants in the Leaderboard to be eligible for a share of the Main Prize Pool of Stage 3 of the Promotion is 50,000 USDT.

Important! Participants with VIP status are eligible to receive a reward in the Trading competition with BERT only if they place between 1st and 20th (inclusive) on the Leaderboard. Such Participants are not included in the random selection of Winners from among Participants who did not place in the top 20 on the Leaderboard.

The Conditions of the Promotion must be fulfilled during its Period.

The Leaderboard is a ranking table of Promotion Participants, formed based on trading volume (the Participant with the highest trading volume is at the top), which is updated every 30 minutes. Final trading volume data will be collected at 12:00 UTC on September 1, 2026.

Trading volume generated by Promotion Participants will be counted only for the BERT/USDT pair.

The trading volume includes the total amount of all buy and sell orders executed by the Participant in the BERT/USDT pair during Stage 3 of the Promotion.

The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify a Participant if they:

• Use wash trading (execute their own orders);

• Use accounts with 0% trading fees (except for special trading fee discounts granted to WhiteBIT Coin (WBT) holders);

• Use API bots;
• Use trading bots;

• Use corporate accounts (e.g., accounts created for exchange services);

• Use multi-accounts (only one account per Participant is allowed);

• Engage in any other illegal activity or activity contrary to the User Agreement, AML Policy, or Privacy Policy of WhiteBIT.

Important! While participating in the Promotion, it is forbidden to register on the exchange several times (use several accounts). Participants with multiple accounts will be disqualified. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, each Participant may register only once (have only one account). The use of multiple accounts (multi-accounts and/or sub-accounts) or cooperation with affiliated users and/or users of sub-accounts belonging to the Participant for manipulating orders is prohibited and will result in the closure of all accounts without the owner’s consent. In case of detecting the creation of several accounts, the Organizer reserves the right to close the second-created account and any subsequent multi-accounts.

Any personal data of Participants is processed to ensure participation in the Promotion, for marketing relations, advertising relations, tax relations, and accounting relations.

B2B representatives, employees, representatives, or agents of the Organizer and their relatives (first and second degree of kinship) are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. If, at the time of awarding a Prize, it is established that a Participant does not meet the requirements of these Terms, such a person will not be entitled to receive the Prize.

Participants of the Promotion who have fulfilled all the Conditions of Stage 1 of the Promotion have the opportunity to become Winners and win a share of the Stage 1 Prize Pool, which totals 40,000 BERT, depending on the Conditions they have fulfilled:

• 15 Participants who fulfilled all the Conditions of Stage 1 of the Promotion and purchased between 3,400 BERT and 5,120 RT on WhiteBIT during the Promotion Period can win 408 BERT each, or 480 BERT each if they participated in all Stages of the BERT Trading Festival;
• 10 Participants who fulfilled all the Conditions of Stage 1 of the Promotion and purchased between 5,121 BERT and 10,250 BERT on WhiteBIT during the Promotion Period can win 750 BERT each, or 880 BERT each if they participated in all Stages of the BERT Trading Festival;

The maximum possible number of Stage 1 Promotion Winners who can receive a Prize is 38 people. Each Stage 1 Winner of the Promotion may receive only 1 Prize. A Participant can participate and become a Winner in only one of the categories.

Participants of the Promotion who have fulfilled all the Conditions of Stage 2 of the Promotion have the opportunity to become Winners and win a share of the Stage 2 Prize Pool, which totals 40,000 BERT, depending on the Conditions they have fulfilled:

• 14 Participants who fulfilled all the Conditions of Stage 2 of the Promotion and topped up their Main balance by an amount ranging from 3,400 BERT to 6,850 BERT during the Promotion Period can win 425 BERT each, or 500 BERT each if they participated in all Stages of the BERT Trading Festival;
• 10 Participants who completed all Conditions of Stage 2 of the Promotion and topped up their balance by an amount ranging from 6,851 BERT to 10,300 BERT during the Promotion Period can win 595 BERT or 700 BERT, provided they participated in all Stages of the BERT Trading Festival;
• 7 Participants who completed all Conditions of Stage 2 of the Promotion and topped up their balance by an amount ranging from 10,301 BERT to 13,700 BERT during the Promotion Period can win 850 BERT or 1,000 BERT, provided they participated in all Stages of the BERT Trading Festival;
• 6 Participants who completed all Conditions of Stage 2 of the Promotion and topped up their balance by at least 13,701 BERT during the Promotion Period can win 1,360 BERT or 1,600 BERT, provided they participated in all Stages of the BERT Trading Festival.
• 4 Participants who have VIP status on WhiteBIT, who completed all Conditions of Stage 2 of the Promotion and purchased at least 13,701 BERT on WhiteBIT during the Promotion Period, can each receive 2,000 BERT or 2,350 BERT if they participated in all Stages of the BERT Trading Festival.

The maximum possible number of Stage 2 Promotion Winners who can receive a Prize is 41 people. Each Stage 2 Winner of the Promotion may receive only 1 Prize. A Participant can participate and become a Winner in only one of the categories.

The first 20 Participants of Stage 3 of the Promotion* in the Leaderboard who fulfill the Promotion Conditions and achieve the highest trading volume (at least 50,000 USDT) during the Promotion Period, have the opportunity to become Winners and win one of the Prizes from the Main Prize Pool of Stage 3 of the Promotion, which amounts to 202,000 BERT, to be distributed as follows:

• 1st place in the Leaderboard — 34,600 BERT or 38,450 BERT if the Participant took part in all Stages of the BERT Trading Festival. If such a Participant has VIP status on WhiteBIT during Stage 3 of the Promotion, the reward will be 40,500 BERT or 45,000 BERT if such a Participant participated in all Stages of the Promotion;
• 2nd place in the Leaderboard — 20,380 BERT or 22,650 BERT if the Participant took part in all Stages of the BERT Trading Festival. If such a Participant has VIP status on WhiteBIT during Stage 3 of the Promotion, the reward will be 23,850 BERT or 26,500 BERT if the Participant took part in all Stages of the Promotion;
• 3rd place in the Leaderboard — 13,850 BERT or 15,400 BERT if the Participant took part in all Stages of the BERT Trading Festival. If such a Participant has VIP status on WhiteBIT during Stage 3 of the Promotion, the reward will be 16,200 BERT or 18,000 BERT if the Participant took part in all Stages of the Promotion;
• 4th place in the Leaderboard — 11,920 BERT or 13,250 BERT if the Participant took part in all Stages of the BERT Trading Festival. If such a Participant has VIP status on WhiteBIT during Stage 3 of the Promotion, the reward will be 13,950 BERT or 15,500 BERT if the Participant took part in all Stages of the Promotion;
• 5th place in the Leaderboard — 8,840 BERT or 9,830 BERT if the Participant took part in all Stages of the BERT Trading Festival. If such a Participant has VIP status on WhiteBIT during Stage 3 of the Promotion, the reward will be 10,350 BERT or 11,500 BERT if the Participant took part in all Stages of the Promotion;
• 6th–10th places in the Leaderboard — 6,380 BERT each, or 7,090 BERT each if such Participants took part in all Stages of the BERT Trading Festival. If such Participants have VIP status on WhiteBIT during Stage 3 of the Promotion, the reward will be 7,470 BERT or 8,300 BERT if such Participants participated in all Stages of the Promotion;
• 11th–15th places in the Leaderboard — 4,000 BERT each, or 4,440 BERT each if they participated in all Stages of the BERT Trading Festival. If such Participants have VIP status on WhiteBIT during Stage 3 of the Promotion, the reward will be 4,680 BERT or 5,200 BERT if such Participants took part in all Stages of the Promotion;
• 16th–20th places in the Leaderboard — 2,760 BERT each, or 3,070 BERT each if they participated in all Stages of the BERT Trading Festival. If such Participants have VIP status on WhiteBIT during Stage 3 of the Promotion, the reward will be 3,240 BERT or 3,600 BERT if such Participants participated in all Stages of the Promotion.

*If the number of Participants in Stage 3 of the Promotion who reach a trading volume of 50,000 USDT is less than 20, the Prize Pool will not be distributed proportionally among such Participants, and the Prizes will be awarded in accordance with the above distribution, according to the Participant’s place in the ranking table.

15 Participants of Stage 3 of the Promotion who fulfill the Terms and Conditions of the Promotion and achieve the minimum trading volume (at least 10,000 USDT) during the Stage 2 of the Promotion, but do not make it into the Leaderboard, have the opportunity to become Winners and win one of the Prizes from the Additional Prize Pool of Stage 3 of the Promotion, which amounts to up to 18,000 BERT, which will be distributed randomly — 1,080 BERT to each, or 1,200 BERT to each if they participated in all Stages of the Promotion.

The maximum possible total number of Winners of Stage 3 of the Promotion who can receive a Prize is 35 people. Each Winner of Stage 3 of the Promotion can receive only 1 Prize. A Participant can participate and become a Winner in only one of the categories.

Based on the results of the Promotion, the Organizer will form four lists of Participants who meet the Terms and Conditions of Stage 1 of the Promotion during the period from 23.10.2026 to 05.11.2026.

The Winners of Stage 1 of the Promotion, who will receive a Prize from the Stage 1 Prize Pool, will be determined on November 5, 2026, using the random.org service, from among all Promotion Participants on each list, respectively. Winners are determined by their ranking (position in the list on the service https://www.random.org/). The list of Winners will be published in this article on November 5, 2026. A video recording of the process of determining the Winners will be published on the WhiteBIT YouTube channel.

The compilation of the five lists of Participants of Stage 2 of the Promotion—who have topped up their balance by at least 3,400 BERT and will receive Prizes from the Stage 2 Prize Pool—will take place following a detailed verification of compliance with the Promotion Terms and Conditions, from 30.10.2026, to 12.11.2026.

The Winners of Stage 2 of the Promotion, who will receive a Prize from the Stage 2 Prize Pool, will be determined on November 12, 2026, using the service random.org, from among all Promotion Participants on each list, respectively. Winners are determined by ranking (position in the list on the service https://www.random.org/). The list of Winners will be published in this article on November 12, 2026. A video recording of the process of determining the Winners will be published on the WhiteBIT YouTube channel.

The compilation of the two lists of Participants of Stage 3 of the Promotion—who have achieved a trading volume of over 10,000 USDT and will receive Prizes from the Main and Additional Prize Pools of Stage 3 of the Promotion—will take place following a detailed verification of compliance with the Promotion Terms and Conditions, from 13.11.2026, to 26.11.2026.

The Promotion Winners of Stage 3 of the Promotion will be determined on 26.11.2026. The 20 Participants who have fulfilled all the Terms and Conditions of Stage 3 of the Promotion and had the highest trading volume in the BERT/USDT pair, but not less than 50,000 USDT, at the time the Promotion ends, according to the ranking in the Leaderboard. Additionally, 15 Participants who have fulfilled all the Promotion Terms and Conditions and achieved a minimum trading volume of 10,000 USDT on the BERT/USDT pair, but did not make it into the top 20 spots, will be determined using the service https://www.random.org/. Participants who have VIP status during Stage 3 of the Promotion may receive Prizes only from the Main Prize Pool of Stage 3 of the Promotion, provided they place between 1st and 20th place, inclusive. Such Participants will not be included in the selection of the 15 Winners for the distribution of the Additional Prize Pool for Stage 3 of the Promotion if they place 21st or lower.

The Winners of Stage 3 of the Promotion will be determined on November 26, 2026. The Winners who will receive a Prize from the Additional Prize Pool of Stage 3 of the Promotion will be the 15 Participants who have fulfilled all the Promotion Terms and Conditions and achieved a minimum trading volume of 10,000 USDT on the BERT/USDT pair, but did not make it into the top 20, which will be determined using the service https://www.random.org/.

If, after the Winners have been determined, it is discovered that a Participant has failed to properly fulfill the Terms of Participation in the Promotion or has otherwise violated these Promotion Rules or the User Agreement, such Winner shall forfeit the right to receive the Prize and the status of Winner. In such a case, the right to receive the Prize and the status of Winner shall pass to the next Participant in the Leaderboard who achieved the highest trading volume in the currency pairs specified in the Terms, or to the next Participant on the list generated by the service https://www.random.org/.

The list of Winners of Stage 1 Prize Pool will be published on 05.11.2026, in this article on the WhiteBIT blog.

The list of Winners of Stage 2 Prize Pool will be published on 12.11.2026.

The list of Winners of Stage 3 Prize Pool will be published on 26.11.2026; and the complete list of Promotion Winners and the Prize amounts they will receive will be published on 26.11.2026, in the article on the WhiteBIT blog.

If Winners fail to comply with these Terms and Conditions, they forfeit their right to receive the Prize and their status as a Winner, which will be transferred to the next Winner on the list.

The Organizer will credit all Prizes to the Winners’ Main balances on the WhiteBIT exchange within 10 business days starting from the calendar day following the announcement of the complete list of the Winners on 26.11.2026.

In case the Winners do not receive the Prize to which they are entitled or face any other difficulties, the Winners should contact online support at https://whitebit.com, via email support@whitebit.com, or communicate with the Organizer’s agents via online chat no later than 17.12.2026. If the Winner does not contact the Organizer about not receiving the Prize by the specified date, they will lose the right to receive the Prize.

The Winner shall receive the Prize free of charge. The Prize is non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and cannot be substituted with its monetary equivalent. The Winner is not entitled to request any alternative compensation from the Organizer. The Organizer assumes no warranty obligations for the Prize awarded within this Promotion and under the Terms and Conditions outlined herein.

The received Prize cannot be returned.

The Winners determined by the results of the Promotion may not transfer the right to receive the Prize to third parties.

The Winner has the right to refuse the Prize.

The Organizer does not compensate the Winner for any additional expenses related to receiving the Prize. Income taxation of the Winners who receive the Prize is carried out in accordance with the current legislation of the Participants’ countries.

By participating in the Promotion, the Participant understands and agrees that any information voluntarily provided by them, including the Participant’s personal data, may be processed by the Organizer or third parties involved to conduct the Promotion, perform all necessary actions related to it (including, but not limited to, informing about the Promotion results both in advertising and in other ways), as well as to send the Participant information, in particular, of an advertising nature, about the following events/contests/promotions/giveaways of the Organizer. By accepting the requirements of these Terms and Conditions, the Participants hereby consent to such processing of personal data for the purpose of use by the Organizer and/or other persons authorized by the Organizer and confirm their full understanding and necessary awareness of the purposes of processing the information provided, as well as the privacy policy: https://whitebit.com/privacy-policy.

At the same time, by participating in the Promotion, the Promotion Participants confirm their consent to the use of their names and surnames without any material compensation, as well as their agreement to comply with other Promotion Terms and Conditions. The Winners confirm their consent to give promotional interviews about their participation in the Promotion in the media, in particular, on radio and television, as well as to be photographed for the production of graphic materials without any monetary compensation. All exclusive intellectual property rights to such interviews and photos will belong to the Organizer.

The Organizer reserves the right to change the Promotion’s Terms and Conditions. Information about any changes will be provided on the Organizer’s website, https://whitebit.com.

The Organizer does not enter into disputes that may arise between the Promotion Participants regarding the Prize. In situations that allow for ambiguous interpretation of these Terms and/or issues not regulated by these Terms, the Promotion Organizer shall make the final decision in accordance with the requirements of the applicable law. At the same time, the decision of the Promotion Organizer is final and not subject to appeal.

The Promotion Organizer is not responsible for the work of telecommunication companies, postal services, including email, for any mistakes of employees of any enterprises/institutions/organizations that provide information exchange between the Promotion Participants and the Organizer, or circumstances due to which mail items were not received, received late, lost or damaged; or as a result of which the Promotion Participant did not receive the corresponding Prize.

In case of any discrepancies or inaccuracies related to the translation into several languages used in the Promotion, the English translation shall be considered valid and shall supersede all other versions.
